Hi, we have already planned our trip and made the obligatory reservations but thought of reserving seats for other trains as well. However, now it seems that there is one train left which is full. That's the only train we can use since our schedule has been fixed already (eg reservation on the eurostar later that day). Can it really be so bad that they won’t let us on the train without reservations, even though they shouldn't be obligatory? The train is re7 from Flensburg to Hamburg, 8.15 - 10.15. I'm getting a bit terrified already, since I have my whole family with me... We wouldn't mind having to stand the two hours, if we can just get on the train!
Hello, I want to make a seat reservation for this journey, but this message show up. I’ve already read some things about this message in this forum but I really don’t understand what does it mean. Can someone explain what does that mean? And what are the solutions ?
I specifically chose a train from Venice to Innsbruck to avoid extra costs (train that left at 15:35, see picture). However, I had to pay a supplement of 10 euros because apparently only regional trains are supplement-free. The controller told me that this happens quite often and that Interrail has been told about this several times. I suggest modifying this in the app to avoid such problems…
Hi Am traveling now, yesterday I made a seat reservation in the website but I didn't get the tickets and it happened twice and the amount charged and that forced me to pay 190 euro for train tkt just to back to rome from milano This is the email I received Although your payment went through, there seems to be a technical glitch at the moment which means that part of the order could not be confirmed with the train carrier. You can see the failed reservation/part of the order by looking for the status “PRE-RESERVATION MADE” (successful reservations have the status “BOOKED”).Don't worry - you can still get your reservation (our team will re-book it for you).Alternatively, if you are travelling soon, you can make a new booking for the failed reservation and we will process a full refund for this (to the same account used to purchase the failed reservation(s)). I have Passes for my family. I successfully made a seat reservation a week ago for one journey/travel day. Now I am trying to make one for Sat 9th of July, Venice-Rome. I can find the options using the Eurail ‘Book your Seat Reservations site’. Some say ‘seat reservations unavailable’, others have availability. I can add a specific reservation to my ‘Cart’ and add the billing details, but when I try the “Continue to traveler details>’ button it just boots me back to the eurail.com home page.I have tried 2 different browsers from my laptop, and from the Railplanner app. So far it’s that same step (traveler details) that boots me out. I can see that there are seats available (for regular price) on italiarail.com. I have tried looking up the trains and potentially making a reservation via tickets.oebb.at, but although I can find the routes and select tickets for them I have not been able to do this step as instructed by eurail for OBB:Before you pick your train, go to the top ri
Hi everyone! I am trying to take a train at the 18th of July 2022 from Utrecht Centraal to WIEN HBF (Austria). One of the options is to take a train from Utrecht Centraal at 8:34, arriving at FRANKFURT(M) FLUGHAFEN FERNBF (Germany) at 11:49 and taking the train here at 12:01 to Wien Hbf. Interrail says that this is a popular train, but that a reservation for a seat is not necessary. I have tried to book a seat for 2 people at different timeslots and on different websites (bahn.com, interrail etc.) for a while. First, it looks like I am able to reserve a seat, but when trying to purchase the reservation it always tells me that I have to find an alternative connection.Now my question is, can I still take the above train without a reservation, and for example, stand in the train. Since it no longer seems possible to reserve a seat.
Hi We are first time Interrailers having a nightmare. Trying to book Eurostar back from Brussels in August. Tickets and reservations are showing as available but it won't let us but once put in our basket. Says 'one leg of journey is unavailable'.Can anyone please advise. Hi!I want to take a direct train from Copenhagen-Hamburg with DB, but these journeys do not show up when I’m searching in the Rail Planner app. Does this mean that the interrail pass will not be vaild for these trains (even if I book a seat reservation for the train)?Best regards, Alice

It’s my first time to Europe :(I have 10day 2month eurail global pass(Mobile).Booked tickets with eurail.com reservation system and received tiekets by e-mail.But few train numbers are differnt between ‘train number on eurail.com system’ and ‘train number on reserved ticket’.So, My trip list on Rail planner APP and reserved train ticket have different train numbers.This is OK? or something is going worng? 1.THALYS, 27/07/2022, Bruxelles-midi → Paris Nord. 1) When searching at eurail.com website the train number is ‘THA 9348’ 2) With eurail.com reservation system I booked & received train ticket. Hi All,A few weeks ago we made some reservations for our Interrail journey. Those reservations were payed and we got an email that they were booked, but not confirmed yet. Besides that, they also don't appear in our reservation list and we did not receive E-tickets. We already initiated a ticket to customer services without any response. On Sunday 10.07.2022 there is a strike of local trains in Italy (Regionale, Regionale Veloce and Regio Express)Trenord in Lombardy region (Milan) (trains to Arona Air Show will run regularly) Trenitalia TPER in Emilia Romagna (Bologna) and this trains will run with an replacement bus instead. Trenitalia Tuscany (Firenze)Long distance trains like Frecciarossa or IC will run regularly.Check Trenitalia App if trains will run or the website viaggiatreno.it on Sunday before traveling. Last time a few weeks ago in this 3 regions, almost all trains got cancelled due to strikes.
Hello,my friend and I have booked a trip with the Caledonian Sleeper from Edinburgh to London. The train departures at 23:40 from Edinburgh and arrives next day at 07:07 in London. On the app the trip is splitted by Edinburgh (23:40) → Carstairs (00:20) and Carstairs (00:20) → London (07:07). If we would activate both trip, we would spend two travel days. But we only want to spend the day of our arrival in London (like Caledonian Sleeper conditions says). How should this be handled?
My friend and I have booked a seat reseveration twice now and the money has came out but we have received an email saying there is a problem. There is no tickets on the email and our train is tomorrow morning are we able to book a seat reservation at the train station or is there anything anyone can help us with please.

I have bought the mobile pass but sadly i could not reserve a seat from london to paris perhaps the seats are sold out. i checked from 16-18 july all sold out My itinerary is:London-paris 16 july morning, paris- geneva 16 july evening,geneva-bern-interlaken ost-lauterbrunnen 17&18 july, zermatt- amsterdam 19 -20july,brussels 21 july,brussels- london 21 july. If i could not reserve a seat to paris on 16 july, everything else collapse. please kindly help me of alternatives to carry out planned my trip.
Hi. Not a specific Eurail problem I guess - but purchased a ticket with b-europe.com to go from London to Paris with my Eurail pass and the payment went through and was deducted from my bank account but got a message on the b-europe site that the ticket wasn’t confirmed. I then got an email from b-europe saying actually the ticket is confirmed but there were no tickets to download and the email said I was only charged the 4 euro booking fee (even though the full amount was deducted from my bank account). And when I go back to check my tickets on the b-europe website there is no ticket from London to Paris.Has anyone had any problems with b-europe today (8th July)?Thanks
I am looking to travel from London to Paris using the Eurostar 23rd July using my global pass (2nd class). An error message keeps appearing when booking seat reservations saying that there’s a possibility all pass holder reservations are sold out. Can somebody confirm to me that this is the case? I am also flexible with dates and times however, the same message seems to be appearing. I’m not sure which other websites I can check other than Eurostar, which of course are charging a full ticket price.
