Phone stolen with Active Global Pass, need travel today😕.

I had my iPhone stolen unfortunately with EURAIL GLOBAL PASS active on it.  I'm on a trip today and I need to activate it on a new device. Somebody help! 😥

Austria Trains - where are the first class cabins located?

Hi, Will be visiting Austria end of the year and we will be purchasing the Eurail pass. Would like to know where the first class cabins are located in the train. Are they at the front or end of the trains? If we are to wait at the platform for the train to arrive, how do we tell which part of the platform we should be standing to wait for the train? We are travelling with some senior citizens and we hope we can know where the 1st class cabins are located so that we would not have to run and rush when the train arrives and realising that we are actually waiting at the wrong end of the train. By the way are we able to walk through the train carriages?

Using Benelux within the Netherlands

Hello and thank you for allowing me to join this group 🙂I have a question about using the Benelux card and if this specific topic has already been discussed, I apologize, and ask for the link to be sent to me, please!My question:  I know I can use the Benelux card to go from Amsterdam to say Brussels but I just need to understand if I can use it to travel WITHIN the Netherlands, e.g. from Amsterdam to Rotterdam.  Please advise, thank you so much!

HelloIf I book an OBB Nightjet with a 2nd hand pass can you still have access to washing facilities or do you need a 1st class pass for this?  I intend to spend most nights on the train and would need to wash myself and it would be nice to have breakfast as well.Many thanksSue

Outbound and inbound UK rail travel to and from Europe

Hi there,Travelling to Europe via Eurostar so need to get to St Pancras from the west country in England. This invoves two train journeys to get to London and the same in the other direction on my return. Are these covered by my interail global pass? I need clarification asap so many thanks in advance!

Connection between TALLINN and PRAGUE is missing

Hi everyone! I am a new Interrail user and I need your help!I am planning my first Interrail experience but I am having troubles in finding connections between Tallinn and Prague. I have read that the app might not be updated and that the Baltic regions might not have inserted the train timetables on the Interrail webpage. My question is: If I book the train connection (Tallinn-Prague) on a national rail webpage (Omio), will it be included in my Interrail ticket or will I have to pay extra for it? How do I do?(As both Tallinn and Prague are Interrail destinations) THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!

Night Train from Venice to Bern Switzerland? Geneva to Paris overnight?

My wife and I are considering a night train from Venice to Bern (Lauterbrunnen). We are also considering an overnight from Geneva to Paris.Has anyone done this (sleeper car, first class seats, other)?Suggestions?  Are we going to be missing out on scenery or other as a result?

Belgium Rail Strike 5th Oct 2022

The Belgium rail system is having a scheduled strike on Oct. 5th.  If our train originates in Amsterdam with a final destination of Paris will it go as scheduled and just not stop in Brussels?  Or will it not travel through any part of Belgium during the strike?    Thalys train runs right through Belgium.

How to pass the gates at regional stations?

Hello community,does anybody know how to deal with the following situation: We are in Spain near Barcelona and according to Interrail we are allowed to use the regional train RE1 to Barcelona City with our Global Pass. But at the local train station we need paper tickets to pass the electronic gate. So we had to buy paper tickets at the station, although we already had valid tickets. Do we have any chance to get our money back? And do you know how to deal with such situations in future? Would be glad for any advice…

Luggage Storage at Pisa Station

Hi. My partner and I will be travelling from Florence to Rome and have decided to do a side trip in between to Pisa. Is there a luggage storage at Pisa Centrale station? It would be a lot easier to roam around Pisa without our luggage. Thanks in advance for the help

Can't book Rail&Fly -> "Segment not found"

Hello, I am looking to book the optimal pass for my wife and I with our 7 year old son. We will be traveling from Barcelona to Madrid on Oct 7, Madrid to Seville on Oct 8, Seville to Marbella on Oct 10 and then from Marbella to Madrid on Oct 13. first travel day expired after strikes

Dear people of Interrail,I’m travelling today with my 4-days card from the Netherlands, but my actual start date was yesterday. Unfortunately, there were train strikes that day, so I decided to travel today instead. But now I see that my first travel day (of yesterday) is expired. Is it possible that I can still travel 4 days, instead of 3 days now? Thanks already.

Problem with train Stresa to Milan

I am using the Eurail app and looking at trains from Stresa, Italy to Milan. All of the trips I am seeing in the app are about 2 hours (1:42, 2:31, 2:41, 2:38, 2:41) and many of them involve buses. In fact, the shortest trip is all on bus. I tried several different days and they are all long trips. I have personally taken the train several times as recently as 1 year ago, and know its under 1 hour, maybe even 0:50. Its the same train ride from Domodossola through Stresa down to Milan.  Is the app having problems, or are the train tracks out of commission? Last year, a track was under construction in France for a few weeks. I don’t know how to find that in Italy.
