I’m 1st class Global pass holder.Please guide me how to book MAV-START Lounge utilization .

Just looking for people who are there artists that travel around there that make music in the lanes of punk, folk, hip hop and EDM. I do rap but it's conscious cool hip hop that vibes really well with under indie underground music. Just wondering how other artists have been doing out there, how much luck they've had doing shows and really cool places to go or things they've discovered. I've got some things to share as well. I will travel by train in Finland to either Helsinki or Turku. I will take a ferry to Stockholm and then on the next day continue by train to Copenhagen. Same on the way back. It’s unclear how outbound/inbound trains work. If I buy a 7-day pass, will two of those days count for the domestic journeys in Finland or not? So do I have only 5 days outside Finland to use? 

Hello, I want to go from France to Sweden in one day. Its a long trip and i cant calculate to many time in between. Because I need to catch the Euronight to Stockholm in Hamburg. If i miss it i would need a new travel day, but i dont have any travel days left. So would my Interrail pass still be valid the next day of I miss the connection with the Night train in Hamburg? (Even if I am changing train company from DB to SJ)? Thanks for your help,Katharina 

Hi, I’m a internacional student in France from Brazil with a long term visa (>90 days). Should I pick Interrail or Eurail?

Good evening,Next Friday, 19th of december, I will take nightjet 420 (departure 20.46) from Innsbruck to Amsterdam.  I made a reservation via OEBB but I cannot find the train in the Rail Planner. In fact, I can not find this service on any day after december 14 at all. However, in the OEBB app and DB Navigator the train does exist. Is this because of the timetable change?Thank you :-)

Hi!I think I may be reading things too literally to see the obvious so apologies in advance to the seasoned interrailers!I’d be very grateful for your advice.  If I start my journey from home in Edinburgh and take the train to London and then the Eurostar to Paris all in one day, does this count as my “outbound journey”?  In other words, does this still leave me with all of my “travel days”?  (I plan to buy a Global 7 day travel pass so would it still leave me with all 7?)Also, if anyone has any ideas of alternatives to going through London that would be much appreciated. I had thought about getting the train to Newcastle and then the ferry to Amsterdam but that ferry doesn’t seem to be included in the pass and it’s ridiculously expensive.  There had been talk of a ferry from Rosyth to Dunkirk but that seems to have stalled.Many thanks in advance!  Alison

Hello,I bought a "4-day in 1 month" Interrail pass in 1st class for me and my girlfriend (for a trip in Austria). It is not activated for the moment.The 1st reservation I would like to do is a "sleeper coach" for us in an ÖBB night train (for the return journey from Vienna to Zurich (for the night of December 23rd to 24th) and I would like some help about this issue if somebody already faced it:When I check availability on this train via the Interrail.eu website, it indicates that "pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection". (see screenshot below) However, when I try to do the reservation via the ÖBB website (with choice of “Interrail discount”) there is availability : I can book a sleeper coach for 188 euros for 2 people. See screenshot below : 

Eurail is doing something fishy. There is 1 day left of the 25% off passes discount and it is giving me an error when going to pay. It says that support will get back to me within 24 hours. All I need to do is enter payment details and I’m done. When has a company ever had issues taking money from customers??? Unless they are waiting for the 25% off to be finished so that they make extra money off me. is anyone else having this issue??

I have the reservation and I don’t know what should I do, I mean - how should I validate my ticket on board. Hi everyone,Regarding the decision between a first-class and second-class ticket, I’d like to ask you something.I’ve been on several Interrail trips before, always traveling in second class. Now I’m considering purchasing a first-class Interrail pass. Next summer, I’d like to travel to Norway and Sweden, and I was wondering if any of you have experience with first class there. Do you think it’s worth it?I did some research in the Rail Planner app beforehand, but I got a bit confused by the prices for seat reservations in first class on regional trains. Are they really free? Are there additional advantages of a first-class pass that make the trip more comfortable or possibly even save you money in the end? Voy a viajar, ya tengo mi eurail pass y tengo trenes ya guardados. Lo que no entiendo es que en algunos me pide reservar asiento, si eso yo lo hago en taquilla de la estación ese mismo dia de viaje hay alguna posibilidad de que no hayan asientos disponibles siendo que yo ya tengo activado ese tren en mi pase?

Hello everyone,Thank you to all fellow-travellers who have given amazing advice and tips on this forum.After travelling overland through France and Switzerland, we want to give the kids a beach break (they’re 9 & 11). We’ll be in Tirano, north Italy (after hopefully doing Bernina train). Can anyone recommend somewhere not too far away where we could enjoy some nice sea and beach time? The plan after that is to travel through Austria, Germany and back to London that way.  Thanks for any help! 😊

Does anybody know how to chase up Bahn, who have failed to reimburse accommodation due to delay, please?DB stuff-ups (somehow misplacing one half of an ICE) meant I had 102mins delay into Hamburg for what should have been a 65 minute connection to the SJ night train north to my home in the Arctic.Arriving after 22:30, with no further connection possible, the little DB booth just atop the southern escalators checked my RailPlanner app to make sure I’d added the whole journey (Munich-Stockholm), then issued me with a piece of paper which confirmed the delay and told me they wouldn’t be booking me a hotel but that I could spend up to €120 and then post the receipt back with a pink form they gave me in an envelope they gave me before continuing early next morning.I did that, but three weeks later had heard nothing.  So then I tried emailing the address they give

I would like to find out what benefits we have on the S-Bahn with a Eurail pass?according to ChatGPT it is free to use the S-Bahn in Zurich for day trips without activating a pass day. This is also given in a pdf that comes from the website directly. How does it work. Do we show our Eurail pass without a travel date booked. Below is the exact words from the pdf we got."Switzerland for Eurail and Interrail Passes 2025Free ride in SWITZERLAND by following companies: SBB/CFF/FFS entire network."

Can one use the 6-day Greek island pass, which includes the possibility of a return trip from Italy to Greece (Ancona-Patras-Ancona), ‘in reverse’? In other words, imagine one is already on a Greek island and uses the first travel day to reach Piraeus, the second travel day for Patras-Ancona, the third travel day for Ancona-Patras, and the remaining days for travel within Greece. I want to travel from Amsterdam to Munich using the Interrail Global Pass. I have 4 travel days in one month. I found a direct train on Deutsche Bahn (ICE 225), however, when I search this train in the Interrail planner I cannot find it. The part of the trip from the first border station in Germany (Oberhausen Hbf) to Munich is available in the app. I am a first time user of the interrail system, so maybe I misunderstand the system.The planner does show other (less favourable) options to travel the same day from Amsterdam to Munich. P.S. I have the same issue for the travels back from Munich to Amsterdam.
