Can‘t add journeys too certain countrys although included in Global Pass
hey, like the title already suggests, i can’t add any journeys from certain countries too my trip for some reason. For example, the app suggests me some stations in Norway, but finds no route no matter what I do. Same goes for Greece, the Baltics don’t even have their stations listed. Don’t know what to do, tired it on another phone and it didn’t work either. Is there some reason behind it? Can I avoid it? also I don’t get how I should add a journey manually? Like it doesn’t show up anything, should I just look at the country’s railway service timetable for that day and fill in the train that I want to go with? Is that even possible for every country? Please help me :( thanks in advance!

I am planning to visit 3 countries. Due to some personal problems i have to come back to my city after visiting first country and start to next country one day later. I stay in munich, Germany.example— munich to italy Italy to munich then munich to franceFrance to BelgiumBelgium to munich Can i take 5 days pass for my trip?

Researching whether to purchase a one country pass, and on some routes some trains say conditions apply (to a one country pass) while other trains do not. I assumed that meant that some routes took you through a different country, but that doesn’t seem to be the case in one route I’m researching (Venice to Vipiteno, Italy.) It says to check the travel info section for more details, but I can’t find that section.Any help?
Question about traveling in 1 country
Hello, I have two questions and I hope someone can help me.Is it possible to travel to different city's in one country with the interrail global pass, without traveling to a different country? Like, travel to Point A in Italy to Point B in Italy? Or do you have to - for example- travel from Germany to Italy in one day with the pass?I will fly to another country en travel back to my own country by train, so I will start using the interrail ticket in a foreign country. Is that also possible? Thanks!
Miss my train and adding journeys
HeyI am planning to travel via interrail but have 2 questions about this:1) I take several trains on one day, do I have to indicate that as a separate journey in the app or can I directly indicate the final destination of that day? (brussels - frankfurt and then frankfurt - vienna or directly brussels - vienna)2) what if I miss my connection? Can I just take the next train? Do I have to change this in the app? Transfer Interrail pass to another device

Unfortunately, my phone broke today and I read that I have to contact the customer service to add my pass on another device. Can you help me with this problem? Book Eurail Pass as Indonesian resident
Hello,me (german citizen, Indonesian resident) and my girlfriend (Indonesian citizen and resident with Schengen) would like to book an Eurail Pass. I tried through the website but when it asks for the billing address and passanger information I cannot insert or choose Indonesia for my address. Does anyone have a solution, or does anyone have the number of the service hotline (couldn’t find it anywhere). Can't activate my mobile pass
Hello! My phone got stolen during my trip and now I can’t activate my mobile pass as it was already activated there. The contact form on the website told me that they will reply in 4 days but I need it earlier as I am traveling tomorrow from Paris to Barcelona and then I will need to reserve a seat the same day from Barcelona to Madrid to secure my sit. I can’t do that without a pass. And I can’t wait for 4 days.What can I do?Thank you!
What does trip mean? - planning last minute possible?
Hello Guyys,So you can better understand my problem, a few Informations about my trip in advance: I have a global mobile pass for 7 days in a month and I want to visit multiple cities. But sadly I have a problem with understanding how to create a trip with the mobile pass in the railplaner app. I don´t quite understand whether I already have to decide in advance (before I activate the pass) which trains at which times I want to use. Or if I can still spontaneously decide this while I´m on my trip. For example I decide in the middle of the travel while staying in Rome that I would like to take the train on Day XY around Time XY to Bologne. Is such thing possible or am I not able to change anything about the trip meaning that I have to know exactly at which day and time I want to travel for my 7 days before activating the Pass.Thank you for your help.
