I cannot cancel my inbound/outbound journey. What to do?
The plan was to use my inbound outbound day today. Due to strike in germany it's not possible to return to the Netherlands today. I can not cancel this inbound outbound thought i'm not going to use it today. But I do need it an other day, probably tuesday. What can I do best?
how to customize Trips during a travel day
Hello!i was wondering if it is possible to customize/change the suggested connection in the interrail app before adding it to the pass. I‘m asking this because in my case there is one particular connection where i‘m forced to take a later train because the contingent for seat-reservations for Interrail-users is out already. Therefore i want to add only one other (the last) connection for this Travel day, the rest would be okay as it is. is there are way of doing so? Hallo,ist es möglich bei einem vorgeschlagenen Reisetag eine Anpassung einzelner Verbindungen vorzunehmen?in meinem Fall würde ich eine Verbindung innerhalb dieses Tages abändern wollen. Oder muss man vielleicht einfach 2 Einträge vornehmen?ausserdem habe ich bereits die Sitzplätze reservieren lassen, finde die Verbindungen aber so nicht in der App. (Dies wurde im DB Reisecenter vorab erledigt.) Reicht es nun einen „Platzhalter“ für den Tag manuell einzupflegen, damit der QR Code generiert wird? Mit freundlichen Grüßen,

Hello erveryoneI am interested in using the one-country pass for France. I am from Germany and I found a connection from Mannheim to Paris with a TGV. This belongs to the french train company and is included in the one-country pass for France but I am starting in Germany. Now I am wondering which regulations count? Can I use the one-country pass because I am travelling with a TGV or is it not possible to use it because I am starting in Germany?I would be grateful to get more information about it.Thank you.
Complaint: Shipping slower than walking
I have had to postpone the trip I had planned for this month because I was unable to buy an Interrail pass that would be delivered in time. I was ordering it to a relative’s residence in Frankfurt am Main. It said that it would be delivered by PostNL (the Dutch postal service) & take 17 days to arrive.I could walk from any major city in the Netherlands to Frankfurt am Main in under 17 days.I genuinely mean this. Frankfurt is approximately 225 miles away from both Rotterdam and Amsterdam. To walk this in 17 days would mean managing a leisurely 13¼ miles per day. At a typical walking speed of 3mph, this would mean walking for only 5 hours a day. And for this snail mail, they charge €19.One may say that the covid-19 pandemic has reduced the availability of staff to process the orders, but I seriously doubt that it takes that much employee time to manufacture an Interrail pass.I do myself great woe to resort to such cynicism, but I am genuinely concerned that Eurail may be deliberately

Reservation costs for outbound inbound tickets - parcours d’approche
HiI live in France and in order to get out of the country to the border I got a “parcours de rapprochement” I didn’t have to pay any reservation fees on either the outbound or inbound tickets on fast trains requiring reservations, however today I enquired about tickets out the country and the SNCF team insisted that I needed to pay reservation fees on my initial oubound journey of 20€ (from Montpellier to Paris) then 10€ (from Paris to Stuttgart) could anyone confirm if I am. Correct and what their experiences were ( specifically in France) thanks
Due to a train strike I cannot take my journey and lose 2 travel days instead of 1. Is there a way to avoid this?
Hi, I am planning on travelling to Firenze (Italy) from Mainz (Germany) this Saturday. However there is going to be a major train strike in Germany so I won’t be able to take the route I was planning to. I think the best solution for me would be going from Mainz to Munich on Friday, stay the night, and try to travel from Munich via Austria to Firenze the next morning. Is there any possibility to only use one travel day for this, or do I have to buy an extra ticket from Mainz to Munich? Also, this will be my outbound journey… Best regards, Johanna
Stamped as "unused" after starting day
Hi! My starting date was the 06th of August and I stamped the ticket as “UNUSED” on the 14th after I was in contact with customer support. I got told that I get 85% back but now it seems like I don’t get anything. Please tell me if I can get a refund when I stamped the ticket after the official starting date? Thank you
Cant access store on eurail.com
I don’t know if it’s because I’m using an iPhone 7 with iOS 13.3.1 but I’d like to buy a new pass but I can’t access the store. My current pass has expired and I’d like to purchase a new 10 days in 2 months pass (I’m 31 years old so not the youth or senior citizens pass) but the links on the eurail website always take me to the same page. Even when I try and access the store via the Facebook shopping link it takes me to the same page. For reference the page I’m referring to just states at the top that there is a sale going on and has all of the general marketing info (conditions flexibility etc) but no specific links for specific passes. I’d like to travel tomorrow so I’d like to purchase this pass ASAP. Btw this problem has been ongoing for the past month or so every time I’ve tried to do this
Booking not visible
Hey guys i booked an interrail ticket yesterday on the Deutsche Bahn site. i was redirected to the bahn.interrail.eu site. now i changed my mind and want to cancel it (i chose the plus upgrade). Unfortunately, I don't see my booking on either Deutsche Bahn or interrail. Deutsche Bahn can't help me and interrail support is unavailable. (I haven’t activated my pass yet)Can anyone help me here?best wishes Paula
App not compatible with my phone

But then I found out that my mobile phone isn’t compatible with the app, so what can I do now? The accomodations are already booked. Validity Global Youth Pass
In January of this year I bought a Global pass 2nd class Youth (with discount). The validity of this pass has been extended with an additional year to 31 August of 2022. However, in February next year I turn 28.Is my pass still valid after my birthday, seeing this pass is for 27 years old or younger? Does the order date count as indication or your actual age on the date of travel. If so, is there a possibility to change the pass to the adult version if I can’t travel before then?

How do you board a local train on a day your using one of your global pass days.
I understand that you must add a local train on a day that your using one of your global pass days but how does it get taken off your ticket? Is there a scanner at most stations that you use? Example I’m using my first day of my global pass to go from Berlin to Munich. First I want to use a local S line to get to Berlin HBF. I’ve added travel from Potsdamer Platz to Berlin HBF. It now shows on my first day ticket. It no longer shows the trip from Berlin to Munich.Thanks
Mobile Pass Not Working, no way to get a ticket!
We arrived in Europe today. Our first trip is supposed to be tomorrow, august 29. The mobile app will NOT let us get a ticket by adding a journey! We add the journey but the app will NOT let us get the ticket with the QR code. We spent 45 minutes at SBB help desk in Zurich train station and the guy could not figure it out either. Ther is no phone number to call Eurail. What do we do??? Eurail email says they won’t respond for 7 days.
greek island pass: do we beed to travel with the physicak pass ?
Hi !my friend and I want to travel in Greece with the interrail Greek island boat pass. However we may not receive it before we leave. Do we need it or can we just book our boats before (which must be done even in possession of the physical pass) and just travel with our boats tickets ?thanks !
Can‘t add journeys too certain countrys although included in Global Pass
hey, like the title already suggests, i can’t add any journeys from certain countries too my trip for some reason. For example, the app suggests me some stations in Norway, but finds no route no matter what I do. Same goes for Greece, the Baltics don’t even have their stations listed. Don’t know what to do, tired it on another phone and it didn’t work either. Is there some reason behind it? Can I avoid it? also I don’t get how I should add a journey manually? Like it doesn’t show up anything, should I just look at the country’s railway service timetable for that day and fill in the train that I want to go with? Is that even possible for every country? Please help me :( thanks in advance!
