Do I have to use a travel day for domestic transport in Switzerland
Some conductors do not believe that all domestic transportation in Switzerland is included as long as I have a valid Eurorail pass. They have harassed me and made me uncomfortable, how can I prove to them my case? Please help!!!Thanks, Mauricio Chamat

Inbound trip with night train. How do I add this correctly in the app?
Hello, I am currently on my first Interrail journey and I have a question about my inbound trip to get back home (Germany) at the end. My trip to Germany contains a night train, starting in the evening in Venezia Mestre to München HBf, which crosses the border at around 5 in the next morning. Then I need to take two more trains in Germany to get home. In the Forum here, I found that the night train still counts toward the day it starts, but I need the Inbound travel day on the next day so that I can use the trains in my home country.How can I declare this correctly in the Rail planner app? Thank you :)

Hey! I need help relly urgently. I put in a trip on the wrong day into my interrail pass. Now I can not cancel it anymore. I can prove that I did not travel that day. Interrail does not respond to my E Mails and at the train station they can not help me. What can I do?Kind regards,Julia
Getting in contact with Eurail
Does anybody know how to get on the phone with someone at Eurail? A week before the deadline I requested an extension for my passes that were meant to be used summer 2020, and I haven’t heard back from anyone other than the automated message saying they would try to respond in 4 days. I’m getting a little worried about the status of my tickets and would like to have someone tell me what’s going to happen.
Refund too late?
Hi!I have bought two Interrail Passes for 8 days within a month for Italy only, starting date august.As I did this in december, i planned august for our journey. Unfortunately i didn’t get vacation from my company in august, only for september. I now planned my trip for september, forgetting that on the paper tickets, there is a starting and ending date (in my case august). The starting date was the 5th of august and i now want to swap the tickets from august to september. What i read from the website is that this is not possible, after the starting date has passed. My question now is can i get a refund, even though the starting date has already happened a week ago? Thanks in advance for answering! Best regardsAnita

Hi everyone, I need your help.I bought a 2 months unlimited global pass.In the description it says “Travel on as many trains as you like for 2 months straight”.Does that mean that in one day I can also go in two directions for example from city 1 to city 2 and back ? Or go in one direction but get off the train for a stop and hop back on a few hours later?
issue with re-activating the mobile pass on the same phone
hi, I had my mobile pass succesfully activated on my phone.Later I needed to re-install the rail planner app on the same phone. This was no problem. However when trying to re- activate my mobile pass on the (same) phone I received a message that the pass wasalready activated on another device. result is that I cannot travel. please advise
Refund of passes- COVID
HI, I have sent my interrail passes back to Utrect for refund. They were sent in good time for the 1st September deadline. I registered each of my two packages to be tracked with compensation of £250 for each package. They were held at Dutch Customs until early September pending their contact with Interrail (presumably to confirm contents). British Post Office have now lost contact. Interrail have not responded to my many emails (for the past six weeks). Therefore I do not know if they have received the packages. I therefore cannot claim the Post Office compensation. Interrail’s chat line does not appear to function - at least it disappears as soon as I ask a question, never to be seen again. Any advice welcomed !
Can't add Mobile Pass
I'm planning to start my journey on Sunday, but I have a problem with my mobile pass. I just removed all my mobile's data and reinstalled the Rail Planner app. Now, when I add my pass, it says that the pass was added into another device. But actually, it is still the same device. What should I do?
Night train ticket inspection mobile pass
Hi all!Next week I'm going to travel Eastern Europe for a couple of weeks. Some of them, for instance Budapest to Bucharest will be night trains. I've interrailled before, but never with a mobile pass. So I was wondering, how does ticket inspection with a mobile pass during night trains work? Normally you give your paper pass to the inspector, but I hope you don't have to give your mobile phone to them, anybody has experience with this? 😉 Thank you very much in advance!
How do I avoid the first trip to be selected as my outbound journey?
Hi everyoneI have a global pass with 4 days of travel. I am doing a first trip to one country and a second trip to the other country. I do not want to use my outbound jouney for the first trip, since I will still have a valid ticket for my whole country of residence besides the Interrail pass. However, it won’t let me add the journey to my pass without selecting it as my outbound journey. I can’t add the second journey yet as I not sure yet which connection I’ll catch. Any tips on adding this first journey without making it my outbound journey? Any help is greatly appreciated!
Dear community,I bought an interrail global pass on December 2019 to travel in April 2020 but due to covid I had to cancel my trip. Since a few months ago I am trying to request an exchange or refund but interrail and Deutsche Bahn (where I purchased the ticket) keep pushing the responsibilit to eachother, resulting in me having to do uncountable emails and calls and not getting my 200 € back - I am really frustrated and I would really appreciate if Interrail could step up and help me get my money back, and I would be thankful for tips from anyone on this matter, as I am sure I am not the only person affected.By the way, I already sent a refund form but it got rejected by interrail...Thank you,Pol
What is the interail travel pass includes for single country?
Hello everyone! I'm planning to visit Switzerland with my boyfriend and as we want to visit several cities in the country by train, does any of you know if the interail single country pass is valid for this? For example, if we want to visit st. Moritz from Zurich, is it included in the pass?? Also, for our transportation in the city center is it valid?
I cannot cancel my inbound/outbound journey. What to do?
The plan was to use my inbound outbound day today. Due to strike in germany it's not possible to return to the Netherlands today. I can not cancel this inbound outbound thought i'm not going to use it today. But I do need it an other day, probably tuesday. What can I do best?
