Do I have any options for rail travel between CDG and Orly airports in Paris? I land at CDG on 18th June and need to get to Orly, which I see is miles away to the south of the city. I have an Interrail Pass (1st Class Continuous).

Title says it all really. I am doing a trip around Europe and I want a night train from Zagreb to Split but the tickets are delivered by post and when I go to book it says that the tickets wont arrive in time so I can’t book the train. what do I do? I fail to understand how in 2023 a transport company can’t email you tickets but can post them to you which takes far longer.

I accidently activated my pass and the validity has started. Is there anything i can do about this? i want to deactivate my pass or change the validity date.

Hi, I bought a Ouigo ticket for a train from Chartres to Paris this afternoon to 1) avoid being stuck in Chartres waiting for the next TER, not even being certain there would be another, and 2) ensure I could arrive at my final destination in time to check in at my accommodation on time. I had to pay EUR 18 for the ticket. I have a valid global pass. I am glad I did it because it now looks like I will arrive in Amiens on time to check in (train now leaving Paris Nord (18:31) and I'll now arrive at Amiens around 19:40, walk for 30 minutes, check in around 20:15 and thus beat the 21:15 check in deadline. If I had waited at Chartres - with the many other unfortunates hoping to get back to Paris, I would have had serious problems. I have been checking TER info all afternoon and it seems to only have restarted from Chartres around 18:00. This would not have been sufficient for me to meet my check in. As things stand, even with the step I took, I'm arriving at Amiens well over an hour lat

Hi! I need a little help to book seats with my friend. I did a little digging before on this community, but I haven’t found an answer to my problem. But first context:My friend and I won (separately) an Interrail Global Pass thanks to the DiscoverEU contest. We have mobile passes.  I tried to add her pass to my travel, in order to be seated next to each other (and also be on the same cabin in a night train). But after I entered her name and her pass number, it said: “We can't add this traveller to your trip because of different pass conditions. You have to book seat reservations separately."But as I mentioned before, we have the EXACT same pass: same type of pass, same validity period (7 days within 1 month), same start and end dates. Do you have any idea why it says that? How can I solve this problem?If it can't work, is there any other way for us to seat together on the trains? Thanks in advanc

My wife & I want to travel from Berlin to Stockholm overnight 5 October 2023.I see that the train runs from Hamburg to Stockholm on this date so we will travel Berlin to Hamburg late in the day & connect with the SJ346 departing Hamburg at 21:19.If we travel Berlin to Hamburg to Stockholm - that’s 2 train trips on the one day - does it count as only 1 Eurail pass trip for each of us?I’m also confused about the types of sleeping compartments available, We are 1 x male & 1 x female; what type of compartment do we book?Also there are ‘Seat in sleeper compartment (1660SEK) or ‘Own sleeper compartment’ (1654SEK). What is the difference? The later would be our preference.All help/advice appreciated.Thanks

Hi everyone,I'm trying to book a journey of Paris to Venice via Milan.Me and my family have 6 x 2nd class Global Passes. When I come to reserve the seats on the first connection (TGV from Paris to Milan) it says only 1st class option is available. Is there an option to pay extra and upgrade on this journey?This is the only direct train for this journey that is valid on euro rail. There are others available, with 4 connections but as we have two seniors in the group, one with limited mobility, I do not want to have ro do that. any help and advice or a direct number to speak to someone would be highly appreciated.thank you

Hello,I would like to travel to Garmisch-Partenkirchen this summer using a German Interrail pass. I would come from the North and I would like to know if the pass is valid on some trains from Garmisch-Partenkirchen.Is it valid on the Bayerische Zugspitzebahn ? It seems like I can use it up to Grainau station, but not further. Is this the case and can I get discounted tickets if I want to go up to the Zugspitze ? The Außerfernbahn between Garmisch and Kempten is operated by Deutsche Bahn trains. Both ends of the line are in Germany, but it runs through Austria for part of the journey. Is a German Rail Pass valid on this line or do i have to go the long way round ?Thank you for your answers !

I have bought pass last year, and it still not activated. I have one month to activate my 2 month pass, but now I work full time and cannot travel. Is that possible to transfer this pass to another person? Or may I refund that?

bonjour, sur l'application il est marqué qu'une réservation d'un train est obligatoire puis quand je vais sur le site pour réserver une place, le site me dit que la réservation pour ce train n'est pas obligatoire, que cela est pris en charge par le pass. L'appli et le site se contredisent, comment savoir si cela est obligatoire ou non au final ?

Hello, it’s the first time I would use interrail to travel and I have few quesiton to know how it works better: part of my travel would need to go from Porto to Geneva, than back to Porto again, to leave for slovenia after few weeks. is it possible to do back and forth in the same cities ? or you are allowed to stop only once in one city? 

Hi. I would like to book an overnight train from Mannheim to Prague, at 23:42 on 20 August. The Deutsche Bahn website has two train references for the same time: EN40459 and EC459 (see screenshot below). The EN train has couchettes and the EC train has seats only. The times are the same and, I guess, are actually the same train but with different sections for couchettes/seats. The Eurail booking/reservation system shows only the EN train, and requires reservations, but there are no spaces available for that either through the Eurail website or through the Deutsche Bahn website. Spaces on the EC train are available, and I would like to reserve that, but that train does not appear in the Eurail booking system so I cannot add it to my pass. I would be grateful if anyone has any ideas how I can add the EC459 train to my Eurail pass, or otherwise how I might make this work? Thanks,BK  

Hallo zusammen, Ich bin am 20.05.2023 in Barcelona mit einem Kumpel gewesen. Wir wollten mit dem Zug um 10.33 Uhr über Paris nach Barcelona fahren.  Leider ist der Zug ausgefallen und es gab keine Alternative als den Flixbus. Interrail kam mit den Erstattungen der Reservierungen sehr entgegen. Wir bleiben aber aktuell über die Zusatzkosten des alternativen Verkehrsmittels sitzen und kamen außerdem 12 Stunden zu spät an. Ist hier Interrail oder SNCF zuständig?  Interrail verweist auf SNCF bezüglich der Zusatzkosten durch den Flixbus. SNCF weist darauf hin, dass nicht über die SNCF gebucht wurde. Bleibt man als Interrail-Kunde auf den Zusatzkosten sitzen oder gibt es einen Link wohin man sich wenden kann?  Ich danke für die Hilfe im Voraus.
