Bom dia a todosFormei um grupo de 6 casais amigos para uma viagem á Europa de comboio para a Pascoa 2026, gostaria de saber se podemos ficar todos agregados na mesma conta, ou seja , só um de nós comanda a escolha do itinerário e faz as reservas de assentos , isso é possível?Assim ficaria mais prático. Obrigada a quem puder responder CS 

I have recently been adding journeys to my upcoming trip on both coasts of Italy and when informed I must reserve seats (which I want to do), often I’m given the following message: "No price results were found…but there are other ways …Book in person at a main station … Book online at tickets.oebb.at." The latter has not worked for my three different journeys I was counting on.” I would love to get seats on several particular journeys. Could someone give me some guidance? That is, if I talk to agents at the main station in Stockholm (where my first journey will begin0, is it possible I might still get my dream tickets? And oebb.at has not opened the way either in all 3 journeys I have tried.  Perhaps you have other suggestions or wisdom for me?Thanks so much!

Hi all,I’m planning a trip to Spain next month, and I’m still trying to understand how to navigate the Spanish train system, the apps, and the process. So far, I’ve booked my Eurail Pass for Spain, and I’ve also made my seat reservations through Rail Europe. At the moment, I’m using two apps: Rail Planner App – which shows my Eurail Pass ticket/QR code for it Rail Europe App – which shows my seat reservation ticket / QR code for it  At the station, do I need to present both of these tickets? Please correct me if I’m wrong.I’m still trying to understand how the whole train journey flow works.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, Reservierungen, die bereits über das Interrailkonto gekauft wurden, in die App zu übernehmen?

I installed the Intterail App on my smartphone and organized the complete trip with all connections there. For our journey we want to use the phone of my wife, because its newer and more reliable. Is there any way to transfer the data of de trip from one app to the other, for example via the pass numbers registered in the app?

Was ist, wenn wir aufgrund einer Zugverspätung den reservierungspflichtigen Anschlusszug verpassen? Ersatzt uns dann die verursachende Bahngesellschaft im Extremfall auch eine notwendige Übernachtung? Ist der Interrailpass dann auch für den Folgetag gültig, wenn am selben (geplanten) Reisetag kein Zug mehr fährt? Wie weise ich meine Reise nach? Reichen dafür die Reservierungen? Was ist, wenn ein Zug ohne Reservierung Verspätung hat? Kann ich dafür eine Gesamtreise im Pass anlegen? In meinem Interrailkonto habe ich dafür keine Möglichkeit gefundenDanke für alle HinweiseDedo

Does anyone know how to get a refund to a different credit card.   My partner bought a pass last March and has started a refund.  The process assumes that it’s on the same credit card but he’s got a new one (lost the old one).  So he needs to get the refund onto the new card ( or another way).   Is there a process for this?  Thanks. 

Hi. I had booked an ÖBB train from Vienna to Salzburg in October. When I was looking at the app, I realize that there has been a change in my journey. Based on my checking, my train has been changed from RJ642 to IC642. I had reserved first class seats. Will my seats still be valid because the type of train changed? :/ I booked back in May only to see this change now.I am unable to call their hotline as I am based in Asia and it’ll be expensive for overseas call. I had sent them an enquiry via their website but I heard that they may have take some time to reply.In the event that nothing has been done by the time I reach Vienna, do you think it would be possible to go to the OBB office at the train station to ask them to reserve seats on my behalf, or should I take a risk to enter the first class cabin and sit on any empty seats?  I’ll be traveling on a Thursday if that helps Thank you in advanced   

Hi,I’ve already booked my Eurail Pass for my trip to Spain next month. Now I’m trying to book my seat reservations through Rail Europe. However, I noticed that the system never asks for my pass number. When booking, it only asks me to select the type of pass (Eurail or Interrail), and after I select Eurail Global Pass, it just asks for my ID number and personal details. Is this normal?Do they not ask for pass number?(Just want to double confirm)-For eg,this is the only details i have to include(including email+ number)

I made reservations and then missed the train because of delay. Can I make an refund? 

You can now book pass reservations on www.raileurope.com. You have to add a rail pass, which will then be applied to all passengers in the group, and at check-out, you need to supply a pass number.I did a test for Italy (Frecciarossa Milan-Rome) and there don't seem to be any extra booking fees. And you can select a seat for €2 extra, like on the Trenitalia website.No luck for Spain yet. It will be interesting to see if it can book anything that can't be booked online elsewhere.

Hello guys, I need a seat reservation of my eurail from brig to milano centrale, i saw i have a train EC61 from EuroCity on Friday 14th November but for some reason i can’t find where to buy this reservation. Eurail shown as travel from BRIG to Domodossola for Seat reservation required but i cant find where to buy.My Pass is Global Pass 2nd Class

Hello you all, thanks for any help.  Im struggling to find about the seats reservation from Brussels Midi to Amsterdam Central. My trip will be on November 7th.  At Eurail portal I find the train and show that maybe I need a reservation, when I look at the b-europe I can’t find any trains. 

The Rail Planner app frustrates me immensely when planning train journeys through Italy. I can barely plan anything. For example, I want to travel from Ravenna to Rimini. The planner says there's only one train per day to Rimini at 6:08 AM, with a seat reservation (€15). If I disable seat reservations, the planner claims it's not possible to travel from Ravenna to Rimini without a seat reservation. Yet, I know from a question I asked AI that there are 12 trains per day from Ravenna to Rimini for only €6 per trip!I assume you can travel on local trains in Italy with the Interrail Global Pass (7 travel days per month).My question: do you also use the Rail Planner app as a journey planner, or is it better to use a different app for trip planning? I have a Global Pass with a fully planned trip in the Railplanner app on my smartphone. I acquired it on 30/03/2025. The trip starts 13/09/2025.I get notifications in the Railplanner that I have to start planning a trip to keep my Pass active. They came in various shapes. Today I got one saying “Tomorrow is a travel day, but you haven’t added any journeys to your Pass yet.”In the app, I can see the Trip with all the travel days and journeys with all the train information; for each leg, I can see the check-box colored yellow and in the rightmost position. It seems like an Interrail central database is not aware of the information in my Railplanner app.When I login to my account on the interrail website, I can see my pass but no trip. I could recreate it there but I don’t want to do that because it is not clear to me if and how the data there is synchronized with the data in my smartphone Railplanner app.Interrail seems to be aware that I will be traveling

I have reserved seats for my journey on an Avanti West Coast train through the ACP Rail website, but there wasn't a booking reference space where I could enter my pass number?Does anyone know how you can claim the train tickets for the journey (if needed), or do you simply show your eurail pass when asked for your ticket, when on the train? 

I am going to buy a Global Flexi Eurail pass and will activate just before use as suggested. Travel date will be 14 April 24.My question is that I want to book my ticket a couple of months out from use but it then needs to be paid for. Problem is that I won’t be activating until the day of?How do you get around this please?Very confusing and can’t find an answer anywhere?Hope you can help fellow travellers or Eurail Help Team.Thank you.

I'd like to travel from Rome to London. So that we can take a ferry or a plane to Ireland and but I'd like to travel through Switzerland just to see the area and get a hotel. Somewhere near a train station obviously. Any help is appreciated. We've never done the train system before.10 day rail pass. 30 days on vacation2 cruises to and from Florida USA

Good day fellow travellers.  I am Danie from South Africa.  I will be travelling in Europe for the first time since 2007. It is thus challenging but also exciting prospect since so much has changed since then. I hope you will indulge in all my concerns and questions. I will travel Europe and the UK in October extensively with a month long Global Eurail first class pass. I will probably create different numbered trips to keep things from getting out of hand. I am much looking forward to your advice and tips. Have a great one!

I was booking trenitalia euro city train from Geneva to venice, and the 2nd class tickets were sold out. I then bought the 2nd class priority seats. Is this an issue? Does this have any specific requirements?

In the mobile app, I have two passes (one for me, one for my wife). It is a 5 day flex pass. We have 5 different trips between cities. Should I create one trip in the app and add each of the city trips to that or should I create a separate trip in the app for each city trip? Also, I notice I have to duplicate trips and add to the other pass. When I reserve seats, how will my wife and I be assured to sit together? Thanks for your help.

If I buy a EURail 30 day pass would it include the city public transport for example the city underground,busses and tram transport
