In the rain planner I can’t find cities like Beograd or Sarajevo which makes it difficult to find the train connection from there to other cities. Has anyone the same issues and is able to help me how to book the train without needing to pay for it? thanks for York help. p.S. I am in Budapest right now and want to see the south East of Europe . Which city do you recommend tk visit next?
Hi, 3rd time Interrailer here, currently travelling Eastern Europe and quite happy with what Interrail/Eurail has to offer here.However, today there was a minor inconvenience:In the Interrail App, I added a trip from „Cesky Krumlov“ to „Ceske Budejovice“. The connection showed up normally, I was able to add it like any other valid connection and the app didn’t say anything like „Not in pass or network“ (see image below) as is usually the case when a train is not included in the pass.However, after I boarded the train (on August 2, 2022) and showed my Interrail Ticket, I was told by the train ticket controller that Interrail was not valid here in trains of GW TrainRegio and that we all had to buy another ticket. Why does Interrail not display the usual warning in the app here? The train company‘s ticket controlling lady said that they wrote to Interrail asking them to do that, but that they still hadn‘t done so.In my humble opinion, we should not have to research each train company’s de
Hi there,I will travel with the one country mobile pass this week for the first time.I have a question concerning saving multiple journeys for one day. Is it possible for example to plan the journey of a whole Friday, in separate journeys without using up multiple travel days? Will the app be fare to see that if I save a journey for Friday morning, and later in the afternoon on a different journey for that same Friday, it will still fall under one traveling day? Or do I need to plan a whole day in one journey plan?I hope my question is clear and you can help me. Thanks in advance! xIsabel
Hi Everyone, My name is Dante, I am a newbie to travelling by train and I am looking for some advice on an upcoming trip. My friend and I did not realize how far in advance we were required to book our reservations so some of our trains are full. Additionally, we are coming from Canada, and therefore will not be able to receive paper tickets on time which is the only option left for us on our trip from Barcelona to Paris on August 10th, 2022. I have seen a lot of advice to call SNCF, however I am not able to call since I am from Canada. I have also tried booking it through their website alone but it would be an extra 200 euros or so, since i am not sure how to connect the Eurorail pass that we have purchased. I have looked through a lot of the advice and am having trouble figuring it out. Would anyone be able to help? Thank you so much!Dante
A friend of mine won an interrail global pass ticket but unfortunately she is unable to use it. Is it possible to change the name over the ticket so I can use it? The trip should be during the end of September and the beginning of October. Thanks
Hello! I am a little stressed out, because I just inadvertently canceled my order.I need the passes soon and I don’t know if I can undo it. Does anyone have experience with this? Should I better instantly order new passes to save some time in case it doesn’t work out?Thanks and kind regards.
Hi, We booked reservations for the Paris - Tarbes overnight train on the 6/7 which was cancelled due to the French Rail strike announced the day before. We booked the reservations through the Interrail website and are at a loss as to how to go about reclaiming the reservation fees. No one either SNCF or interrail has been in touch. Any ideas??
Hello, I purchased a pass for 5 travel days. I used 4 but the app registered 5 travel days instead of 4. I activated the pass one day before I was actually travelling and so the app has added one ‘’travel day box’’ automaticallt, but thebox is empty as I did not travel on that day, but I think it counted that day automatically as the first travel day. I am travelling again the day after tomorrow on a long trip with 4 different trains so I need a solution urgently as I don’t want to be paying fines 4 times for not having the right ticket. Any ideas on what to do if I don’t hear back from customer service tomorrow?
I bought a Interrail pass and I live in France, I will be traveling to Switzerland but in the residency I added Switzerland.I activated the pass, but as soon as I realised that I needed to use the outbound/inbound ticket, I didn't use it, and now it has been 2 weeks and I cant travel and no one is answering.If you could please tell me what should I do.Thaank you!
This is urgent please as depends on completion during the current 48 hour 50% flash sale. We live in the UK. My husband is severely disabled and needs me to help him with personal care and medication. He is in receipt of enhanced rate of PIPs (Personal Independence Payment) for both daily living and mobility and has a Blue badge and a disabled railcard in the UK. Therefore, we would like to apply for a complimentary Interrail Pass for me as his caregiver. If I am eligible for a complimentary caregiver’s pass, and he purchases a continuous railcard for one or two months in the current 50% flash sale, can my complimentary pass still be used please? Is it possible to complete this application in time to benefit from the sale?
I had my trains out of my home country reserved for a couple of days ago, however I have severe travel anxiety which got the better of me on the day and I wasn’t able to get onto the first train. I really want to try again, but need my ticket re-started which I’m hoping is possible as I haven’t actually gotten on any trains yet. I reached out to customer service over 48hrs ago but haven’t heard back yet, I just waiting to hear back so I can go!

I have a Global Pass (1st Class) for two people (Flex Pass,15 days over 2 months) that is not activated yet and I am adding journeys for the Month of May 2022. I have used the DB site to list all my journeys planned for a one month trip.I used the Planner to add my initial journey (May 13th) and a 2nd journey (May 16th) successfully. When I attempt to add the journey below for May 17th that date is displayed in both the Planner date at the top of the list and in the options below the date chosen is May 16th. Arles France to Aix-en-Provence departing May 17th at 06:40 (TER 76530 Arles-->Marseille-St-Charles) and 07:53 (TER 80116 Marseille-St-Charles-->Aix-en-Provence).Thanks in advance for any help.
Hi all, this has been SOLVED. I deactivated the passes on my phone and add the passes in the app in my husbands phone. The tickets are showing with QR and all the information, so I think everything is ok. Thank you for the answers!! Hi!! As requested at a train station for getting on-site reservations, I activated all my family’s passes on my phone, without knowing that later on it won’t be possible to change devices. As I have to work, I will be coming back home sooner than my children and husband. We already have booked and payed for all our seats. I need to deactivate my husband’s and children’s tickets to put them in his phone.I will have contacted also the customer suport, but from previous experience it took too long since they took action. I booked Amsterdam - Zurich on Interrail and created a QR code for it as seen below. I have 3 questions:To make the seat reservation on OBB website, should I click on '’Ticket Already Exists'’ or '’Standard-Ticket'’? Either way, the seat reservation will be 3 eur. Which one of the 2 options will let me cancel or change the time alors with the reservation for free? '’Standard-Ticket'’ says it will let me cancel and modify the time but what about the 3 eur reservation? What do I show to the controllers? The Interrail QR Code or the one generated by OBB once I buy the 3 eur reservation?
Help me please!I bought an interrail pass mobile ticket, but unfortunately I made a typo when writing my surname. I wrote sanfiLLippo instead of SANFILIPPO emailed customer service several times, but got no response. I haven't activated the pass yet but I'm leaving in a few days and I don't know what to do !!
