Can I reserve seats together for travelers who have both eurail and interrail mobile passes? Scenario:I am having issues when entering the pass cover number for the interrail traveler on traveler details (I am using order number which does not work).How do I obtain the pass cover number for the interrail mobile pass? I have seen several posts with this same issue but no good answer !Thanks.
Hi guys,I'm planning to travel from Karlstad (Sweden) to Oslo (Norway). The app tells me to buy seat reservations for both trains that I have to take. However I am unable to book the reservation for the train that enters Norway trough the interrail website. How do I make my reservation instead and is this an issue common in Norway?Thank you for your help in advance!Marie :)
Hi! I need to make a seat reservation for Milano Centrale - Firenze S.M.N on 21/04/22 for 2 adults. Is there a way to book just seats on TreinItalia? I can’t get the Interrail one to work. Also when I look the journey up on TI it only gives me the whole ticket price. I can’t see an option to choose Seat OnlyThe app says you only need a seat reservation for the first leg of the journey and then change at Pisa Centrale. are there any other companies for Italian trains to book seat only reservations? Any help would be great!
Hey everyone, I know there’s been a lot of discussion going on about the seat reservation between France and Spain but I still struggle to make my reservation. As I am currently in Germany and planning to travel to Lyon and one day later (2.12.) from Lyon to Valencia, I cannot book this trip as indicated at a local spanish station. I tried via app - says ticket would arrive too late and cannot be booked therefore, also tried to send it to my hostel in Lyon and it would still not work. Then I tried at a local european station counter - they say they cannot book it either. I tried to call SNFC but the call is not going through. Has anybody another idea?Did anyone ever let a spanish friend buy a reservation locally and thenreceived it by email?How good are the chances to book the ticket the moment I arrive in the evening of 1st of december for the next day?I really hope someone can help. Hello together,we got a few general questions regarding the reservation-booking. We used the reservation booking tool from interrail but it shows us following message for bookings in denmark:“No results were found for this connection. Please try again or find an alternative booking method.”. If I click on the alternative booking method, there’s either a callcenter provided or it says I have to book it at the trainstation. Is any trainstation meant or the trainstation in denmark where we want to take the train from? Is the callcenter also working for every country or only for switzerland, because there’s written that its especially for switzerland. Is it also working if we just book/buy the reservations short time before the departure or do we have the risk that there’s no space left? Can I buy them on 9th july evening at the ticket shop at marseille charles?I ask this because I have read that I can only buy seat reservations for spanish/france trains at spain

Hello, I never received my paper passes following an order on the Interrail site. The pass is for 22 days. The delivery man did not find my address, so the passes are returned to the Netherlands at interrail. However after 4 or even 5 contacts with interrail, no return of their pass, no response. This worries me because my holidays are coming, that I would like to organize my trip and that I have committed a large sum of money. What should be done in this case? Tanks you for your help, Lea
Hi Interrailers! I have a question about two seat reservations between Lyon-Barcelona and Barcelona-Valencia - I can see that other travellers had similar problems with seat reservations on these routes.I called RENFE (Spanish Train Operator) and they told me that it is not possible to make seat reservations for these trains online (wtf) and that you HAVE to reserve seats at a physical train station. That is problematic because I have a 6 hour train ride beforehand from Zürich to Lyon, and it would be stupid to show up in Lyon if the train is fully booked - and again stupid to show up in Barcelona later that day if that is fully booked(: Do you know a way around to reserve online? Or do you know if I can reserve seats from an Austrian train station? Or if my friend in Spain can make the seat reservation for me and then send me the reservation with email?Stay safe! Allan
I've been travelling quite a lot over the past few months, getting good value out of my 3-month continuous pass :)Finally I've now also caught up with the posts in the Interrail community, as some of you might have noticed. Additionally, I've been taking notes about things in the app that are not quite right or misleading and that's what this post is about. Some of the notes are already older, from a previous trip with a mobile flexi pass; I could not re-check all of them (I don't have a valid Interrail at this time) and they may have been fixed in the mean time.So here goes, in no particular order...The app said an internet connection is needed to activate a day on a flexi pass ("Add to pass" for the first journey of the day), although the phone had been online only half a day earlier. The mobile pass FAQ does not mention any other requirement than being online at least once every 3 days. If for certain actions an internet connection is needed, then please add that to the FAQ. HiI bought my passes (15 in 2 months)in March with the 10% promo but would like to exchange them for the continuous pass that is on offer now. Im having no joy getting a reply with customer services and the offer ends soon.My question is, because I bought my passes with a 10% promo can I exchange these tickets for the 15€ pervticket fee or not?My confirmation says it can be exchanged or refunded with a link to the refund/exchange policy which then says some promos cannot be refunded/ exchanged.Could someone please help? Dear Intervall team,I have a question concerning my trip to Venice. I will take the train the 14th of April from Berlin to Venice. Departure time from Berlin is 7:37h. Arrival time is 23h50 in St. Lucia (Venice). The Interrail homepage says that I have to book reservations for this trip. I called the Deutsche Bahn and asked them. They informed me that for none of these trains a reservation is actually necessary, but optional. I would be greatful if you could answer me regarding this matter, as the trip moves closer.Also, unfortunately the trip does not appear in the Application. So I ask myself how am I supposed to add this trip when its not in the App? (I have a mobile pass). In general, the planning with your homepage is really complicated as the informations concerning the trips are often not correct. Up to date information is only on the homepage of the deutsche bahn. Unfortunately, as a customer it is also not possible to talk to someone of your team via phone in a more direct way
Booking one leg of a night train trip on travel.b-europe.com (15 June from Toulouse Matabiou to Narbonne), but it's saying that my pass number is invalid. I have a mobile Eurail global pass. It does not say how to find my pass number on a mobile pass (just a paper pass). How can I book these tickets, please? I cannot do them in person (as I am in the US). I cannot do them on the Eurail site, as it is saying the tickets are unavailable to be booked. Please help. Thanks!
I bought an eurail pass but apparently i can't use it because my country of birth is not available on the drop down menu under reservations !!! I was born in Cuba but I'm a US Citizen with an American passport. What am I supposed to do in this case? I'm trying to request a refund but I dont even see an option for it and the customer service is nonexistent.

If I search this train on the official Website of the serbian railway company, I find the train http://www.srbvoz.rs/en/timetable/:But if I search this train in the official European Rail Timetable - Book, it shows me only a train from Kraljevo to Raska, and on the official Timetable of the serbian railway company it shows me only a train to Rudnica: https://www.srbvoz.rs/en/timetable-kurir/Anyone here to explain me that problem? :)
I’ve finally made my itinerary and ready to book and start travel on Tuesday but well several things:The colors are hard to see on iPhone Chat program (on iPhone) hides the “X” to close it out because it covers almost the entire screen and you just can’t log out Some links do not work like I mentioned here: And lastly, the form to purchase has issues as I am not able to buy a pass.What gives people?Here is the error I get when I try to purchase a pass: can you imagine what other heads I may encounter while I travel gosh kind of scary and getting high Anxiety over all, gosh oh and did I mentioned that I just finished planning my itinerary? oh and I went to Frankfurt main train station and the DB office (service center) offer “zero” “0” support for eurail.com. Even though the links (https://www.bahn.com/en/offers/passes/eurail-pass) from DB itself sends you to eurail.com (funny right)?
I'm taking a night train home. How to avoid the app is selecting not only inbound but also the outbound journey?
Hi everyone,I’m planning my first trip with an Interrail Global Ticket and I need some advice.My country of residence is Germany. I’d like to travel back with an over night train from Rome, which ends in Munich, but I have to switch trains then to get back home.I thought I can just use 2 travel days for this on my pass, but the app doesn’t allow me to select the the journeys because I “already used my outbound travel”. I have enough travel days left, but unfortunately I have to switch trains after midnight. Do I have to purchase another ticket to get home?Thanks for your help.
I just scheduled our very first train ticket from Switzerland to Germany with our 1st class pass and there are no specific seat assignments. Do we just look for first class and take a seat? How do you know if that seat does not belong to someone. Just little nervous and traveling in little more then 2 weeks. So exiting!!! Thank you in advance

In this case, do I have to purchase the individual train tickets (on different websites) as if I don’t have an Interrail pass?What if I wait to buy my seat on the day right before departure? Hi I need help again,so I added my friends to my trip with their Mail and their order number. We all have the mobile pass, however when I want to make a reservation, the prices are unavailable. Since we have a really long trip (Vienna-Copenhagen), we would like to sit together but I do not understand how we are supposed to reserve a place next to each other.
