I had purchased Global pass (opted for paper form) online. I did not get an email confirmation. However under my eurail account the order status is marked as ‘paid’. There is no tracking code. How do I track it? who do I contact and how? what if it doesn’t arrive on time
My wife and I bought separate passes, our kids are linked to my wife’s pass but I will travel more days with them (it’s complicated 🤷🏻♂️).Is it possible to easily transfer our children’s passes to me before we use them, as I will travel separately with them to another country for a while?I’m worried that my kids won’t be able to travel with me as they will be linked to my wife’s pass!Or is it possible to get an exchange for a family pass even though the parents will travel to different places for a while?Help! I’m confused ☹️
Hello everyone,I have a question concerning the seat reservations in Spain. On the internet it says that it‘s not possible to make these online. But since I‘ll be travelling this July, so during the holiday season I am concerned that I won‘t get a place on some trains. Does anyone have experiences with this and can tell me if there is a way to book the seats in advance or whether it‘s just not risky to book them at the train station? Thanks,Anne
We are traveling with three children next month, two of them have their own interrail global pass, but our 3 year old is too young for his own pass. But he's a little too heavy to be sitting on my lap for hours, so I wanted to include him in our seat reservation (ICE, Germany to France). I was told that wouldn't be possible unless I purchased a seperate ticket for him, at full price. I can't believe there's no way around this, or surely Interrail would have an option to add a toddler pass or something like that? Has anyone else had this problem?
I bought a mobile pass and entered it into the app on my phone. I have a 4 travel day within a month pass. It is now saying to activate but I don’t leave for my trip until June 30th. If I activate it now (so I can book my train reservations in advance) will that start the countdown on the month I have to use it?
Hello,Would anyone be able to provide me with my Eurorail Pass Cover Number for my mobile pass? I need it for booking a seat reservation for a train on SNCB. I need to book a train for June 12th. Or would anyone be able to direct me to how I can book a train from Mulhouse to Aix-en-Provence on June 12th departing at 10 AM? The Eurorail seat reservations website only directs me to SNCB. Hey!I have an first class Interrail ticket and unfortunately I was not able to reserve my own sleeper compartment on the Interrail website for the night trains from Stockholn to Lulea (NT 92) and from Narvik to Arlanda C (NT 93), but "only " a ticket in a 6-person sleeper car. Can I exchange the reservations?
Hello, I want to travel from Bregenz in Austria to Lecce and back, so I bought the Italy Pass. Now as I wanted to do the seat reservations, I saw, that it is not valid for the way to and from Italy, is that true?Which Pass could I use? Or would the Italy Pass actually have worked from Austria? I also have to do a trip to Germany in the same month, but actually already booked…Any ideas?Thanks so much..Vivienne

Hello,Together with a group of friends, I am traveling with a won DiscoverEU ticket and the Interrail Pass application. We travel from May 26 and end on June 11. We still have two days of travel. My problem is that today I tried to book a ticket in the application from Vienna to Warsaw (11/06) and the application showed that I had used all the days. Searching for a problem, I came across a history of journeys in which I found the theoretically completed journey (2.06) that did not take place - as a result, I have one day less travel left, so I cannot book a ticket for the last day of travel. The other members of my group do not have any problems with the application. I sincerely hope that I will be able to count on your help.
I ordered a pass 2 weeks ago, the payment went right and got charged for the amount but i did not receive a pass or a code afterthat. I made multiple tweets, dm’s and created a ticket but still did not receive any answer. Anyone here that can help me?

I’m planning my trip from Athens to the meteores (kalambaka) and I tried to book my train ticket via the app, it couldn’t find any train so I tried on the eurail website (it could find the train this time) but this time it said « no available from interail.eu »So what I am supposed to do to make a reservation ? (I even tried on trainose, the train official website but I don’t have the interail discount) thanks for your help!
Hi. I am thinking of buying the global pass to go to Praga, Viena, Bratislava and Budapest. My question is:I have a friend in Bratislava and I will go with him to Budapest by car. Can I use my pass from Vienna to Bratislava and then Budapest to my home country or I have to do my trips in a row (like Bratislava to Budapest and then Budapest to my hometown)? Hi, I have a problem with my 4 day global pass, because it shows an empty day with no trips as a travel day. Thus, I cannot complete my journey! Help help....The 'empty day' was originally assigned as my first travel day, but I changed that and left earlier. However, I was never able to remove that day - there was no option in my app - and it also did not vanish by itself although I did not travel and had no trips on that day. How can this be changed?
Hi, I’m a first time user and am having problems with the mobile app.I add the first three trains to ‘My Trip’.They appear as a list - so far so good.However if I close the app and come back to it later -When I press ‘My Trip’ only one of the previously entered trains appears.Press ‘My Trip’ again and a different random train from the previously entered trains appears.I can’t get the whole list to appear.This has a knock on effect when I try adding the trains to ‘My Pass’Only one random train appears on the ticket!Has anyone else had this problem - am I doing something wrong?Using iPhone X, software 15.4, Interrail app version 23.0.0Many thanks
