I have been trying both on the website and the app to book reservations but I can’t add a traveller.I have reached out to the customer service several days ago but no one got back to me and now my depart is imminent. Why is there no way to contact anyone about this??
Hi, I accidentally bought the wrong pass and so I followed the steps on the interrail website to exchange it for the correct pass. I sent my request over two weeks but all I’ve received is a string of confusing emails saying my requests have been merged and most recently an email asking to rate their customer support. I’m not sure if this means my request is being processed or if it’s somehow gotten lost.Should I send another request? I’ve put off doing this as I don’t want to confuse the matter further.It would be Ideal to talk to interrail customer support directly but I can’t find any contact number. I’m currently travelling and will be needing the money from the refund very soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks
HelloI have just received my interrail tickets by mail, however I have not received either the maps or the wristbands.I would like to know what should I do to receive the complete package?I'm from Lisbon, Portugal and I´m wondering if I can go to Santa Apolónia station to receive the rest of my order. I really want the bracelets and maps and I was very sad to see they weren't inside the envelope.
So I wanted to double check that this journey doesn’t need a reservation at any point (the app says no but wanted to make sure) I posted about this the other day but just wanted to check as the train times have changed (although I’m not sure why as the original journey is still saved in ‘my trip’- does this mean that journey is no longer available?)What is the website where I can check Brussels train times.
If I’ve decided to take a certain journey with a couple of change overs but the train is delayed meaning I miss my change overs, is it still possible for me to check which trains are ok for me to take with my pass and just take them? This happened the other day so I only completed half my journey from the ticket that was scanned and on the other half of my journey no one scanned my pass. Basically what I’m asking, as long as it’s within 1 travel day is it okay to get as many trains as you like (if other trains are missed) and the scanning of the ticket doesn’t matter.
Hello everybody! I have a question: my itinerary starts form Milan and then goes to Montpellier, Barcellona,Seville and it finishes in Madrid (no return to milan); globally the travel days are 4 so, should I buy the 185€ pass (the one with 4 days/month) right? Thank you all, Rebecca
I see that Interrail pass holders get a 30% discount on the Flåm railway in Norway. However, I don’t see any way to book discounted tickets in advance. It’s not possible on the Interrail app. The Flåm railway website redirects to www.norwaysbest.com which only sells full price round-trip tickets. It tells you to book on vy.no for single tickets but that website of course does not do Interrail discounts. Any ideas? Turning up at the ticket office in midsummer hoping for availability is too risky.
Hi. I would like to book seat reservations for the trains from Hamburg Hbh to Verona. Bound for the 5th of August 2022 at 22:12, via München (arriving at 06.04 and leaving at 07.34) for Verona Porta Nuova at 13.26 on the 6th of August. On the Eurail website it says that this trip is included in the interrail pass and that I don’t need seat reservations for any of the trains. However, I would like to be guaranteed a seat. On the first train (Hamburg to München) I can book a seat via Eurail, but for the next train it says it is unavailable (perhaps because pass holders seats are sold out). If I go to Deutsche Bahn I can book seats for the whole trip. My questions is therefore, if I can use these seat reservations for both trains? Or if I will be given a fine/taken of the train on the second train (München to Verona) if the pass holder seats are sold out? Thank you so much for your help!
Hello!I have done interrail several times, but kept losing the bracelet after a while… Does anyone know if there is a way to get bracelets from previous years? Perhaps Interrail still has some in stock… do they still send them out with the passes? When a friend bought one in the train station here in Vienna, they didn’t have any….It would be a great part of the interrail adventure to have the bracelet!
Hello together,I have a question regarding the inbound and outbound journeys.I want to travel from Munich to Paris but I need to change the train in Stuttgart. Are those trains all included in the Global Pass when it is in one day or do I have to book a seperate train ticket to Stuttgart?So is it just 1 train or is it 1 entire journey to the final destination?Thank you very much for your help.Best regardsMarius
Good evening,I have ordered my first reservation for TGV and Thalys this saturday through the interrail website.The payment succeeded, but right thereafter I got an 403 error. After refreshing a couple of Times I got a order confirmation that stated that i would receive the tickets within 30 minutes. It is 1 hour later and i still havent received An email. Also the tickets are not visible in my account.I have sent a support ticket but they try to reply within 2 days, but i already leave saturday 07:00 in the morning. I am shocked that there is no telephone number available either. As i have only used a german one country pass before, i never had any (reservation) issues before.Do you have any tips for me how to reach out for help? Thank you in advance, Kevin
I have purchased a railpass and have a train ticket in my app. I am traveling from Paris to Nice. I have to book a seat online, but when I try to do that, it says one leg of the trip is unavailable, but it doesn’t show which leg it is. I do not understand what I need to do in order to book this train. Please help!

Hi,I’m looking to book reservations for myself and a few others on the train from Celje to Budapest (06:24 on the 17th of July). Unfortunately I cannot seem to find anywhere to book this reservation without paying for an entirely new ticket. MAV want me to buy a new ticket and OBB, DB and SZ have no way of booking anything at all. Does anyone know if there’s a way?
Hello!I will go with my grilfriend to Greece in July and we see the option to buy the Greek Island pass with 4 dans travel. When I do the processos to buy indicades that I will receive on 28th June. I would like to know if I will receive via mail the cover pass number to make the greek ferry's reservations or I have to wait to receive the pass at home (my address). I am a littlr bit worried because if I have to wait for a month, perhaps I don't have available seats for the ferry's desired. Thank you
Hi all! I am currently in Amsterdam. I plan on moving to Berlin this afternoon… however, since Amsterdam was my first destination and I hadn’t planned how long I was staying, I decided I would activate my pass once I’m here. My passport ID card number isn’t working even though it’s the exact same as my normal passport number. I cant activate my pass and any help would be greatly appreciated.
