reservation not possible with eurostar?
helloi’m trying to make a reservation for an eurostart train from paris nord to london st. pancras.trying to do this through the app or online at the interrail site doesn’t work. i receive the message:“No price results were found for this connection. Please trying searching again or find an alternative way to book.”Is there an alternative way to book a reservation?many thanks for any help.
3 tickets for a seat reservation? it's normal?
Hello the community, to make the journey Villach - Venice with my interrail, a reservation of siege was required. So I paid 2 € on the interrail booking site and when I was at the counter asking a question and the person made me paid 10 € extra for the reservation. She told me it was necessary but the reservation of 2 € siege on the interrail site is not supposed to be enough with the Interrail Pass? So finally, I have my Interrail pass + a seat reservation ticket + an other extra ticket of 10€, it's normal?
Hallo ZusammenEine Freundin und ich werden ab Samstag 10 Tage mit Interrail durch Italien reisen. Wir haben ein 2. Klasse E-Ticket. Nun habe ich über das Interrail-Portal die Sitzplätze reserviert. Auf den Bestätigungen steht jedoch bei beiden ein 1. Klasse Sitzplatz. Wisst ihr, wie das sein kann? Ich konnte bei der Reservation nur die 2. Klasse anwählen. Bekommen wir da nun Probleme, wenn wir trotzdem reisen?Achja und wir starten aus der Schweiz.Liebe Grüsse Jennifer
Validity of my Global Pass purchased via a third party agent prior to Covid 19
I purchased a 2 month Global Pass on Dec 03 2019 for travel to begin in May 2020.It was purchased via an agent (ACPrail) based in Canada)And of course, the trip was postponed due to the pandemicIt has been rescheduled for Oct 18 - Nov 30 My basic understanding after reviewing the pandemic extensions granted on the Eurorail site that my pass will still be valid - but I’m not totally sure and concerned I might be overlooking some potential issues because I purchased the ticket via an agent for Eurorail and not directly Any insight from the community would be greatly appreciated best regards-bruce
How to make a seat reservation from budapest (hungary) to craiova (romania)?
Hi! I want to make a seat reservation but interrail says: '’you can't book this connection through our self-service system. Please find an alternative way to book. '’It's the train that leaves at 3.10 PM from budapest keleti and arrives at 5.00 AM in Craiova.Anybody knows where to book this train? I would like to use my interrail pass for this train as well.Thanks a lot!Martine

Non ho capito come funziona. quando compro il biglietto poi da quale stazione parto? scelgo il treno che porta a quella destinazione?..se ho capito bene ad esempio parto da Milano e scelgo come prima destinazione un qualsiasi treno che mi porti a Zurigo, poi da Zurigo scelgo un qualsiasi treno che mi porti ad Amsterdam, stessa cosa da lì scelgo uno che mi porta a Copenhagen ecc... con l'interrail pass posso farlo giusto? And all gratis beacause i have global pass?
Time Zones and Train Timetables
Hi everyone!Hope you can clarify me in some questions i have since this is my first time doin an interrail:1st: How does the time zone thing works with the train time table? For example, I want to go from one city to another but they are in different timezones. So, I’m assuming the departure time form my trainis on the time zone from that city I’m departuring from, but the arriving time is on the time zone of my destination city, correct?2nd: How can I find travels with night trains? I wanted to hop on a night train from Amsterdam to Berlin since it’s a 7hour journey, but I can’t find any night trains that do that journey, so I’ll have to do that during the day, loosing a lot of valuable time :/ Thank you so much,Gisela
Error when entering travelers - info not correct but it is
when attempting to enter travelers in order to make seat reservations I receive error “you information does not match please check confirmation email for correct information” The information I am entering is correct. I do have the passes entered and activated on the app however to make seat reservations I am required to enter travelers with information...I can’t get this.HELP! I am traveling on Tuesday and really need reservations for my train for the morning I arrive.

Bug with the mobile app - pass doesn't show with poor on-train wifi / 4G signal
How do I report a bug with the mobile app?Showing the pass at a ticket check seems to try & make a connection. If the phone is connected to on-train WiFi but the signal is (temporarily) poor then the app just stalls / hangs. This is a very uncomfortable experience when the train manager/guard/<whatever> is standing next to you.The same applies if the phone is connected to 3G/4G and the signal is poor.I had to turn off WiFi and/or turn off mobile data and then it’s fine. The app was fine once it knew there was no connection at all - it was just upset by a bad connection.I worked this out but then I work with IT. Someone less aware of IT or who doesn’t know how to turn off WiFi and/or mobile data could have an uncomfortable experience.
Issues with seat reservation between Amsterdam and Paris
Hi! I’m trying to book a seat in a train from Amsterdam to Paris. Almost every one of the options on the website says: “No price results were found for this connection. Please try searching again or find an alternative way to book.” I also tried to book directly from the Thalys website but when I try to search for trains it says there’s a technical error. What should I do?

I would like to activate my pass with my first trip that will be on the 2nd of October so that I can take advantage of the two-month duration starting from that day.I looked at the different options on your app and I found a suitable trip (NO reservation mentioned) and I saved it on my app. How does it work now?I go on the app on the 1st > I activate my pass > I add to my pass the journey I have already saved > I get on the train on the 2nd. Problem to validate a trip
I bought a plan of 10 trips in a period of 2 months, the first two trips were no problem, but now I have not been able to validate more, I have 7 trips available and still 53 days remaining, but it does not allow me to validate them. On Wednesday I must travel because I have everything already booked can you collaborate quickly please?
I have no inbound/outbound journeys left, while I do not live in Europe. Did I buy the wrong Pass?
Dear friends, I needed to travel several times between Italy and Switzerland, I bought an interrail pass but i had a "no inbound..." message for my second travel. Did I select a wrong pass??? Eurail has the same problem? I mean I can come one time to switzerland, because it considers switzerland as my home country as I am not a residence there.Can I change to eurail???Thanks for your help
Can not add Mobile Pass/traveller to eurail.eu account
I am attempting to make seat reservations on my eurail.eu account but I can not seem to add myself to a trip as a traveller, it states that my details are incorrect/do not match. I purchased my mobile ticket from national rail UK/eurail and have managed to download the mobile app and activate my ticket, but you can not make reservations for the eurostar using the app.I do not have facebook or twitter, so I can not contact customer services. I wondered if anyone could advise/help me with this problem?Thanks!David
Cannot fint my mobile pass on my interrail account
Hey guys, I’m currently out travelling with my mobile pass, bought at interrail.eu. But I cannot find this pass on my account for some reason, which means that I can’t book seat reservations through my account.Does anyone have a clue about where I can find my pass? I’ve got the pass reference number. Thank you!!
Alternative to paper reservation by mail
I want to travel on the 24th October from Barcelona to Paris on the 10.05am TVG OUIHow do I get the paper reservation copy required as I have tried online but the estinaled delivery date is in November….I will be home by then.Can I book my reservation at the Barcelona Rail Station assuming this is classified as an international Station and able to do so when I arrive in Barcelona on the 18th October.Many thanks.
Cant delete a trip
So, the Problem is:My girlfriend an me booked two global passes from her account. if she wants to add us to a trip it wont work for my ticket. the platform says there is already an activated trip on my pass. It says i activated it in august but i didnt activate anything (the details that we will travel from first of october till end of november are right but i didnt activate it in august, aktivated the ticket 4 days ago). we already deleted everything we could, like we began a journey in the app when we activated the pass four days ago(i couldnt reserve, there was a error message ) than on pc (it worked for me from my interrail account but was not synced with the app and i couldnt add her. It said that the detail name and number arent right). And neither off us can delete this trip, not in the app or login in via browser, not with her account or mine. Interail self-service check out process
I am trying to make seat reservations for my trip in Italy. I have already gotten a ticket on the rail planner app. I click on the check out, and it wants me to put in Billing information in the site. I cannot get past the Country section because it doesn’t have United States as a listed County. BTW it would be simpler if you could do this all within one app. Very confusing.
