Hello, So i want to start travelling with a Global Pass in September, but I dont know when i should buy the Ticket, because i`ll need it for Seat reservations right? But when i buy it, for example in June can i still use it in September? Thanks in Advance.

Does Eurail global pass work for Zermatt to Matterhorn gondolas? 

I will be traveling from Waterloo Station to Dorchester South.  The app is not giving me the option of choosing South Western Railway trains. Is the train included in the eurorail pass? I'm not seeing it listed on the website either. Thank you! 

Hi Everyone,My fiancé and I are travelling with a 15 day pass and one of the trips is from Nice to Barcelona on July 9th. I believe this trip has 2 stops along the way in Montpellier and Marseille , however, for 2 days now we have been trying to reserve seats and it keeps coming as - not available - as if everything was booked out already. But prior to the 09/04 we couldn’t book because it exceeded the 90 days prior to the travel date and now on that day is all booked? It must be some kind of mistake surely! We have contacted support and we were told to keep trying, so I guess I am reaching out to see if anyone has any suggestions or has had a similar experience that tell me how it was navigated. thank you so much!  

I am travelling tomorrow between 2 and 3 pm from Madrid to Granada. Is it okay to activate tomorrow morning? Which that means my month starts tomorrow? Thank you!

i booked seat reservations for my wife and I using DB app.  We are travelling from Cologne to Brussels.I have an invoice but I have not been issued with a QR code or any way of downloading a ticket. Is this correct?I was not able to create an account on the app but did pay without creating one. Now I find I can’t access the reservations.Could this be because I have booked from UK and can’t get access to the website from here? Will I be able to download the tickets when I am in Germany? What do I present when I try to get on the train?We have global Eurail passes.

Hi, we are having some issues with seat reservations for our journey from GENOVA P.ZA PRINCIPE (ITALY) to VENTIMIGLIA (ITALY) on 12/06 - we are wanting to reserve seats as this is one of our bigger journeys (to Marseille St Charles). The page says ‘Prices temporarily unavailable, Check back in a few hours to see prices and book this seat reservation.’ on the journey we want to book. Can anyone help with this?

We’ve struggled to create a workable journey from our home to London St Pancras.Repeated messages in Journey Planner indicated  - Sorry, no trains . . . .etc We were using the station title of ‘St Pancras International’ - but that station name only works for trains leaving the UK .. which I guess is International. For UK trains arriving into St Pancras, use ONLY London St Pancras. Logical but we’ve  always called it St P Int’l.Thanks to Mark, man@seat61.com for putting us right

This is my first time using the Eurail pass. I was wondering if it would be possible to make a seat reservations 2-3hours ahead of departure. I”m landing from the US to CDG and am concerned over flight delays along w long lines to clear immigration/customs.I would like to book my seats after I get on the train from the airport. Assuming there are still seats, can I book my seats the same day, hours in advance? I”m planning on going strait from the airport to the train station and take one a few hours later (3 hr buffer) but I have no control over how long the lines are at the airport thus prefer to book after I’m cleared to go..

We bought our tickets Feb / March but activated the  Pass two days ago. I’m still confused.Firstly, I think I understand that we need to create a trip / doneWe then Add JourneyOk. So I can see our Reservations in my-account/reservation-booking-details/my-itineraryNext step - on my mobile, I go to PlannerAdd my first journey / London - Bassel. That's fine.And the next leg, Bassel to Firenze.Here it gets tricky. The train we have tickets for, doesn't show Likewise, the Paris London train isn’t showing for the one we have booked. This is the first issue. The second one is that when we tried to book our From Home UK leg, the ticket office noted the Activated Pass and reference numbers, but say we should have a QR code for them to scan.  I dont see a QR code with the Mobile Pass.

Hi Interrailers,I have a sleeper reservation for the ÖBB NightJet on Thu 16 May from Paris to Berlin. Lucky me, you may say. Well, that’s what i thought too, until the train suddenly disappeared off the timetable.No notification from ÖBB. I emailed them 3 days ago, when i found out, but not a peep.Nor have they surreptitiously refunded the money.Now, there have been rumblings in the press here in France about ÖBB canceling 2 out of 3 NightJets, so i reckon i have cause for concern…Anyone else having issues with the NightJets of late ?  

When using the app to search for a train, I inputted May 5th as our departure date for an overnight trip where we're expected to arrive on May 6th (Paris to Barcelona) However, upon selecting a trip the dates of the trip display May 6th to May 7th. We're having a hard time figuring out why that is, and how we can find the correct trip. I attached a series of photos to show what I'm seeing. Notice the shift in dates from my search to the selected option (which should be a departure on May 5 and an arrival on May 6).Thanks!

Hi all,I’m looking to make seat reservations for the Munich to Verona train on Weds July 17th departing at 13:34 (RJ 87 / ECB 87). I was expecting to be able to reserve the seats at least 2-3 months in advance based on other reservations I've made, however DB shows “No Price Information Available” for this train for all dates in June onwards. Does anyone know why this is?Thanks,Nick

Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable.’Can anyone help? Is this simply an issue with the interrail website? Is it possible to book it with the Italian rail company directly.Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi, If I start my Global Flexi Pass on 1 Apr, is that I can still use this pass on any 3 days within April? It is not necessary to use it continuously from 1 - 4 AprAm i correct?Thanks,

Is there any real point paying for seat selection. I know it’s only 2Euro but I’ve read that even if you don’t select a seat, they will still sit those in the same group together. What typically happens to those who don’t pay extra to select a seat on a Rome Termini to Florence S.M.N. Frecciarossa 1000?

How do I get from Madrid to Lisbon or Coimbra? There is no option on the website for this route. Doesn't the eurail pass cover it?

Good afternoon, I'm trying to figure out how to book between Lyon and Barcelona, ​​and Barcelona to Madrid. There are two time options. One, the reservation price is very low, but it says that I can only book in person at the station. This is the framing time as 2:32 pm. That's right? Can I only do it in person?

Hubby has UK residence permit but is an American citizen and will be travelling on US passport, would this cause an issue with using interrail in Benelux  

Hello,I am planning to utilize a travel day for BLS Brienz cruise on 27th April. The route would be Interlaken OST to Brienz with a stopover at Iseltwald. I went thru the time table and accordingly planned our journey:*Board the ferry at 10.07 am( Shi 61)*Get down at Iseltwald at around 10.44 am* Explore Isetlwald for approx 2 hrs*Board the next ferry( Shi 65) at around 12.50 to Brienz* Reach brienz at 13.20 and explore the area and then take the train back to Interlaken.However, I am unable enter this whole journey in the railpanner as Isetlwald see is not a option at all. So, my question is whether is this a hop on/ off ferry, where I can take a next ferry to Brienz if I get down at Isetlwald? Since as per the rail planner I am able to enter only Brienz as a destination.Kindly help.Thanks in advance.

If in a connection with several trains that I have entered in the pass, one of the first trains is delayed and I do not catch the connecting trains, do I have to reschedule or will the missed trains be accepted? Greetings Gerhard

Hi , May I ask if I can use the DB app to buy tickets for the purpose of travelling internationally in Europe. For example, go from Germany to Luxembourg or from Luxembourg to Belgium ? How do I buy tickets using the DB app ? Will I get a e-ticket with a QR code that I can show the inspector ?  Please help as I am new to using the DB app. Thank You. John

I have bought a seat reservation on Rail Europe but don’t know how to add to journeys on my Eurail pass. Already on the train so need help asap! Hope someone can help. Thanks
