Hi everyone, Myself and my boyfriend are travelling to Switzerland from Ireland at the end of this month and I was trying to work out travel for our journey.We are staying in Grindelwald one night but are going to do paragliding in Interlaken the day after.I cant find any information on travel from Grindelwald to Interlaken or return with this pass.Does anyone know how I complete this journey or if there's a supplement I can buy with the interrailing pass?

Hi,Still struggling with train connections from Stockholm towards Copenhagen, this has turned out to be the hardest section to plan. We have seat reservations for the 8.24 Snälltåget 3941 from Stockholm to Malmö on June 17th and plan to continue from Malmö to Copenhagen on the 15.33 Öresundståg 1093. Just want to make sure that our Interrail global passes will be valid on both these trains? The SJ couldn't answer my question although we booked the seat reservation from them.

Sorry this is probably a silly question but given we are doing some very long trips I want to ensure that Premium Class means I can book First Class Seats on trains THanks in advanceChristine

Hey Everyone,I am trying to book the night train from Krakow to Prague and it leaves at 22:42 and arrives at 7:31 the next day. After checking on polrail, it seems that the train does not actually switch, and that you end up staying in the same car, but it changes operators and switches tracks in Bohumin. The app views this as a switching connection, and as such, it’s requiring me to spend 2 travel days despite it not actually switching. I would think since it’s technically a single train, it shouldn’t count as multiple days.Do I actually need to activate the second half of the trip as long as I get the reservation via polrail and flip the initial switch in the app for Krakow - Bohumin? Is there a way to do this without the app using 2 travel days?

HiI’m trying to book a couple of Nightjet trains using a pass on OBB’s website.The system is not showing single cabins as available, but showing places in double cabins.The strange part is when I change the search to 2 passengers the same places in 2 berth compartments show. It’ll let me book them and go through to the credit card page. Question is will these be allocated in the same cabin? Thank you!

Hi travelers, I need help with the HOW of adding multiple passes to the app on one device.  Here’s what I’ve got so far: I am traveling with my family--two adults, one child--and have purchased Eurail Global passes. I’ve downloaded the app, added MY pass, and linked it to a trip.  I can see in FAQs that I am *able* to add multiple passes to one device. However, I cannot figure out HOW to do this. Where do I go in the app to add the passes for my partner and child?  Thank you!

i bought my pass in january 2023. (7 days in one month). It says i can use my pass within one year. But at the pass the valid date is 18.01.23 to 17.02.23. Is my pass not valid any more? But i just bought it.. What is the problem?

Good morning.I am looking to book a train from London to Paris (26th of May) and Paris - London (3rd of June).Both dates are showing message “no matching connection”. If I look at other days I can see times and trains (even if they are fully booked it still shows). Has anyone else experiencing same problem? Is that kind of error? Thank you in advance Kamila 

HiHelp please  xxI wanted to purchase a 2nd class 5 day pass for my family. But I’d still like the option of upgrading to first class on some trains if I want to.is this possible? I would hate to purchase a 2nd class pass only to be ‘frozen out’ of access to a first class option if I choose to……….

Sto organizzando un viaggio in Nord Europa (Danimarca, Norvegia e Svezia) ma non riesco a prenotare i posti a sedere del treno, alcuni non me li fa fisicamente aggiungere al carrello. C’è qualcosa che mi sfugge? 

We are booking reservations from Brussels to Paris.  Usually the reservations cost $10-15 each.  When I try to make the reservations it cost $32.50 each.  Also I tried b-europe.com and it is $27 each.  Does anyone know why it is such a price difference and cost more than normal?Also, I saw the regular price cost is is only around $43.  So the savings isn’t much with the Rail pass.   Any thoughts would br greatly appreciated. 

I purchased my pass om Apr 12, 2023 and want to activate it in order to make Seat Reservations in advanced. My first train ride will be on July 25, 2023. Can I activate it now…?

I was looking at booking a hostel/hotel in Hamburg on the 20th May. However, almost everywhere seems sold out/ really expensive. Is there some sort of event going on? 

We are family of 6 (2 adults + 4 children). When I was trying to do seat reservation for 6 people, it was not allowing therefore I did 2 separate reservations for 3 each.Issue now is that the seats assigned are in 2 different carts (voiture). Bonjour j’ai pris un pass interrail de 5 jours sur un mois et une réservation pour paris venise le 29 juillet . Je dois être à thessalonique le 07 août au plus tard (ferry pour alonissos). Je voulais faire venise-bled puis bled-belgrade puis belgrade-skopje enfin skopje-thessalonique mais cela ne fonctionne pas, car apparemment il y a des problèmes avec la serbie (aucune réservation et les personnes de la communauté me confirment qu’il y a des travaux et des problèmes politiques donc cela me semble risqué de maintenir ce projet) . Que me conseillez vous comme trajet? merci beaucoup par avance !NB please tell me if you need the same question in english !! thanks a lot in advance  

When booking a train pass on the website and paying for it, how can you transfer the ticket onto the rail app on your phone so all tickets are on the app ? Have just purchased a ticket and hasn’t come through onto the app just the email ticket.thanks 

I am planning to go to bern from cologne on 2 may 2023 (tomorrow) at 1528. In the planner it says ‘seat reservation recommended’. When i try seat reservation the website says there is no train matching my search. Can anyone pl help me to make sure if there really is a train or not?thanks in adv

We want to book a train from napoli to catania, but when we try this the interrail website says we first have to go from Napoli to Florence and then to Catania. This only takes a lot of time while there is also a direct train from Napoli to Catania on the website of Trenitalia. Does someone know what is wrong? And if we even need a seat reservation for this train?

Hi,I wish to make a reservation for the train Wien (24/06/23, 7.42pm) ➩ Bucarest (25/06/23, 3.05pm). I have a 2nd class pass. I wish to make a reservation for a single bed (I saw on the website of the train company that it was possible). Yet this option does not appear. Is it because it is an option not available for eurail ? Is it because it is available for 1st class pass ? If so, how can I change my pass from 2nd class to 1st class ? I did not made any reservation yet so I guess it could be possible ?Thank you very much,Amélie
