Due to a potential change in circumstances, one of us may need to book and cancel (or not cancel, hopefully) a sleeper from Stockholm to Narvik in June.I can’t find the terms and conditions online, but it looks like the Interrail fares are refundable.I had to cancel and rebook an SJ fare from Copenhagen to Stockholm a few weeks back and out of an original charge of SEK286 I got SEK133 back, so I know there should be some refund.  I just don’t know quite how much can be expected.Does anyone know what the calculation basis is for the refund?  133/286 isn’t a ratio I recognise - it’s about 46.5%.I will try to contact them tomorrow to find out, but if anyone knows it would help.Thanks,David 

Hi! I booked my train from Zurich to Zagreb today with a stop in Schwarzach and the officer in the train told me the second part of travel is not possible due to a tunnel maintenance starting today. Can you confirm and is there another option? 🥺 thanks a lot!

Hello, I purchased a Pass for 4 days. However, when making the reservation for each day, one of the segments I need does not exist on Eurail. Therefore, I would like to refund or cancel only 1 day, making it a 3-day Pass.

Helllppp!! Trying to book tickets in 2nd class between Munich and Rome in July, I get to revising my order and it keeps telling me one of my legs is no longer available. Everthing looks fine but keeps locking me out when its time to pay. I have tried to book varying train times but keeps coming up with same issue. Would very much appprreciate some advice.

Hello all! My current itinerary includes a train from Montpellier to Barcelona, with a stop in Perpignan, France. The transfer time is listed as ‘short’ and we only have 6 minutes to transfer trains. Making this short transfer would save us $40, so we are hopeful that we can make it. Traveling with a group of 4 young women and just want to ask for reviews about the Perpignan station. Hello All,I made a mistake when I booked my reservations. Somehow, I did check the reservation date that I am booking. It turns out I booked my return trip and depart trip on the same day. And the worst part is, it does not seem I could make any changes to the website.Could I board the train on next day? Or should I rebook it (Is that possible to get any refund)?  

I'm currently trying to book the night train from Zagreb to Split for the end of May (very last minute I know, didn't think we'd be going that way!), it says there's no availability but when I checked from Bratislava to Split (same train) there was plenty seats and couchettes available? 

I added a journey and my trip to my rail planner app on Iphone 11.  It still shows both of our passes.  I duplicated information for my husband and also says we have booked the four days of travel but all information pertaining to my journey and my trip has dropped off and disappeared.  I have seat reservations already for the trips that said I required reservations but it does not list my journey or my trip for either of us.  This is really distressful can anyone help me.  nz  

Hello,I have two granddaughters who are going to Spain and Italy the end of June, not a specific date yet.In Spain, they will arrive in Madrid and take day tours for one week. Then they will go by train to Rome, and also take day trips. They will go back to Madrid by train, to take the flight back to go home. They have traveled to different countries, but always with their parents. They speak English, Spanish and French. They just graduated from high school and we are given them this trip as a graduation present. I don’t want for them to have problems locating where to buy tickets etc. I want to buy the pass.Can they travel from city to city in Spain and Italy with the Eurorail pass? They will be in both countries a total of 16 days.Could anyone please let me know what I need to do or if is best to get tickets daily at the train station.Thank you very much in advance,Patricia

I am planning to buy an Interrail Switzerland Pass, but I am not sure if the ride from Zurich to Lugano is 100% covered by the pass or I will have to pay something extra. I am asking this because based on this map,part of the line (namely from Erstfeld to Biasca as well as from Cadenazzo to Lugano) is marked with dotted line, which means that this line is covered, but with reductions.Thanks in advance!

In July-August 2023, I’ll be interrailing across Europe with a few friends. I’m unsure how reservations for couchettes/beds work though. My friends and I are all booking individually but is it possible for us to book the same compartment without having to reserve the whole room privately? For reference we will be travelling on the Berlin-Vienna and Naples-Milan night trains.

Hi guysThe night train i’m looking at shows as N/A, does this mean sold out or as in the train is not available to book yet? Also, in general if interrail says it’s not available to book a ticket until 2 months in advance, is this correct? As some tickets i’ve looked at on OBB have also showed up as services not available or just with no option to buy a ticket for it?Thanks :)

Hi, I’m planning a trip for this summer. I have a question concerning the journeys inside the home country. Let’s say I want to start from Paris, and on my way back I would to stop in another french city (let’s say Lyon) before coming back to the starting point. My question is : is the journey from Lyon to Paris included in the global pass ? Also, if I understood properly, the journeys from the starting destination (here Paris) to the first, and from the last to the starting point are not counted as days of journeys in the case of a global pass with a specified amount of days. I have saved a journey on railplanner between Munich and Bled for April 28th but now that I searched it again it doesn’t seem to exist. It still shows it on the planner but not when searched again or even at the db website. Is there any way to travel the distance reasonably?

Hi everyone! I’m wanting to book my ferries between the greek islands in the cyclades for my trip in August (I have a 3-month global pass). This is my first time using eurail so I’m a bit new to it. When I go to book a ferry using Blue Star Ferries, following the Eurail instructions, it prompts me to “Fill in your Pass Cover Number in the 'Discount ID / Document' field. You can find your Pass Cover Number on the back of your paper Pass cover, above the QR code”. On the Blue Star Ferries website, the little info button near the “Discount ID / Document” field specifies for me to “Please insert your activated Pass Cover Number in the field "Discount ID/ Document" My pass isn’t activated yet as I’ll begin travelling in July!! Does this mean I have to wait til July to book my ferries?? Or should I just ignore that statement about the ‘activated pass cover number’ and insert my pass cover number, regardless of the fact that is it currently not activated? I hope this makes sense!! if i don't buy a seat reservation on trains that requires it, can I just take that train and don't sit on a seat whitout getting in any troubles? 

I am going to travel this summer and was wondering if an outbound and inbound trip count as travel days. I have booked the 7 travel days in 1 month pass. Does that mean that after the trip from home to my first destination I still have 7 travel days left, or just 6 travel days? thanks! Meike

We want to do an interrail, starting in Germany and going forward to Scotland to do some hiking/ camping there (for aprox. 3-4 weeks in August).Are there any things we have to watch out?Do we need reservations for the trains in Scotland or just for the trains to get there? Are there recommended routes for our trip?

Hi there,I'm planning my Interrail trip for next summer. The idea is to travel from the Netherlands to Ancona or Bari (Italy) and from there take the ferry to Albania.Now it seems nice to travel to München by day train and from there take the night train to Ancona. However, I'm struggling with the ICE reservations. The most convenient route would be to take the 08.34 ICE 105 from Utrecht Centraal to Mannheim and change to the 12.30 ICE 595 to München (preferred date 10 July). Now, via the "seat only" option on the Deutsche Bahn website, I try to reserve seats for said trains. The ICE 595 seems to work fine, but for the ICE 105 it says "Reservation temporarily not possible". I've tried several times over the course of 1-2 weeks so it seems persistent and not temporary.Another option is the 11.04 ICE 123 from Utrecht to Cologne/Köln and from there the 13.55 ICE 519 to München. Seat reservations for both ICE 123 and ICE 519 can be booked just fine. So it's probably not (a) that I'm too ea

I just found out that I purchased a 15 day pass for 15 days. We thought it was 15 days in 30 days. yikes.I see I can buy a new pass and then refund the original one. I am worried about my reservations I bought for 4 of us for multiple travelers. Will my reservations transfer over also? We are leaving for Europe in 2 days. Thank you!

Can someone please guide me how to book seat reservations from London to Paris to Bordeaux (st Jean station).  I am needing to book seat reservation from London via Paris  to Bordeaux on same day Monday July 3, 2023 .  I was able to get a seat from London to Paris, and there is connection time to get to Paris Montparnasse station  to Bordeaux (St Jean), but the seat does not show for Paris to Bordeaux.  I am getting the following message below “PARIS MONTPARNASSE 1 ET 2 (France)2h 7mTGV 8509TGV INOUIShow facilitiesSeat reservations requiredYou need to buy a seat reservation to board.Prices for this journey will start to be available 90 days before departure.
