Trying to buy seat reservations on the Mobile App - pass cover number needed

I can’t find any way of viewing the Pass Cover Number on my Mobile App - this seems to be a recurring theme, but I can’t see what the answer is…..anyone able to help?

Online reservation not working

When I login using the online reservation tool it fails to link to my trip/passenger and also says "see timetable below" but there isn't one.This was working last week. What is going on ? Is there a customer support desk ? I need to book Oslo to Bergen in May and other Norway journeys.Thanks, Nick

Seat reservation Milano-Lyon; need pass cover number

Hi, I’m new here, but very hopeful to get the help that is not coming from the customer service directly. We are a little family travelling around Europe from monday on. We have reservated almost all the seats we need (and we found available), but we are having a problem with the journey Milano-Lyon.As I’ve read that it is a problem making the reservation via Eurrail, and instead we can do it through b-europe, I would need to provide this pass cover number that I don’t have, because we’ve got a mobile pass.Thanks a lot!!!

I will not be using my pass this year. I will save it for use next year instead. In the meantime I do not wish to receive any more Community emails?How do I Unsubscribe from ALL Community emails - i.e. questions from other Community Members.

Purchases wrong type of Global Pass

I booked a 15 Day Global Pass for my family without realising that meant 15 days consecutive travel. I thought it was 15 Days within a month. I want to exchange it for 10 Day Global Passes - if 15 Days over a month is not possible.my first day of travel is 04 July but I think my 15 days may already have started - I’m unsure.I have sent an email to Interrail.Any help here?

Paper pass number for mobile pass to connect trip to pass

Where can I find my paper pass number required to connect my trip to my mobile pass? So far uerail is a lot of pain, already lost first trip due to lack of seat reservation but bought a ticket for a sold out train. :(:( Now I have seat reservation but can’t get a ticket…. What a bs!

We're taking a train from Kopenhagen to Hamburg, on the app it did not say that reservations are needed, but now that we're on the train the train conductor says we need one. Is this common? Is there a way to figure out if trains require it even tho it dosn't say on the app? And what should we do hahaha . Quick help appreciated

Travelling van Belgrade to Sofia - current state of connection

We are planning to travel van Bar to Belgrade to Sofia to Istanbul around the half/end of July, but are trying to figure out the Belgrade - Sofia leg of the Journey. I came across some mentions here (including the site of the man in seat 61) stating that traffic between Belgrade and Sofia is still suspended.However, if I have a look at several sites (Serbian railways, rome2rio, railcc, etc.) I'm given an option from Belgrade to Nis, (after a long stopover) Nis to Dimitrovgrad and Dimitrovgrad to Sofia. Does anyone know what the current status of this connection is, where I might be able to check it, and if there are other possibities in case the service is not availble? Thank you for your help

Global Pass covering Hildesheim - Karlsruhe?

Hi everyone, I would like to travel from Germany to France to get my journey started. Therefore, I have to take a train from Hildesheim which is my hometown to Karlsruhe to get then a further train to Paris. Is it possible to use my ticket already from Hildesheim to Karlsruhe? Or am I only allowed to use the ticket from Karlsruhe to Paris? This means that I have to buy a ticket from Hildesheim to Karlsruhe, right? Thanks for your help! Best, Bele :)

Reservations do not show in the app.

Good Afternoon,I bought a pass a couple of months ago, put in my trips Paris → Munich, Munich → Cologne, Cologne → Paris. The 1st part of the trip is Paris to Munich has a stop and train change in Mannheim and it needed a seat reservation. I booked it online on my computer, have a confirmation and its good to go, but It doesn’t have anything about Mannheim to Munich on the pass. Not sure what to do now? Since it didn’t need a reservation do, I just get on the connector train and sit anywhere? Loaded up the app and it has my eurail pass but none of my booked seat reservation. Do these two systems not talk to each other? It says I need my eurail pass and my tickets, any help would be greatly appreciated,Marc

Can't add travel day

I have been able to add journey and travel days for 3 of the travelers except 1. For some reason won’t let me add the travel day and states to contact them but they are not responding to my email. I was able to add last night but today the travel day and the ticked has disappeared from my pass. How can I remedy this.

Buying connecting tickets in home country after inbound/outbound journey used

Hello everyone,I have already used my inbound/outbound journey, I have a 3 months continuous pass and I would like to do more trips. My question is about the connecting tickets I have to buy for trains in the home country when inbound and outbound journey have been already used. My home country is Germany.According to information I received from DB personnel, connecting ticket must be bought from/to the first/last stop before/after the border in Germany, so for example if I want to travel from Linz to Frankfurt, I need to buy a ticket from Passau, since this is the first stop after the border. Taking the ICE train from Austria, however, as well as with all other trains crossing the border, I'm not able to add the leg from Linz to Passau since Passau is considered as a German train station. There is also no stop closer to the border during this trip. In the details, I can see that there is also a station named Passau (Austria), but this station I'm not able to select in the journey plan

Night Train with stops. Can I take that train from Munich - Amsterdam instead of from Innsburck?

Hello everybody, I have a question since im a foreing traveler from america and here the trains route are different, Im planning my vacations on Eurepe and one of my doubts are about the nightjet Train NJ420 that departs from innsburck to Amsterdam and it has a lot of stops, and one of them is on munich, in my intinerary I going to be on Munich and then I will go to amsterdam, This night train has a stop at 22:30 in munich, my question or doubt is, If I reserved a ticket to this NJ420 night train, I can take it on munich without the need to take it on Innsburck? And… also, the Stops on the night trains routes can be use to get off and board the train? thats my main question, since if that is possible I can plan my intinerary best.

Hi there,I just checked the following URL for the train departure from London to Brussels tomorrow (2 July)https://www.interrail.eu/en/book-reservations#/It shows numerous trains but does not indicate whether these trains have available seats. Please could anyone tell me how to check the availability of train seats?I would love to make sure there are available seats before buying a pass.

Seat Reservation on TER trains Beauvais - Gare du Nord required?

Hi,I'm starting my interrail trip in Paris and I fly into Beauvais. My first train will be from the Beauvais train station to Gare du Nord on a TER train. I assumed this service did not need a seat reservation. However, I've seen some stuff lately that said TER trains going to/from Paris need seat reservations. Hi, I bought an interrail pass on my computer, bought seat reservations on my computer, downloaded the app on my phone, activated the interrail pass on the app, but I can't see the seat reservations/ booked journeys on the app. How do I get my journeys (which I've paid for and have the email receipt) on the app??

High seat reservations Paris - Spiez

Trying to get a train from Paris to Spiez, Switzerland on July 21st for 2 people. I have a 3 month eurail pass. Are they serious about these prices?! $374 total?! Also, when I try booking the site messes up every time and take me back to the homepage and never lets me complete purchase. Help!

technical difficulties with seat reservations

I was booking seat reservations for my trip from Oslo to Copenhagen but when i proceeded to checkout, filled out the billing information and then tried to move on to contact information the site threw me back to the start page for eurail. The train leaves in only a few hours.

Reservation tool redirects to homepage - site support is unhelpful

Hello,I have purchased two global passes for two travellers and have been attempting to book a reservation for a few hours now.When trying to reserve a seat on ICE9553 from Paris to Saarbruecken. After selecting the reservation type and entering my contact info, I am prompted to “add traveller details”. However, clicking this button just redirects me to the eurail homepage. I have tried this in three difference browsers.The support section on the eurail site is extremely unhelpful and I feel like I’ve been ripped-off.Can someone help?

I entered the wrong country of residence

Hello, I have purchased a mobile interrail pass few weeks back for a trip in may/june and I realise just now that the country of residence is France. I am french but I live in Sweden and would start my trip from there.Can you manage to change it by any chance? I plan on doing my first trip on May 12th.Thanks a lot
