Basically my order seems to have disappeared from the system! My partner and I bought the interrail and the eural pass respectively, and while one has been received, there is no menrion about mine ever being shipped or being on delivery. Yesterday, when I checked there wasn't even an order on my account corresponding to mine. After I made a custom request for help, it appeared on the website,  saying it has been shipped already but I have not received it!

Hi,Is it possible to book a seat reservation through the Hungarian railway website? Or are there any other options for booking it in advance? Thanks

My family of 4 (incl 2 teens) are taking the train across borders in Western Europe for the first time in November.  So far, a couple of the journeys we’re researching indicate that 1 or 2 train changes are needed. Some of the routes indicate that we have just 15 mins to change trains at a certain station.  These include :(i) Munich - Lucerne (8 or 12 mins at Zurich)(ii) Lucerne - Dijon (14 or 16mins at Mulhouse Ville) Qn 1 : What is a good buffer we should give ourselves to change trains ? Qn 2 : When encountering such routes, what are the alternatives without prolonging the journey too much ?Qn 3 : What is the most important thing to do (to keep to our schedule closely) if there is a missed connection using (i) the EURail pass, or (ii) single journey ticket ?  Thank you.

Hi everyone!I'm trying to plan a trip from paris to switzerland for 4 days. We'll go to geneve first then to interlaken and jungfrau. Would you recommend the global pass or the swiss travel pass? And do i need to pay extra on top of the global pass when travelling from paris to geneve? Would appreciate all the help. Thanks!

I have first class global pass tickets so when I need a seat reservation they offer me both 1st and 2nd class reservation prices.  So, if I choose the cheaper 2nd class reserved seat I am effectivly bumped out of first class even though my ticket/pass is 1st class.  Is that the way it works ?

Hi everyone,I want to take the ferry from Italy (Ancona or Bari - doesn’t matter) to Igoumenitsa in Greece. Does somebody know which ferry company is included in the Interrall Global Pass? Hey all, I am hoping to get a pass but I am a little confused on which to purchase. I will be traveling in Europe Between end of September and beginning of November. Does this require me to get the 3 month pass or the 2 month pass? Does the pass work from (example) August 12 - October 12; as a two month plan? Or the is the 2 months considered to be August and September only ? 

If a train route requires seat reservations, do I have to purchase 2 seat reservations (one for the outbound and one for inbound)? Or does 1 seat reservation cover the entire journey?

I have downloaded the interrail app more than three months ago and have my trips etc in order. Do I have to download a newer version of the app to get a more recent planner (timetable), or do I lose all I have downloaded so far if I do? I will be leaving a few dans from now (Maybe a dumb question but I am slightly older...)

My global pass counts until monday. Is it possible to enter the night train back home on monday,? (I would only arrive on tuesday)

Hi, Me and my friend are travelling together and want to book the same train as each other. However, the timetable from Budapest to Krakow shows up differently on our phones to each other. How can we resolve this? Does anyone know?? 

Hi everyone,  I have a number of seat reservations booked through ÖBB.  I have email confirmations with links to mobile tickets and I have the ÖBB app.  Is there a way to store these reservations on the app rather than going through the email link each time (which then displays the tickets via the app, it’s all rather weird!).  Thanks in advance…

Hi looking to travel by Interrail from Wales, to London, then on to Avignon via Paris or Lille. Return. All within month of December. Looking for assistance re how to book; am I limited to specific trains and times? Cost for 4 days travel with one month appears cheaper than standard return tickets. Is this correct? Finally is it possible to speak to someone at InterRail? Thanks.

I was looking for some trains from Berlin to Copenhagen and I was planning to take the one of today at 21.38…On the app said that I need the reservation of the seat but when I go on the eurail website to do the reservation it said that is not required Do you which one is the right one?

I have booked one trip to Paris from Berlin that takes to connecting trains and leaves in the evening arriving in the morning. It was all part of just one journey, seat reservations showed as one and it is prompted as a single connection.Now the app asks me to activate both trains separately as two travel days although I am travelling less than 24h.Furthermore my outbound ticket is now fixed to the inner country trip from Germany town to German town before departing to Paris. This seems like it might be an issue although it clearly is inside of Germany, wondering why it even allows the option.Please help dear community!

Hello My friend and i were looking at going from Zagreb to Belgrade and then to Sofia, but our problem is That we cant find belgrade in our Eurail app, so we cant see any trains, How come?-Ellen and Oline

Hi.I am going to Portugal on Sept. for 5/6 days. It’ll be my first time going there. I definitely want to go to Lisbon and Porto and other popular areas for sightseeing. Are 6 days enough? What other places do I need to visit?How’s the weather by then? And can I go to all the famous places by train?Hope you guys can help me plan my itinerary.Thank you. 

We are trying very hard to make our Renfe / AVE reservations for our ‘Spain cityhopping trip’ on time, which is rather complicated as most people here know, so if all else fails we will be forced to try making our reservations very last-minute, AT the Renfe / AVE stations.So these questions are basically about this worst case scenario: -How last-minute can we make reservations AT the departure stations? At least 48 hours in advance? 24 hours in advance? 1 hour in advance?-Can we -for example- reserve seats between Madrid and Bilbao when we are in the -for example- Seville RENFE station? Or can we only reserve trips starting from Seville from there? -In hindsight: As we have planned only 5 trips (Seville - Granada | Granada - Madrid | Madrid - Bilbao | Bilbao - Zaragoza | Zaragoza - Girona) wouldn’t we have been better off with a Renfe pass for international travellers? Would this have saved us all the reservation hassle that we got ‘for free’ with our One Country Passes Spain, as Renfe

Hallo All,I will be travelling from Munich to Salzburg via BRB train using the 9 euro ticket this August 2022.I just wanna ask if I need to buy another ticket going back from Salzburg to Munich? Or  is the 9 euro ticket also valid from Salzburg going back to Munich via BRB (RE5) train?I saw a thread that says going to Salzburg using the 9 euro ticket is valid but what about going back to Munich?Thanks in advance for the reply.

I have already saved an outbound journey on my Trips and I can see the ticket on the section “My pass”. When trying to save a second journey (not outbound nor inbound), I can see it on My Trips but not on My pass. How can I retrieve the ticket ? 

Booked one ferry, activated pass. Cancelled ferry and pass won’t deactivate so currently can’t get to next place till it’s sorted. Been emailing multiple people and no luck. How do I contact interrail????

Hi, I have booked/paid for the sleeper service from Budapest to Zurich on 8th October at 20:40.  The OBB app now says “no cabins available for this train”….can I assume this just mean they’re sold out or, more worrying, there’s no cabins on this train?

Why are all the reservations booked? I even checked the reservations in november and they were too. Is it possible that there is something wrong with the website?
