Hi everyone! I have a very URGENT question that needs to be answered ASAP, please . I changed my travel plans from today to Sunday. I changed my seats, but I forgot to change my outbound day, which is today... I would still like to travel this Sunday, and I am ok with four travelling days instead of five. But I understood that you can only leave your country once. Does anyone know what I can do now?I already tried the customer service through the chat and twitter, but no answers… and I am pretty desperate as it this question is about today...

I paid and reserved a seat for the trneo tgv on Sunday 21/8 from paris to milan. when I go to load the ticket on my trip I get an error screen and to contact the assistanceI noticed that in the train ticket there was a typo in the surname, could this be the cause of the problem?

I need to book a ferry from Bari to Corfu on the 1st of September. The interrail app says it should at least be partly covered by my global pass, but when I try applying it online it only comes up as a discount option for an adult ticket, but I am 20, so I’m counted as a juvenile. Idk what to do because I really wanted to get this journey at least partially discounted like you can for the adult ticket. 

I am trying to book a train from Salerno, Italy, to Rome, on the morning of November 10.2022.  In the eurail  desktop, I show only trains starting at 3PM.When I go to the Italiarail site, there are many morning trains, at a cost of about $25 pp to start.  I did not indicate I am a passholder, so I don’t know if passholders can board earlier trains than 3PM, that are missing from the Eurail site.Basically, I don’t know if the Eurail pass allows me to board any Italiarail train at any time, and if I need reservations, where I can buy them beforehand.

Hello! I’m thinking about buying a global pass but I do have some specific trains that I need to take in Spain. I’m planning on going to the DB Reisezentrum tomorrow and asking about making a reservation in those trains. If they are willing to make a reservation, can I make them without having bought the Global Pass yet? Or do I need a pass number or something similar to make the reservation? Thanks in advance!

I have a eurail pass and am planning on going to Le Havre. The TER train from Paris to Le Havre requires seat reservations but I was not able to do it from eurail. Can I do it somehow though the SNCF website or do I have to purchase the reservation at the train station? There is an option on the SNCF website for €19 but I think this is a ticket not a seat reservation. Is this what I need to purchase? 

I bought a Eurail Pass to travel between Berlin, Munich, Prague, Vienna and Salzburg. I arrive from US at Brandenburg/Brandt Airport and plan on taking the train from there to Berlin city center. Does the Eurail pass give me free access to the train or is it considered a travel day if I use it to get from the airport to city center? I have found conflicting info and just want to be sure I have the best experience from the airport. 

Dears,So I have been trying to book a train from Poznan - Poland to Berlin Hbf - Germany but with no luck, The DB application is not taking the payment, and I talked to DB over the phone they said they have problems with the connection between their servers and the polish, and the agent can’t even book it for me.I tried using Intercity polish website, the website displays the train I want to take but I also can’t book it.  So can you please help me to figure out how to book this connection? I have read other topics suggesting to book directly from DB and book at desk with DB, but i live in Germany and I can’t do that Thank you

I have found this website which will let me make the reservation online (SNCF don’t offer this!), but I don’t have the Pass Cover number which is needed to make the booking: https://travel.b-europe.comWhere can I get this number? I have a mobile Interrail pass and this number doesn’t seem to be available anywhere.

Hello everyone, Just a week until I start my interrailing trip on the Mediterranean route.  I have been trying to do some seat reservations ahead of time. My main question was just if anyone can explain the process of booking at train stations?  just wanted to make sure it was relatively straight forward, as I’ve not be able to find any information about it on here.  thanks Lucy

I lost my Id card. Can I change the ID-card number on the ticket to my passport number?

Hi Everyone, My name is Dante, I am a newbie to travelling by train and I am looking for some advice on an upcoming trip. My friend and I did not realize how far in advance we were required to book our reservations so some of our trains are full. Additionally, we are coming from Canada, and therefore will not be able to receive paper tickets on time which is the only option left for us on our trip from Barcelona to Paris on August 10th, 2022. I have seen a lot of advice to call SNCF, however I am not able to call since I am from Canada. I have also tried booking it through their website alone but it would be an extra 200 euros or so, since i am not sure how to connect the Eurorail pass that we have purchased. I have looked through a lot of the advice and am having trouble figuring it out. Would anyone be able to help? Thank you so much!Dante

Hello,Can someone help me.I am not able to book my passenger’s seat reservation for Paris-Lourdes-Paris.We already purchased Rail Ticket via Rail Europe,then seat reservation via Eurail pass.But upon inputting some details, the next process doesn’t proceed. 

We just arrived in Lisbon and wanting to travel to Lagos. We’ve noticed they have automatic gates/barriers at the train station and don’t know how to get past them using our mobile passes? Does anyone know? At the train station we are at (rossio) they don’t have anyone supervising the gates. Any advice is appreciated! 

Hi all,I saw an offer for an interrail ticket on another website, they couldn't go themselves and are selling their ticket for a discount. They told me that their name will be on the ticket but when I activate the ticket, I can place my own information on it and won't have any troubles with it. Is that true? Hello everyone,I am starting my interrail journey tomorrow and I noticed my year of birth in my mobile pass is wrong. I texted customer service via form on the web, thru Facebook and email as well. I claimed it is urgent since I leave on 8th of August 2022, but still with no respond. I am kinda panicking tho.What am I supposed to do? Thank you for your advices. Have a lovely day.

Today It's me and my girlfriend First day of travel and she broke her phone. We have two mobile passes, She had Hers on her phone. We have our next train on thursday. We are making a desperate attempt to fix her phone, probabily waisting more Money (even the tech guys said it's not sure It Will be fixable). In the meantime She contacted customer service to ask them to let them upload her pass to my phone. We contacted customer service via facebook, and the bot literally said "Done! You should receive a confirmation email in a moment, then just wait for one of our agents to get back to you.". It's been two hours and we didn't get any confirmation e-mail. Please we are desperate, we don't know what to do. We could lose hundreds of euros and be forced to put to waste a 20 week interrail. What can we do? It's not Fair, we should Just be able to buy a new phone and upload the pass

Hi! A while ago I made reservations for the Nightjet to Basel (train NJ 403).I want to activate my mobile pass and ‘compose’ my trip in the app. The only train I see (for same departure, arrival etc) is IC60403. It's the same train but I suppose for the seats instead of couchette? Can I use this train number in the app and if I am checked is it ok if I have a Nightjet/couchette reservation myself while there is an IC train in the app planning?

Hello, I lost my ID Card and I'm traveling tomorrow with interrail. I have a copy of my ID card on my smartphone, is it enough? Otherwise, could I change on the app the number of my ID card? Because I could enter my residence card. Thank you for your answer

Yesterday I experienced troubles with a place reservation. I got a message on the website of interrail my payment wasn't successful so I retried. However later that evening I notified I did make 2 reservations for the same train and consequently paid 2 times. As the travel is already today I couldn't cancel the second reservation.After many troubles - it is a real challenge to contact interrail - I found a mailaddress  and explained what happened. However I am very worried about getting a refund, and these reservations weren't cheap. Did the same problem happen to anybody else and did you get a refund?Thanks for sharing experiences.

Hi! I am a first time travel with Interrail. I bought the Interrail pass through Interrail.se (Official Partner), but when I tried to reserve tickets through the app they can’t seem to find my Interrail pass…  what should I do? I tried emailing costumer service but I understand they have so much to do.  is their someone else that can help me?

I have been trying for days to book my reservations on trains that require them, but the screen will not advance beyond a certain point, either to Traveler Details or to the payment page. I have asked for help, but no one gets back to me, and I fear that they seats will be gone.

Hey guysI can't pay for my seat reservation. I joined all the travelers to the trip, but at the last slide, the "proceed to payment" button is blocked. After waiting 10 minutes, I tried to create a new trip, but I can't add trains. In fact, those resulted all already booked: this is quite impossible, every train at every hours at everyday were already bookedThe customer service hasn’t answered me yet, so i’m basically stuck, what can i do? what could the issue be?thank you for patience :)

hello, On our way back to Belgium from Sweden. but but, the battery of my phone has problem and is about to die (first time it does that). How can i transfer our 4 pass (we are 2 adults and 2 children) to the phone of my husband?
