Hello. Recently I bought an e ticket for a route from Copenhagen to Hassleholm C but the one that was sent to my email did not have a QR code on it. Is that a problem? Because the other ones that I booked did have a QR code.

Hi! I´ve been travelling in Europe from the 11 of May till 14 of June.On monday 30 my celphone and my bag were stolen in Italy. The robber made me a disaster with my celphone, traying to buy different stuffs through websites and aplications.Now that I’m back in Argentina, I realize that an eurail pass was contracted with my name and with this email: XXX. They used one of my VISA credit cards to pay for itI never used this pass and it wasn’t me who contracted it. I need urgent refund of this money in my credit card. Ich will einen Sitzplatz reservieren. Die versand adresse ist eine andere als die rechnungs adresse. Sobald ich aber bei der versand adresse ein land auswähle ist es nicht mehr möglich weiter zu den Reisedetails zu kommen. Es wird auch keine Fehlermeldung angezeigt, sodass ich wüsste was das problem ist, sonder das feld um weiter zu den Reisedetails zu kommen ist einfach "ausgegraut". 

In the Planner, the station name "Fussen" couldn't find.What should I input this station name? 

Question to inbound to home country.We are leaving Stockholm Friday 5th afternoon with a nightrain to Hamburg -arriving early on 6th of August in Hamburg, our final destinitation is Cologne. Here for we do need to take another train (ICE/IC) . Now Rail planner is keep telling me that the trip from Hamburg to Colgne is not possible, as no more inbound days are left. Helloi could only get seat reservations from Brussels to CDG for my travel date. The site is then charging 23 euro for a 12 minute ride to Disneyland. Do I need reservations?

I’ll be starting my journey on the 14th of July with this itinerary (the one from 05:18 → 20:49). I’m unsure about the mandatory seat reservations on the 12:38 EC 59 from Berlin to Poznan and on the 15:45 TLK73100 from Poznan to Krakow.Should seat reservations for these be booked in advance? I’ve read that the best way to do it is locally at the station, but our stopovers are pretty short, so I doubt we’ll have time. I’ve read on intercity.pl that the tickets can be bought on the train for TLK, but there’s no mention of EC. Can anyone with experience in the area tell me if I should expect trains to be full, i.e. if I should book in advance? A friend of mine who’s just been in Poland with Interrail told me that she didn’t have time to book a seat reservation for her trips with mandatory seat reservations, but that it wasn’t a problem because no one asked to see a seat reservation.Lastly: while I’m able to book a seat reservation for the TLK to Krakow on cd.cz, I can’t seem to find a way

Bonjour,  J’ai pris un pass pour 3 journées sur 1 mois en France. Je tente déjà de comprendre comment réserver les places pour les différents train et je m’aperçois que les prix sont différents entre le site eurail et l’application. Comment cela se fait ?  Est-il possible de tout réserver via l’appli ?  Merci d’avance pour aide. 

Hello, can I book seat reservations for my trip at any sites? So when I go to sweden, then making reservations at the site of VY? I made some reservations at the station, but I need some more. The reservation site from interrail is quite confusing and expensive.Thanks a lotEnni

Hi, the Eurail pass is making me crazy! Planning ahead of time our trip to the South of France and imposible to Reserve Seat you cannot click there! And we are afraid that we have all hotels in the south but since we see everything is so booked up and full because of the dates, that we stay with nothing! Please help me figure this out! Somewhere I read that in France you can only reserve an hour before the trip!? But if so, do you really think that because of summer trains get sold out? It is risky to loose our flight back to America… but at the same time I do not want to loose the money we paid for this stupid pass that there is no place to call and so hard to use! please help 🙏🏽thxs, Alma

I’ll ride a nightjet from venezia to salzburg at 21:48 to 04:04 and it’s direct.and the day passes when I’m in the train.Does this count as two days or one day??

I falsely activated my Interrail Global Pass - now my 2 months are running but I am not able to travel at this time. Since I did not book any trips to my pass - I basically never used it - I want to deactivate it again to activate when I know how I want to use it. Is that even possible and if yes how/who can help me with that?The chat bot is useless and my emails are unanswered! 

Hello,I want to take the train from Hamburg to Kolding tomorrow at 12:53 at IC 394. When I add the ticket to “my trip”, they say that there is no reservation necessary. But when I look at the reservation plattform from interrail, they say that seat reservations are necessary. So what is right? Is the reservation actually included or not? Thanks,Enni

Hello, My phone is connected to wifi but my Eurail app with my mobile pass is saying I need to be online in the next 24 hours to keep it active. Is there anything specific I need to do?  

Beste medereizigers, Ik sta op het punt om een interrail-kaart aan te schaffen, die ik over ongeveer 10 dagen in gebruik wil nemen. Ik heb de reis al uitgestippeld. Kan dit? Komt het voor dat de trein vol is, of alle gereserveerde stoelen weg zijn?In dat geval, heb ik een probleem, ik ben niet flexibel hierin. Jehart  

We are trying to get to Rome, Italy from Visp, Switzerland on July 2nd. Thanks to this community, I found the workaround on OEBB.AT and I can book the leg from Milano to Rome, but it won’t let me book the section from Visp to Milano. It keeps on saying “Ticket not Available”.  We have the Eurail ticket (ignore the German).  Even when I remove the Eurail discount, it still shows the ticket as not being available. Yet, when I look on ItaliaRail, I can book that segment. Why is that train not available for booking on OEBB.AT? (or anywhere outside of SBB or Italia Rail)? View when trying to book on OEBB.AT Same results when trying to book the full price ticket You can book it on Italia Rail

Dear Travellers, I am planning to travel from Basel to Utrecht. I want to take the OBB, but on the site of OBB i only can book a seat reservation or a ticket. Is a seat reservation only allowed, since i already have a interrail global pass? Or do i have to pay a ticket anyways? Kind Regards

Hello,I’m a first time user and am a little bit confused about the seat reservations. We have an unlimited pass for 30 days. I follow how to book day time trains, my confusion comes with night trains. Am I right to go to the individual train operator’s website and buy tickets (as if I didn’t have a pass at all) directly there?I ask because on the eurail.com website, when I search for a night train, there is no option to buy tickets in a sleeper cabin, only seat reservations. Please help!Chris 

I have tried contacting customer service through the form, but I haven’t gotten an answer! I have a train booked for Monday that I need to get on but my passport information on the app is wrong and I need to change it! Please help!

So, I’m in a bit of an unusual situation: I am both a Dutch and New Zealand citizen, born in NL but grew up in NZ. I’m flying back for two months in July, to see family and friends.In the 50% off flash sale, I bought an Interrail Global Pass, with the idea of using it to travel around NL mostly, and occasionally pop over into Belgium or Germany. When I bought the pass, I had to enter my address and used my friend’s address in NL, because I’m going to be staying with her mostly and New Zealand wasn’t an option. You could only select European countries. Fast forward a few weeks, and I’m flicking through the Terms and Conditions, which say that you’re only allowed one trip in to, and one trip out of, your ‘home country’. So suddenly this pass isn’t viable anymore, because I’m not going to be travelling that much to other countries. Is there a way to change or get around this? I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for an email back from Interrail. If there isn’t a way I can use the Pass multi

Hello,In July I will start my first Interrail-Trip through Scandinavia. I already bought  the seat-reservations for the Inlandsbanan and I want to use a travelday from my mobile pass for the journey. But I cant find this route on the rail planner App. How can I add this route to my journey and how can I get the "ticket" for that travelday.

I’m really scared because I haven’t been able to book a seat reservation from Paris to Amsterdam on the 8th of July. Does this mean we have to buy a full fare ticket?

Me and three friends have activated 2nd class Interrail passes and booked almost all our trains and seats. We are trying to book the Eurostar through the weblink https://www.b-europe.com/EN this website provides. As we reach the end it asks for all our names and “Pass Cover number.” No matter how many times we put in our Pass numbers given to us they say it is wrong and we can’t pay for the seats without it. It says try  on the paper pass but we have mobile.Has anyone else had this issue or a way around it to book the Eurostar? I have tried the Eurostar website too but can’t find a way to put our interrail passes in for discount?Thanks in advance.
