Travelling from Stavanger to Bergen

Hey everyone !I am planning my very first Interrail in May 2022 and I also want to travel from Stavanger to Bergen, Norway. I quickly noticed that taking the bus on this route is way more efficient than the train. The bus would be this one: Linje NW400 Stavanger–Haugesund–BergenDoes anyone know if this bus is somehow included into my pass ? Paper ticket not arriving on time

Hi!I bought paper tickets (2adult, 1 youth, 1 child).  According to Eurail they should arrive April 03...at least that was the ETA when I bought the tickets.  I'm starting my trip April 07.  The tickets were sent via Postnl to Mexico and until now Postnl tracking says that shippment has been sorted on March 09 and there's no ETA. Worst case scenario...what can I do if the tickets don't arrive on time??

Passnumber is not accepted in the app

Hi, I just bought my paper global pass.I wanted to connect my pass to the interrail app, but it won’t connect. My passnumber is also not 1 letter, but 2 followed by 8 digits. the app tells me that my passnumber doens’t look right.Does anyone know how i can fix this? or is my ordernumber different from my passnumber? if yes, when will i know what my passnumber is?

Booking italian trains (specifically Freccariosa) with a mobile pass on Italiarail.com

I won the Interrail Global Pass thanks to DiscoverEU program. I would like to book an Italian Frecciarossa train (from Turin to Paris) but the self-service system doesn't allow me to (screenshot below). I checked alternative ways to book the train and I'm confused about the information that I found (photo below). I have a mobile pass. If I understand correctly, I can't book the train with Italiarail with a mobile pass? Why is that? I found my train on ItaliaRail (photo below) Do I have any other option to book this ticket with a mobile pass at a discounted price? Or do I have to book it at full price (35€) at the Italian train booking website (trenitalia.com)?

I would like to travel by train from Florence Italy (early October) to Zurich Switzerland. Are there any direct trains? If no what trains do you take? We will have luggage are there limits, we will have two bags each. What is the cost?

Startdatum ändern

Hallo,Ich bin ein Neuling hier. Wir haben mobile Interrail Global Pass für 22 Tage gekauft. Mit einiger Mühe habe ich es geschafft, den Pass mit unseren Daten " zu bestücken". Als Startdatum habe ich den 25.04.22 angegeben. Nun hat sich unser Startbeginn auf den 26.04.22 verschoben und ich wollte dies in den Details der Reisenden ändern. Es kommt aber die Meldung, dass die Details der Reisenden nicht geändert werden können. Kann bitte jemand weiterhelfen? Vielen Dank

My paper passes that I purchased did not arrive, my trip is coming near and I asked them from my country of origin, the NL post does not give a response nor even Eurail, what do I do?

Seat reservation Brussels - Amsterdam

I’d like to book a reservation from Brussels to Amsterdam but I can’t get an option to buy a ticket for the time I’d like to go. I’d like to take the 9:52 from Brussels MIDI to Amsterdam centraal At 11:44 but as you can see I can’t buy a ticket  I will attach photos to explain further. For the options I can buy reservations for; I can’t find those times on the Interrail app to add them to it anyone know something that could help?

Pass cover number (paper pass) doesn't work in app

Hi. Me and my friend bought a paper pass and now we want to put the pass cover number into the app, so we have the opportunity to make seats reservations in the app. But every time we write our pass cover number in the app, it says error/the pass number is incorrect. Hope you can help. Thank you.

Problems adding pass number to add traveller

Hi,I got interrail passes for my family and want to make some reservations and so I come to this page. I try to add a traveler to my trip. I enter my last name and then try to enter the pass number, that I find on the confirmation letter for my mobile pass. It starts with an I and then 8 digits follow. But it says that only 6 didgits can be entered so it cuts off the last digits. Is there any kind person who can explain what I should do? Thanks in advance!

Reservation not possible: Paris - Avignon. 13.04.2022

Hello all, nice to see such a lively forum here!I just spent 4 hours searching very desperately: we are a group of seven people and we want to go from Paris to Avignon on April 13. The departure must be after 11:30 in the morning.Unfortunately, the reservation app does not say if it is a technical error or there are no reservations available. But the TGV does not seem to be bookable.Now my question: does anyone know of a connection between Paris and Avignon on the regional express, and how do we get a reservation. Even if we did not need one, we can stand somewhere and set in the train.I know these are trivial questions, but I also searched different platforms and did not find a concrete answer.Or does it make sense to just go to a travel agency and ask? Have any of you done this tour before?Would be really really grateful for an answer. Thank you so much

Cannot book reservations while railway site shows availability

I have two Eurail Global 1st class passes that I plan on using starting april 5th. I can not book one reservation on trips that needs a reservation. It appears the passes are already sold out. If I go to the country railway page it shows plenty if seats. This is very frustrating for two reasons 1) the ridiculous amount of time I have wasted trying to book reservations and then realizing I shouldn't have boughten a pass since it is already sold out. My question is how can I get a refund?

Travel day boundaries during daylight savings time

For mobile passes, a travel runs from 0:00 until 23:59 CET, as is mentioned on this page and this page. However, what happens during daylight savings time? If we take the text on these pages literally, then during daylight savings time, a travel day also runs from 0:00 until 23:59 CET, which is 1:00 until 0:59 CEST.I suspect that during daylight savings time, a travel day runs from 0:00 until 23:59 CEST. If that is indeed the case, then I think it's a good idea to state that explicitly on the pages mentioned.

Train times; for July nothing is available

Hi, I have a question. I bought interrail tickets for this year and at the time of purchase I downloaded the app and was able to see all of the trains between each destination and was able to plan it out. This was about 2 months ago. Now however when I try to look up train times for July nothing is available and the train times only go as far as May. I was wondering why this is happening as it was working when I first got the tickets but now I can’t check for July. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hallo alle zusammen! Ich schaue mir gerade die Angebote für die verschiedenen Pässe an und der Global Pass mit den sieben Tagen hat es mir angetan. Jedoch bin ich noch nie mit Interrail gereist und hätte zwei Fragen die mir bis jetzt keiner beantworten konnte.1. Es gibt den Einreisetag und den Ausreistag von oder in mein Heimatland. Sind diese zwei Tage einer meiner sieben "Travel days" oder sind die extra bei den sieben Tagen dabei? 2. Kann ich an einem Reisetag mit mehreren Zügen durch mehrere Länder fahren? Danke schon im Voraus für eure Antworten. :)

I'm taking a night train home. How to avoid the app is selecting not only inbound but also the outbound journey?

Hi everyone,I’m planning my first trip with an Interrail Global Ticket and I need some advice.My country of residence is Germany. I’d like to travel back with an over night train from Rome, which ends in Munich, but I have to switch trains then to get back home.I thought I can just use 2 travel days for this on my pass, but the app doesn’t allow me to select the the journeys because I “already used my outbound travel”. I have enough travel days left, but unfortunately I have to switch trains after midnight. Do I have to purchase another ticket to get home?Thanks for your help.

Last Inbound is splited into 2 days

I would like to use my last inbound trip to Germany. The only train I can take is a night train and I have to change trains in Germany the next morning - so I need two days of travel. But I can't get a ticket for the second day because my last trip to Germany is used up.But I absolutely have to take this train. What should I do?
