I bought my Interrail ticket using my Facebook account.The mail with which I once installed Facebook does not exist anymore.Hence, I cannot get my confirmation.On the interrail website, I cannot change my email address (it says: “You can't edit your email address”) I want to leave in a few days, so I would appreciate your help!!

On the 29th of July my daughter and I will travel from Prague to Zürich. The plan is to leave Praha hl.n at 7.38 with  EX360/RE25 to München and then continue to Zürich with EC 190.I know that the reservation is optional on both trains, but as it is a Friday in the middle of the summer and the trip is rather long I, against my initial intention, have decided to make reservations.However, at neither CD, nor DB or ÖBB, is it possible to make a reservation for EX360/RE25. Is it at all possible to make a reservation on that train?

Hello, We will be taking the train from Nice, France to Milan, Italy on Sunday June 26th. We don't need reservations for the first step of the trip but are required to reserve seats from Ventimiglia to Milan. I have seen the 3:10-6:55 train on Italiarail and Trenitalia but it hasn't showed up on OBB or Eurail. Hello everyone!I was chosen in one of Discover Eu´s recent evaluations for a one month travel pass. Now I found out, the most travel days you get with this ticket is seven days. Now I think, that two or three days more would just be perfect. I really want to be flexible with how long I stay wherever I am at, which is not the case with the seven days. Also I´d like to go to as many places as possible and stay for a maximum of 4 days. So something between 9 and 12 days would be perfect. I´d be glad to hear about your opinions :) Felix

Hello hello,this summer I will be travelling with my global pass for 2 months (2nd class)my question is: can I use benefits for this pass? (for free)? Such as: ferry from Italy to Greece, Interlaken lake cruise, scenic train in Switzerland or buss in Slovenia.. or.. are the “free” benefits just for the pass holders with specific country, that they selected?Thanks🙏  

Hi all I am trying to book the seat reservations from London to Istanbul. l got it sorted until bucharest but from Bucharest to Istanbul booking the sleeper night train cost for 2 adults and a child says €9 euro for seat and additional €14 each for couchette car it comes up to about €70 euro. How accurate is this or is it me expecting it to cost lower than that

I will travel around Europe for the first time with Interrail Pass this week.My plan starts from Krakow, and move to Warsaw, Berlin and Paris. When I checked the booking page of Interrail website, most bookings of international trains were already closed so I was worried about not taking any trains there. Can I make reservations at ticket offices in Poland and Germany even though online booking were closed?

Until what date can I make my first reservation? thanks a lot 

Hello!I really need to book the night train from Krakow to Budapest on 31 July.  However it tells me that prices are unavailable. I understand it could be fully booked but it is the case for every dates I've looked into and even for most daytime trains. Can you help me ?

Good morning,I am a student living in Venice, Italy, and I have won an Interrail pass (7 travel days in one month) via the DiscoverEU portal. I’ve found as the first train, the route without change from Venice S. Lucia to Vienna which leaves at 21:48 and arrives the following day at 07:41. The return journey, always without change, with departure from Munich at 23:20 with arrival in Venice S. Lucia the following day at 08:34. Considering these journeys, how many travel days will be counted by the interrail pass? Thank you in advance

My first journey is Brighton-Holyhead (train) - Dublin ( ferry must be booked with Irish Ferries) . So , is my journey in the mobile pass  app Brighton-Holyhead or Brighton-Dublin ? This would count as my one permitted journey from my home country. 

I’m trying to book reservations online for myself and a group of friends, for some train journeys within france. But when i get to the checkout it asks for me to provide paper pass numbers, when we have digital passes. Is there a way I can reserve these seats online without having to go to a french train station as I’m not in Europe until next week?

Hello,I’m sorry if this question was asked already multiple times, but did not found the answer. I bought the 2 months Global pass, and wanted to pass by my home country in the middle of the trip to rest for a few days. At that point the 1-out 1-in my residency country will be used. How do I do if I wish to take a train from one of my home stations to foreign countries again ? I would pay the ticket just to the closest station of my country, but then inevitably the train will go through the border. I did not get how to do that (especially night trains that do not halt close to borders).Many thanks,Sophie 

When you purchase a paper ticket with tracking do they email you a tracking number? Purchase was confirmed by EuRail on May 24, 2022. Not sure if they ever mailed.Thank you,Don in Seattle  

I entered all my journeys into My Trip, for my pass use.  I have not activated my pass yet, as our journey begins in a month.  However, the second to last journey (Bruges to Brussels) keeps jumping to the end of the list of journeys, even though the date is correctly entered and it should not appear at the end.  If anyone knows how to fix this, I’d appreciate knowing.  I deleted it several times, and re-entered it, and while it initially shows up in the right place, it keeps jumping to the end.

Hi,I am sorry to disturb, I’ve seen several different versions,Indeed, On the Interrail website, I’ve seen that there is a discount on the ferry journey between Italy and greece (Barri and Corfou),And I’ve also seen that it’s totally free (on the ferry company website (superfast ferries))Finally, I’ve seen that the seat is free, but we have to pay taxes, If it’s free, how to do it ? I’ve tried on the website, and at the end, if I put ‘null’, it’s free, but I don’t know what this means,Also, I am 24, and I can’t select the “Interrail Global Pass 2nd cl”,as a discount. I need to put that I am an adult. I hope you’ll help me, Tank you very much 

Made a minor typo for two reservations. One from Brussels to London and the other from Paris to Niceit’s just my middle name that’s missing some letters. It’s supposed to be ‘Nicolay’ but on the Brussels-London one I accidentaly typed ‘Nicola’ and the Paris-Nice I accidentaly put ‘Nicol’. Will they care? First and last name match btw. 

Hi, I’ve been booking seat reservations in Italy fine, all working all available, but it’s suddenly saying that every single train reservation anytime for any train in Italy are fully booked/unavailable on the interrail website? Thanks

Hello, I have a train from Munich to Bratislava on May 15th. I have a reservation for the Munich to Vienna portion. I would like to also reserve 2 seats for the Vienna to Bratislava portion as I do not know how busy that train is usually. Does anyone know a site where I could do this ? Alex
