Hello, I activated my mobile pass 1 month ago. Actually the APP doesn't recognize my mobile and says that is already installed in another device.What can I do if the APP doesn't recognize my phone? Thank you

Hello. When a trying set our travel plans, it shows NA for seat reservations. Does this mean there are no reservations available or that the price is undetermined.  We have the global pass. 

Hello, i am going to have a new phone when i go interrailing. I will buy it at the beginning of august, right before I go interrailing. However, i want to book my train tickets in advance on the device that i have on the app. If i get a new device before I leave, will t be possible to use my interrail pass on that new device? 

It seems to be impossible to make reservations for Scotrail trains. Glasgow-Oban and Inverness-Edinburgh through ACP Rail services and GWR both are not possible. From their website It seems that Scotrail automatically makes a reservation if you buy a ticket in advance. If that is the case the number of Interrail reservations will be very limited if any.Solutions?

Hello, fellow travellers!I need to book two seats for the train below (SNCF IC Night 5772 on Monday 4th July). I tried to book it on many sources and not a single one of them works. Eurail doesn´t show prices, SNCF webpage and Omio and Trainline are not able to book only seat or to apply a Interrail discount. Travel-b-europe webpage is unable to find Marseille Blancarde station (so it doesn´t show this train at all, since it´s not TGV). Have any of you got any reccomendation how to book this train? I´m getting pretty desperate at this moment.Thanks a lot for any answer! <3Marie 

Hello,I created “My Trip” with all destinations we want to do and I shared it to my friends. He added it in his pass et he sees all destinations but once he activated the pass, all destinations disappared.How can we do ?

Hey guys! Me and my best friend are travelling on Sunday and I’m still experiencing difficulties with the app. When she shares our journey, I can save it down and add it to my Interrail Global Pass. I can see all the journeys and add them to my pass. When I open the app again all the journeys are gone.. Ive tried to add them manually but are experiencing the same problem. I have an iPhone and have the latest version of the app Anyone that has experienced the same?  Thanks! // Jasmine 

Hello,I am planning to travel to Turkey from France in the beginning of July for a wedding. This is my first experience with Eurail so please bear with me if I am slow understanding things..Right now I am having problems making a reservation for a train (2 adults) from Budapest to Bucarest, where I cannot proceed to checkout because it’s too short-noticed for the tickets to be sent.The earliest I can book would be 15th of august and I would receive the tickets on August 5th, (and they ask 9€ for shipment).Obviously this is not an option for me, and I thought by making reservations 3 weeks in advance I would be over-safe, even with the 5 business days delay that’s been warned about elsewhere on the website :(How is this possible? Can anyone give me advice on how to book this ticket?Also as this is only part of the whole trip, I hope I won’t be having problems of this type for all reservations.Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi.  Just one issue remaining before I proceed:For 3 travellers, I’d like to purchase all 3 passes using my account.  We will not always be travelling together.  Is it better for each one of us to purchase passes individually? Thanks so much, Theresa

Bonjour, je suis en Roumanie il m’est impossible de réserver les trains en ligne, et en gare on me dit que l’on ne peut pas me réserver car j’ai un pass online et non papier.Cela ne fonctionne pas pour prendre aussi des trains internationaux vers la Hongrie alors que en Hongrie j’ai réussi à prendre un train international vers la Roumanie.lQue dois- je faire ?    Aussi j’aimerais réserver le Budapest - Craiova du 25 juin départ 15h, on me dit que en ligne c’est impossible, il y a t’il un autre site pour faire la réservation ? merci d’avance  

Hi there!  I am trying to reserve two seats in August from Paris to Barcelona and snotter two from Barcelona to Marseille. Since the paper tickets won’t arrive on time I am not sure how to proceed? I do have a friend in Barcelona. Is it a possibility that she makes the reservation for us at the train station ? I also read about calling for a reservation?  :)

Liegen die die zwei Monate, in denen ich in Europa herumreisen darf innerhalb der 11monatigen Aktivierungsfrist, oder kann ich den ersten Reisetag auf den letzten Tag Aktivierungsfrist legen und erst in 11 Monaten zwei Monate lang herumreisen?

Hi everybodyI,m on interrail again, first time since the early eighties. This time on 1.class ticket.And now here is my question; - will i get a seat on 1.class on trains where no reservations are needed, without having reserved ?Or do they oversell 1.class tickets?Best wishes GP

Hello everyone! This summer I am going to take a train between Amsterdam and Berlin. Seats reservations are recommended but not mandatory. Therefore, I wondered what I was supposed to show in case of a control during the journey if I do not book a seat? Do I have to only show my pass? And am I allowed to sit wherever I want?Thank you very much for your answers !

I’m from Argentina. I’m traveling to Europe from July 11th to August 5th and I’m struggling with seat reservations. My itinerary:From Madrid (12-13-14-15 of July) —> To Barcelona.From Barcelona (16-17-18-19 of July) —> To Paris.From Paris (20-21-22-23-24 of July) —> To London. From London (25-26-27-28 of July) —> To Amsterdam.From Amsterdam (29-30-31-1-2-3-4) —> To Madrid.We are traveling by train to each city and I can’t book reservations online. The page keeps telling me that I need to make seat reservations physically at each train station, but I’m worried that, once there, I won’t be able to get any because there won’t be any more seats available. Wir wollen von Deutschland nach Frankreich und wieder zurück fahren, vier Reisetage in einem Monat.Problem 1: Unser erster Reisetag soll am 28.07.2022 sein, so steht es auch für alle fünf Familienmitglieder im Mobilpass. Nun sagt das System aber, wir hätten nur noch drei von vier Reisetage übrig, obwohl wir noch gar nicht gestartet sind.Problem 2: Ich möchte - wie von interrail.eu empfohlen - über diese interrail-Webseite Sitzplatzreservierungen im TGV buchen. Aber es tauchen immer wieder Fehlermeldungen wie “your pass is invalid for this date” auf, dann bekomme ich nur die Möglichkeit nur für drei statt fünf Personen zu reservieren (und das bei wirklich allen Strecken, da können ja nicht überall nur noch drei Sitzplätze übrig sein) und schließlich heißt es, die Preise seien gerade nicht verfügbar, ich solle es später noch einmal versuchen. Hi everyone,I am wondering if all train travel needs to be geographically connected in a travel day? I am going to travel from a rural-ish German train station to a small town in the UK and will do the Brussels-London leg by a bus service because I did not get a Eurostar reservation. Will eurail count this as two trips given that I will pop up in a completely different location to continue my trip, despite it being the same travel day? Also is there a way to make this one trip in the Railplanner app? I am a mobile pass holder. Thanks for any pointers!

I am traveling with my kids so I am buying 2 adult passes and getting 2 free passes for my children.But there will be the time that my kids will travel some legs with my other relatives and not with us.How do we go about it? The other adults will have regular train tickets, can I just reserve seat for my kids? 

Hello!I was wondering if it cost me more then one travel days if I go from one place to another but I finish the train trip the next day?  So for example if I take the train today (Monday) from Heidelberg (Germany) to Bern (Switzerland). And I start the train journey at 11 PM and I arrive the next day around 5 AM due to the long changing time at a station, does it cost me more then one travel days? 

Hello,We've been trying to get some seat reservations on the following trains on the 15th of July : Paris Est 15:55 -> Muenchen HBF 21:36 (TGV 9577) Muenchen HBF 22:18 -> Zagreb Glavni Kol. 08:32 (EN 50463)But it doesn't seem to work on the eurail site, reservations are always impossible, with various messages each time.What could be the cause ? Already full ?And I don't get how to buy only reservations on third party sites. How do we get out of this ?Thanks in advance Arthur
