Hi I'm trying to look at a booking reservation for prague to krakow in july and it is coming up with prices unavailable. I have looked on the CD website and it also says there are no reservations available even though it is 61 days until the date of departure and before this is i could see the train information. I am trying to book a night train so i do need to have a reservation but am wondering if it is sold out and how it could possibly be as it isn’t even less than 60 days prior to the train departure date. Please help me !!

I am a US citizen who recently moved to Munich, Germany to study for a semester. I am in the process of applying for residency. I do not yet have a residency card and have been here less than 3 months, all I have is a paper saying that I have a registered address in Munich. Can I buy a Interrail pass? What extent of proof do I need of my residency? If I buy it now, can I wait to activate it until I get an official residency card or does the term start the moment I make the purchase?

Hello,I am planning to take the Nightjet from Amsterdam to Innsbruck, which passes trough my country of residence, Germany. Can I take the train without using it as inbound or outbound connection? After all, I'm not getting off in Germany, but the train's route only runs through the country.  

Hello, We are hoping to visit Cinque Terre in June. But do the trains between the 5 towns included in the Interrail card? We have 2week passes, for all day travel frist class. So we can travel every day of the 2 weeks we are gone. Do we need to purchase seperate Cinque terra cards? For 3 days its 47 euros pp. So I dont want to spend it if we dont have to. And I cany find it, and they dont show up in the app. Happy if anyone can help. Thank you. 

I am trying to book EuroCity 311 on 6th July from Arth Goldau → Venice and I’m surprised to see such a huge price difference for the exactly same train between bahn and OBB (see screenshots in comments)The price difference is EUR 55 on bahn vs EUR 109 on OBB. Why is there such a huge price difference for the same ticket? Am I missing something here?

Hi, me and my 2 friends (3 of us in total) bought our tickets separately. However, we’ve added our seats together for our trip. When I try and make seat reservations it charges me for 3 people. Do the seat reservations automatically upload to their own phone or to mine? Thanks 

I had purchased 5 day Eurail global pass for 2 Adults(Order number: EU30516386). However due to change in travel plans I purchased another 7 day Eurail global pass for 2 Adults(Order number: 30523186). So I would like to exchange the the 5 day pass for the 7 day pass and request a refund for the 5 day pass.I submitted the request 1 week ago but haven’t heard back anything from the Eurail team.  Request your helpThanks

We have two mobile passes and want to cancel them. We already added 2 of 4 travel days (in one month) but deleted them again, so the passes are deactivated. How can we cancel them to get the money (or a part of the money back). The first travel day that we added is in the future so we have not started the pass.Thanks

We are 3 family with children (16 person in total).I would like to group the reservation to ensure we can be together in the train.I saw that there was a limitation of 5 travellers when I want to do reservation via the website.Do you know if there is a solution to ensure we are all together in the train and the same train car (wagon)?Kind regards,Grégory.

i am very confused while trying to plan a trip to Europe beginning in Paris.  Here is our itinerary:9/11/22 Fly to Paris9/15/22 take train to Venice9/18/22 take train to Rome10/5/22 take train to Florence10/8/22 take train to ParisFly home from ParisI’ve tried the planner but still not sure which international pass to get or if these cities are on the pass.  Not sure where I would need reservations, confused about which train line to take.This is our first visit to France and Italy. Hi, I have a mobile pass for the upcoming summer. In the mobile app under My Pass I think I have been able to secure two trips so far. One Paris to Marseille and one Genoa to Zurich. Both required seat reservation fee of EUR 10. I have however not paid for this yet. How do I pay for seat reservation and confirm my spot on the train?

I need help in cancelling my tickets so I can buy new ones for a shorter amount of time. However, whenever I try to cancel, the system just says “Sorry, something went wrong with your refund. Please try again, or contact customer service if this keeps happening.” I’ve tried multiple the last few hours, with no change. Customer service does not seem to respond in a timely manner either, which is why I’m just cancelling the tickets instead of exchanging them. Please note these are mobile passes, not paper ones. I would really appreciate some help, thanks!

I have the interrail pass and I’m trying to book and pay for my necessary reservations. It asks for my country of birth but it’s not in the drop down list menu. I am a British citizen and have a British passport but I was born in Ghana. Other people on here have had this issue as well. It would be helpful if we could type in our countries of birth like we can with the city. I leave in one month.  

I paid for tickets but i never got any. So i booked and paid again and got my passes. But now i paid double for 1 order. I just want my money back from the payment i made where i didnt recieve passes, but there is no customer service who responds i send 1000 emails. Feels like my money is stolen!!!!!!!! Anyone having the same issues? :( 

Hi,I intend to buy the night train from Bratislava Hlavna Stanica to Prague Hlavni Nadrazi on EN476 train on 16/06 at 10:06 pm. On the app it appears as direct train and I need to book a seat. As you can see in my screenshots, the price for the reservation seat is from 3€ but on the interrail website the first option costs 40€. Taking this into account I went directly to the cd.cz site and realized that there was no possibility to buy a seat 6 bed compartment or only the seat without a bed. This happens not only in this day but all the trips I have searched. I tried to book a seat from Bratislava to Breclav and from Breclav to Prague, this way it is possible to book only one seat for less than 5€. - Can I buy these 2 tickets and travel continuously?- Does this route count as 1 day of travel or 2? Since the train is the same that starts at 22h06 and I never have to switch trains...- Is there a reason for such a long stop in Breclav, 2h30?- How do they track the number of days consumed o

Hi I need to buy paper pass because my family is coning next week to germany and we would likt to travel with eurail pass (for my family) and for me interrail. But the website doesnt offer premium shipping for 10 days in two months travel. It states that it will be delivered on 29. Any Idea how to have premium shipping?

Yesterday (may 5th 2022) we bought 3 Interrail Continuous Passes for 1 month. Today (may 6th) we found out about a discount code which is valid from may 6th till may 10th. We didn’t know this discount code was coming up when we paid the full price for our tickets. I was wondering if we could change the previously booked tickets into ones using the discount code. Is it possible to get a refund for the amount of money we paid too much in comparison to the discount prices? It feels risky to have 6 tickets without knowing for sure we’ll be able to get a refund. Hope you can help us out! 

I need to go by train on 2 days. I have a global pass for 10 days in 2 month. The pass is active until 22.06.2022. If I search for a journey, I get connections, but after confirmation there is the old date in it. If I want to add a trip to my pass, there is no option for mobile pass and I get errors. Please help me. This is horrible for such an expansive pass.Thanks in advance

Hi! I was looking at train reservations and I have a problem with one train.It is Luxembourg- Paris, train TGV 2887, time departure 18:47. At all dates I am unable to make a reservation, could you please help me with that?

Trying to book tickets for a train from Edinburgh to York on my mobile app. Trains leave like every half hour. Most require seat reservations, but several don’t. Reservations are only a few dollars so I’m thinking I’d like to get one just to feel like my seat is secure. I can’t figure out how to purchase it on app though. It says I need to do it in person. So confused.

Hey guys, I´ve got a big problem while I want to make the reservations which are necessary for my summer tour through europe. I want to take a train from London to Edinburgh on the 31th augsut and  back the other way late the next day but both trains can´t be reserved saying it cant be done by eurail. So i tried the other websites which should let me get my reservations like APC Rail and LNER but there it also isnt possible to get a reservation for both trains and now i don´t now what to do. Would love to get some help from you Thanks, Luca
