lost my in box! How can I recover my pass order confirmation? 

I booked 7 days first class and travel plans include the following: Brussels - ParisParis - ZurichZurich - Milan.  Question - do I still need to pay for the seat reservation gor first class? Or I would be able to book them for free since I purchased the first class pass.  im new to this so i would appreciate the input. 

Hello,I plan to buy 3 mnt global pass. It says that the latest activation date is 11 months after the purchase date. Is it correct that if I activate my pass 11 mnts after I purchase it, I am able to travel with is still 3 mnts? Or the pass is valid only 1 year after the purchase?Thanks for your help. 

I’m trying to book seats for the Eurostar from London to Amsterdam to my Partner and I but next to the train departure and arrival times it says +1 day. I know this is usually when a train runs past midnight but in this instance it does not as the train leaves London at 1100 and arrives at 1620 making for only a 4 hour train journey and it is a direct train would this end up using a second travel day or will it be fine as I don’t get off the train and change and is this just an error the rail planner app is using. The date we will be travelling is March 5th and need urgent help as we’ve had a big trip cancel on us and are now scrambling to organise everything and reserve seats to make up for what we’ve lost. Thank you in advance.

I bought this as a promotion on 17 December 2024.  Our plan is to use it within 11 months.  But the pass states valid from 1.2.25 to 28.2.25.  I don’t know where those dates came from.  But it’s presumably why the eurail site said not valid for a reservation is March.   Was I wrong in thinking it would be valid for 11 months?

At july 17. 2024 i bought 2 passes for 349 Euro.At least i had send Eurail.com 349 Euro that day.I think i got the confirmation mail, and i did put the pass in my interrail app. But now is everything gone away. So i need to get the confirmation mail resend.I use to use mtygstrup@gmail.com as my mail. But i could be martin@tygstrup.dk or tygstrup@outlook.dk that was used for the purcase. .

Hello, in July I would like to take the ferry from one of the Athens ports to Milos and some days later fromMilos to Paros. Currently only ferry connections with Seajet are displayed. As far as I know Seajet is not part of the Interrail Greek island pass. Can I assume that there will be more ferry connections added for the summer… maybe also with BlueStarFerries? Thanks,heike

I would love to travel up to Estonia via Lithuania and Latvia from Poland but I am struggling to see how to do this! Is it possible? And if so what is the best way to plan/book this?  I already have my interrail pass so am looking for some help for the best journey to do! I have the 10 travel days in 2 months pass!!

I have received my email about DiscoverEu where they say that I have to activate my pass but the app doesn’t work. What can I do? Because is a grant for 18 travelers

I have summarised my trip below: travelling dates: April 2025requirements: 15 days continuous travel global passtravelling adults : 2 adultscitizen: non EU citizens  question 1 - does EU rail pass prices change? How soon we need to buy if we have a travel booked in April 2025?soon we buy is better? Please suggest? question 2 - not able to see all trains in rail planner app but I can see few trains for April 2025 on EU rail website, why is that so and how soon in advance we can see trains on app? question 3 - not able to see all trains on EU rail website as well but I can see more trains on direct train website , why is that so as these trains are not matching my timings when I need to go as per my plans. question 4 - pass needs to be activated on day of travel as far as I know. Hello,I want to take a global pass to go to athens from berlin without taking the plane but i have questions. I tried to look around for answers from the community but I couldn’t find an answer to every thing. First, very basic question but just to make sure : if I take a night ferry after having traveled all day it still counts as 1 day travel right ? As long as every departure is before midnight Then, we wanted to take the train from Athens to Zagreb on the way back but we couldn’t find anything. Since we are already taking the route that goes through Italy on the way there we wanted to take another one for the way back but nothing seems to exist : do you know if Athens-Zagreb is doable ? Otherwise we thought about Budapest or Beograd but same problem with the lack of connection. We thought of a second option : to go through Italy again but with the ferry that does Patras-Venice but we saw that on ferries there are supposed to be additional fees : do you know approximately what these

Struggling to find any routes / timings for July this year.  I'm listing all the timings for rail and have hit a brick wall at the moment.  We will be on the Amalfi Coast and then want to head to Sicily. What's the best route would you suggest. Possibly basing ourselves in Salerno for the coast.  Many thanks all - ideally Im after a rough timescale at the moment. Hello. Back ion 4th March I bought 4 passes for my husband and myself; we live in the UK. We used two recently (although technically this is still valid until 10th August although it says ‘expired’ and we have used the two outward/inward home journeys so can’t re-use) and so for us, that trip is completed but want to use the next two in September. I am trying to book seat reservations via Eurorail page and it says ‘Some of your passes are not valid on this date’. I have activated the second passes to start on 22 September and I am trying to book for 23rd September. Is the system still seeing the old pass and I will have to wait until it disappears from the system after the 10th August,to book reservations? The two trips have two different names on ‘My trip’ on the App but on the reservations page it is simply shown as a generic ‘My Interrail trip’ and realtes to those bought on 4th March. I purchased 2 10 day 1st class Flex passes yesterday. Our trip begins in the Netherlands from which we want to travel to Berlin. The time tables are not yet available for when we will be traveling (09-July-2025). But current schedule shows frequent options. Our other intended destinations in order were Cologne, Strasbourg, Bayeux and Paris (we're flying home from CDG). To Cologne looked simple with a train change, but the suggested options had layover times shorter than the suggested needed time to allow for changes. The remaining segments get very complicated, some with multiple transfers. Would I better to change the order of the destinations? If I have to cut a destination it would be Strasbourg. We want to end up in Paris since that is our flight home, arriving at least a day or two before 2-Sept so we can go to Notre Dame since we could not go in 2022 when were there.Appreciate any help and advice.

Can I remove pass from iPhone and added it again? I didn’t fully activate it.

Wondering if I’m calculating my travel days correctly as well as a couple questions about the pass. Plan is to fly into Amsterdam (aug14) stay until the 16th, take a train morning of 16th to Brussels & stay here until 18th. 18th morning train to munich staying until the 20th which then will take a final train to Krakow Poland. Totaling 3 travel days, offering me the 4 day global pass. Curious if trains will be necessary around the city while staying in these towns while sight seeing/exploring and if this will affect my pass usage days? Also curious if I will need the eurail pass from the airport to my part of town when arriving into Amsterdam or better to take local Ubers/cabs? First timer going across the pond so any tips welcome. 

I plan on being in Europe for a total of 34 days. I will be staying about a week in each of 4 cities in the Netherlands, Germany and France and 1 week on a cruise to Norway and Denmark. I calculate this would require 6 travel days from my arrival to departure. If I am reading the tickeing options correctly, the best way for me is to select a Flexi pass for 10 days which would permit up to 4 day trips within the the areas I am staying in addition to the necessary intercity travel. This instead of a continuous pass for 30 or more days.

i have tried to contact customer service to cancel my global pass so many times by phone and by emails. Promised to reply in 24 hours but still waiting response.What on earth can i do? 

Hello! I am planning my Eurotrip for February/March. I think i need becuase i do not understand how to buy the tickets or book them with anticipation. If any of you can give me a hand, i would be really thankful! By the way, I have  a FlexPass from the programme DiscoverEU. So i want to use the tickets from the programme.

Hi! We want to go to Portugal by train in may/june. And we are travelling from the Netherlands. I was wondering if anybody did this already and what is the best route. 

We have 3 month continuous Interrail passes. Once activated, can the 3 month period be deactivated or paused and restarted within the 1-year validity period?

Hello We are three girls who are currently planning our interrail trip at the end of spring/beginning of summer 2025. We have bought the interrail pass "2 months free travel" and have chosen 14 destinations that we would like to experience. However, we are in doubt as to which order we should plan in? Do we need to find accommodation first? Or should we look for train times first? We have started to find accommodation, but have encountered a problem. We think it seems unmanageable, as some routes between the cities are long or complicated, and thus we have to spend large parts of the day on the train. We are afraid that we will miss the opportunity to experience the city instead. Do we have too many destinations? Maybe we can "save" a night by taking the night train, but how do we find them?Which way is best if you have to plan an interrail trip from scratch as a first-time interrailer? All advice is welcome. These are our "so far" locations: Berlin - Prague, Vienna, Budapest, Ljubujan

Hi,I am travelling from Nice Ville To Zürich Main Station via Paris Gare de Lyon and have two options for the transfer time, one is 29 Minutes and the other is 2 Hrs and 29 Minutes. The question I haveis 29 Minutes enough if you have the arrival TGV from Nice is in a different hall as the the departing oneto Zürich?Thanks and Regards,Horst
