Hello. On December 20th we will begin a family trip. On the website it says that you can reserve seats 60 or 90 days in advance, but when I enter the date it tells me that it has not yet enabled reservations for that date. We have a long route planned with Eurail and I am worried about not having information.I find the app and the website very unfriendly, no one from the company can solve anything for you, if I had known how complex it was I would not have bought the passes with this company.If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.Thank you so much.Laura

Early days planning a trip early next summer. I've hit a problem in that I am trying to find a train from Ljubljana to Sofia. All the usual websites seem to be saying that isn't possible. I've also specified starting at other locations that I can get to such as Zagreb, Budapest but have the same problem. Help please

Hello, i’m currently planing a french and spanish Interrail trip and i have some questionsFor the first time i want a mobile pass. Is it true, that i can buy that one today, can buy seat reservations and still choose the first travel day later?  I’ve heard, that there are quite high security standards at Spain trains. Can someone explain to me, if this is true and how this works and how long before the departure you should arrive at the station and ho  Seat reservations: Just in case, i have to adjust something later. First is it possible to reverse seat reservations bought by the Interrail app and if so, how high are the fees therefore? The Interrail website isn’t clear on that for me. In generell, does anybody have an idea how high the reservation fees are for Spain and France?   In generell i would be very thankful for any hints about using trains at France and Spain. 

When I try to change my reservation. I don’t know why the day still have other choice, but system cannot show even I try the different time.

Hello, I am from Germany and would like to travel to Switzerland in April. The plan is for me to travel to Chur on the first day. On the second day I would like to take the Bernina Express from Chur to Tirano and back again. I will leave Chur on the third day. Is a Global Pass worth it? Or should I book each train ticket separately?   

Hi I need HELP! I’m last-minute (I had a rough itinerary before but reality is setting in...) planning my travel pass to travel from Lisbon (more specifically, I’m in Alcabideche right now) to Bruges, leaving tomorrow Nov 19th and arriving *ideally* late-night Nov 20th. I have 2 days left on my Eurail Global Pass that I want to use, but this route seems so complicated with its many options/side-routes, expensive seat reservations, and lack of night train (my preference/ideal) options with my timeline. It seems it may be better to bus into France, which I am willing to do if it is inexpensive, but ideally I’d use my remaining 2 travel days with minimal additional expenses on seat reservations and overnight accommodation. Has anyone done this route or a similar one (Portugal to Belgium) with success recently??? Should I just take the L and take a bus somewhere into France and then train to Bruges from there?! I will accept any and all suggestions, thank you!!

Now I added GB pass (1st class) in my mobile app and set activate with the starting day. But after that, how to show my pass (QR code)?some trains shown Seat reservations optional! , is it no need to make any booking?Conversely, Seat reservations required, is it cannot get in the train even I have GB pass?Thanks ^.^

I have a global pass. How do I update it after a journey? Or it gets upadated automatically on the system?

Hello,I take a night train from Rome (17:25 pm) to Vienna (arrives around 9 am)and then transfer from Vienna to Prague and I do change two trains. Do I need to active my 2nd day or does it count as one? Thank you

El 20 de Diciembre comenzaremos un viaje familiar y a pesar que en la web dice que se puede reservar asientos con 60 o 90 días de antelación, cuando coloco la fecha me dice que aun no tiene habilitado las reservas para esa fecha. Me resulta muy poco amigable la app y la web, nadie de la empresa te resulta nada de haber sabido lo complejo que era no hubiese comprado los pases con esta empresa.Si alguien me puede ayudar se los agradeceria.Muchas gracias.Laura 

Hello, my mother 75 years old will travel with my two daughters (9 and 11) with interrail global pass. Can she use an adult pass to be able to buy the two free kids passes? Otherwise, with the senior pass there are no option for adding a kid’s pass. Thank you

Hello Friends,I am from India and planning to explore few European cities between April 26 and May 13 with my husband and son (17 years next year).Drafted the below plan: Arrive from Chennai to Germany (thinking of either Frankfurt or Munich - which is the best place in Germany?).  Spend 3 nights with one day local sightseeing and a day trip to Heidelberg or another one. From Germany (either Munich or Frankfurt) - travel to Amsterdam.  Spend 4 nights with one day local sightseeing, one day trip to Keukenhof Gardens (might explore local tram/train if that is cheaper), and another to Zaanse Schans (might book with GetYourGuide) From Amsterdam to Paris.  Spend 4 nights with 2 day local sightseeing and a day trip to Versailles Palace (local train is cheaper). Paris to Lucerne. Spend the remaining nights in Lucerne and to visit Interlaken, Mt Pilatus, Mt. Titlis, and jungfraujoch (if not restricted during shoulder season). Can you please advise if buying individual train tickets is cheaper

Hi, I’m considering the Interrail Global Pass (5 days) and trying to figure out if it suits my needs. I’m planning to travel with my dog from Gothenburg to Milan in 2 days, and then return to Gothenburg in 3 days. For now, let’s focus on the outbound journey:Day 1: Gothenburg - Copenhagen and Copenhagen - HamburgDay 2: Hamburg - Zurich and Zurich - MilanAfter purchasing the Global Pass, are the only additional costs the seat reservations and the dog ticket where required, or should I expect extra fees? I’ve already ruled out night trains for this reason.Additionally, do I need to book all tickets through the app? I noticed that some operators, like SJ, allow adding the Interrail Pass on their website as a 100% discount card, while others, like DB or DSB, don’t include Interrail as an option when purchasing the ticket. Hello fellow travelers, I’m having a bit of trouble setting my trip from Innsbruck(Austria) to Chur(Switzerland). It does show routes whenever I look into Rail europe or Omio, but I’m not sure about connection times, they all seem to be pretty short to me.Three to nine minutes so you know. I fear I won’t make it in between connections. Apparently I don’t have to make any seat reservations for this route. Has anyone ever made this trip and have any tips or advices on how to make this route? 

I have seat reservations booked on Eurostar and I have the tickets in my apple wallet, and I’ve printed them!  But they are not showing in my Eurail account. Last time I travelled this way they did. Do I need to sync something?! Thanks
