Hi ,I bought the eurail global pass few month back during 15% discount. Now i want to cancell the order because my trip is cancelled. Anyone can advive?  Tq

I am heading home from Bratislava to Karlsruhe. I am leaving early in the morning and i am planning to maybe do a short stop along the way to break the jouney a bit up Any recommendation on where to stop along the way?The journey takes arround 9 hours. So i am looking at a 3hour stop (maybe longer if there is a good reason for a slightly longer stop)I am planning on not doing Vienna or Munich despite those being the most obvious stops along the way as i stayed there a lot of times already (and i already had some short stops in Vienna on this trips)Any other recommendations?

Hello, I plan to travel in Sweden during my holidays but the travel between my home city and Sweden is longer than 24 hours (outbound / inbound), can I still use the one country pass ? During the second day I need to be allowed travelling from Germany to sweden Thanks !

I have a 4 day global interrail pass, We will travel from brussels to istanbul starting on 17/7/2026.I bought all 4 tickets for 4 night trains via the national train company websites (with indication I have global rail pass - so I bought at reduced price).Now I am adding the journeys in the rail planner app.I have 2 questions:Question 1: for the night train from bucharest to vienna on 8/8/2026 the start time as per my ticket is 15:00 , but I don’t find this train in the rail planner app - in rail planner app start time states 16:00.  So what should I do ?  Do I select the train of 16:00 in the app to add it to my rail pass or is there another option ? Question 2: for the night train from vienna to brussels leaving on 9/8 at 18:13 and arriving in brussels on 10/8 9:38there are two legs shown in the rail planner app :on 9/8  Wien -Aachen and Aachen to Bruxelles  - > I selected 9/8 as a travel day and selected this legon 10/8 Aachen - Brussels   → If I select this leg the app states :

I’m confused as i want to take the train from bratislava to zilna and then further to kosice but on the timetable it says i need a reservation  meanwhile if i look at train types on the interail app it says the trains i would be taking don’t need seat reservation only with 1st class and that besides that they are optional and on the interail site it says too the trains are reservation optional (picture below) so just to be sure i thought i ask to be sure if the timetable isn’t wrong or such  

In july I want to travel from Amsterdam to Prague, I booked the seat reservation for Amsterdam - Berlin, but for Berlin - Prague it said seat reservation is recommended, but not required. All the seats are sold out though, will I still be able to travel that time slot? Will I just be able to stand somewhere or is that not allowed. The train is a Rail jet I think!

As I understand it, seat reservations for the replacement bus is not possible. What about the supplement for the Brenner passage? Is it possible to buy them on the bus? We have just 10 minutes when we arrive at Innsbruck to catch the bus, according to the time table on öbb.

The idea would be maybe via Madrid, spend a little bit of time there, and then go down to Sevila and spend some day there.Any ideas of the best way to go there and the nice places to stop in on the way to ?Thank you

Good evening, During our stay in Crepy-en-Valois we would like to go for a day trip to Paris. We don't want to use a travel day of our Interrail pass for this short trip.However Crepy-en-Valois is on Transilien line K it seems not to be possible to travel between there and Paris on a Ticket Métro-Train-RER because Crepy-en-Valois is not in Île-de-France. Do you know if that is right? It looks like we can buy tickets via SNCF Connect but then we have to decide which train we take because the tickets sem to be train bound. Do you have suggestions where to buy more flexible tickets for line K for this route or do you have other suggestions?

Bonjour,C’est une première pour moi, et je suis un peux perplexe, j’ai effectué une réservation de Offenburg à Copenhague  - 2 trains donc deux réservations pour le 4 juillet, or en regardant aujourd’hui, le trajet de ma première réservation a été allongé d’une heure, ce qui fait que nous n’aurons pas la liaison pour laquelle j’ai fait la réservation (qui était obligatoire) et je dois refaire une nouvelle réservation  pour Hambourg Copenhague, cela vous est-il déjà arrivé et comment avez vous fait? 

Is there any platform where I can select my seat for French trains and Spanish ones? As I saw that on the interrail service you are getting random seat allocations. 

My daughter and myself are planning a train travel journey around Europe from the start of January for one month. I would like to know:what is the weather is like at that time of the year  Is it easier to get around during this time of the year eg: due to snow or crowdsWe have only been to UK and France during the summer months but never been to Europe during this time of the year. Hello everyone,I have used the Germann rail pass to go From Frankfurt to Brussels and back 2 weeks ago. Today, I wanted to use a travel day to go to Brussels again to visit family and I received the error that this country is not included in the pass, even though my the pass still shows my previous tracel days where Frankfurt-Brussels was possible.On the website, interrail still says Brussels is included in the German pass, so I am confused.

Hey everyone! So I’ve got seat reservations and a mandatory supplement booked for my train tomorrow from Verona to Munich, but on the reservation tickets it says the reservation is invalid without the proof of reservation being printed. I don’t have access to a printer and my journey is early tomorrow, so can anyone tell me whether it’s actually necessary to print this out, and if there’s any way to print them at the station or something? Thanks, and fast reply appreciated!!

can you select like this from CLUJ-NAPOCA to Vienna only and when I arrive there I select another trip from Vienna to ROMA TERMINI I hope it works like this and could I jump without paying for the reserved seat

Hi,  I have bought my interrail pass and added the pass number to the App.  I can’t book LNER Seats, the page which is supposed to say ‘Select Your Train Times’ says ‘Sorry No Journeys can be found.  Please try another search’.  Is anyone able to suggest what's going wrong?   Is it because I’m trying to book in advance of 12 weeks?  Even although it will allow me to book a ticket? Many thanks 

My pass is not yet activated, but I’ve made (and paid for) reservations outbound/inbound for the Eurostar. The inbound seems fine, but the outbound says “Ticket pending” on the app, and “More details needed” on the Interrail website - no explanation or instructions on how to fix this. Both Eurostar reservations appear fine and confirmed in the Eurostar app itself. I’m concerned that the “ticket pending” means that it might not appear in the QR code for that day’s ‘Trip’ when I eventually activate the Pass. Has anyone seen this - how did you resolve it? Hi everyone!In a few days I would like to cross the border between Sweden and Finland through Haparanda-Tornio. I have read on the Interrail website that this cannot be done by train therefore there is a bus connection included in the pass. I don't know if this is due to covid but it seems there is no bus crossing the border for the moment.On Maps it seems like the distance between Haparanda and Tornio train stations is about 1 hour walking distance. I don't mind doing that but I would like to be sure it is possible and my only option to join Finland up north.Has anyone done that recently and could help? :)Thanks in advance!Laura

I found on the Global Pass Plus page that the NS is included in the Pass Plus with 0 credit needed for seat reservation, and when I am searching for the train from the Netherlands to Germany, one of the trains is operated by NS International. I am wondering if NS International is also included in the Global Pass Plus with 0 credit needed for seat reservation.

I want to move my husbands pass from my mobile phone to his phone. Can someone give me instructions how to do that?

I have a global p[ass with which I can travel 5 days in 1 month. My journey starts july 26th.Can I activate my pass in the app now (may)? And when can I generate the tickets for the journey’s I have planned in mu trip?

I am searching for high speed options on 9 July from Rome to Verona Porta Nuova.  Have they not been published yet?
