Bonjour, je dois réserver un train de nuit qui fait paris>zurich. Quand je vais sur le site OBB pour réserver je peux mettre 2 passagers mais je ne peux pas indiquer que chaque passager a un pass interrail dans les menus déroulants. Est ce qu'il y a certains trains qui ne prennent pas en compte le pass interrail? Je précise que dans l'application interrail sur le téléphone lorsque j'ai créé mon voyage, j'ai coché dans les filtres "réseau pass interrail uniquement".Merci de votre aide

Does someone have information why there is no Liegewagen available for the night train from Zurich to Prague? Usually there is, even for spontaneous booking but now I couldn’t find any in the next couple of weeks. They only offer the more expensive sleeping beds (~200 for reservation only). ThanksHanna

For the train from Lyon to Barcelona on the 26th of April the passholder reservations are unavailable on interrail, but reservations are available on happyrail.com for this journey. On happyrail.com it is not specified as being for interrail passholders. If I book a reservation directly via happyrail, will my pass be valid?

I’ll be travelling to Italy and Austria in a few weeks for a skiing trip. I’m flying in and out of Munich and taking trains to the towns and resorts where I plan to ski. Anyone have any tips for bringing skis with me or how to find the info I need?It sounds like each rail company has it’s own rules, but I’m struggling to find the companies names through the Eurail trip planner so I can research it. I’d like to bring my own skis but if the rules are too restrictive then I can rent at each of my stops instead.

I just got an email claiming to be from Eurail.  I can’t even verify it it’s legitimate and when I email Eurail they say I will get a response in one week.  Have other people received this message?  I am very concerned! Two young people want to travel from Belgium to Malmö as fast as possible. We want to buy an interrail pass and want to take the SJ of Snalltaget from Hamburg to Malmö on the 17th or 18th of July. The nighttrain is not offering rides in that week. The daytrain should be riding from May. Is it sure that this train will be operating at these dates? Where can I find more information about that?Are there other and faster ways to travel from Belgium to Sweden?

Hi, we want to travel from Paris (in our country of residence) to Stockholm in one day and night, via Brussels, Koln and Hamburg where we will pick up the night train arriving in Stockholm on the morning following our departure from Paris. Does this whole journey count as our outbound journey and therefore NOT count as a travel day? Or is the Paris to Brussels train our outbound journey with the rest of the trains on that day being on travel day 1?I have planned a round trip to the arctic circle thinking it would take 6 travel days but the planner is recommending a 4 day pass which is only possible if the whole journey to Stockholm, and the reverse on the way back, are not counted as travel days.Could anyone clarify this for me please?Thanks in advance 

I have been waiting to book the train from Paris, Gare de Lyon to Nimes Centre on 1 May at 14:42.i have been checking on RailEurope for the past few weeks and this train has not appeared.  It is available every Friday until the week before.Does anybody know when this will appear on RailEurope?

Hi, This will be our 1st time using interrail and we are very nervous, I’m a disabled traveller and also easily confussed!. We are flying down to Rome for a few days an then plan on getting Interrail back to Zurick and flying home from there. We would really like to go through the Brenner pass as part of our journey, I have put this route in the planner.Verona Porta Nuova3h 31mdirectInnsbruck HbfIs that correct? or is it a different route that we need? We plan on staying overnight in Verona and Innsbruck.Thanks in advance for any advice.Rachel 

I was trying to book a reservation using our Eurail Global Flexi First Class passes. And here is what I tried in sequence:On the SBB app, it shows the route and the train I want, but the booking fails when I select “Reservation only”. Called SBB call center and the agent said that the app/website doesn’t support purchasing “reservation only”. She can help me with that. After the laborious process of giving our names, DOB, credit card details, with seat selection that she was able to, the payment failed twice - both for Visa and Amex cards. The agent said that she has seen this issue with “non-European credit cards”. So I went back to the excellent “Seat 61” website and the advice there was to use OBB or Interrail. Tried Interrail, but here it asks for the “place and country of birth”. I just don’t understand the relevance of such info and the price was Euro 13 per passenger plus a service fee. And no way to select specific seats (like window seats facing each other). Tried the OBB app

I want to travel from London to Florence on 31st July 2026 and to return to London on the 8th August 2026. Is this something I can do using a pass or do I need to get separate tickets for different legs? It is very difficult from what I have seen to plan this trip using any service available in the UK. I am hoping this is due to my naivety as I would like to use rail for European travel if its easy.

I travel with my family (4 pax) and I was thinking to take a night train from Warzow to Prague, but I can’t find someone (with Eurail pass obviously) The only option I find is Railjet bus it’s expensive (I cant use the Eurailpass) and the other (without Eurailpass) is LEO Express but is not night, are simple seat (for 10 hours si too much)Do you have another idea? Regards from Chile

He comprado 5 Interrrail global pass para mi grupo de amigos. He descargado la aplicacion Rail Planner, la fecha de viaje comienza en junio. Debo activar ya los pases? He hecho reserva de asientos. Si activo los 5 pases en mi teléfono luego puedo enviárselos a mis amigos?

Yesterday I made reservations for a TGV from Paris to Nimes. In “My Trip” the price indication was € 12 per seat. But on line the price was in US dollars and about ten euros higher. I’m puzzled and wonder whether I did something wrong. As I need to make additional reservations, advice is much appreciated.

Hiii. We are travelling from Ljubljana to Bern on April 5 probably with the train that leaves around 7:45am. The trips is very long around 10h and during that we make 4 train changes. However the transfer times are super short. For example on the first stop we make at the Villach HBF (Austria) station we have only 6 minutes to get to another platform to catch the next train. Basically we need to get from platform 1D-E to 4D-E. How do you figure this out in 6 minutes? I think we won't be able to navigate THAT fast and we might miss the next train. So in case that happens, what do we do? Because if we miss that train, the we will probably miss the next 3 that we would have to take to get to Bern. Are there frequent connections? Like what do you do in such cases, do train wait or whatever? 

When adding my train trips to my 10 day eurail pass, do I have to include my eurostar reservation as one of the days?

I want to take an overnight ferry from Stockholm to Helsinki. Then Helsinki to Tallinn. There is an Interrail discount available. Do those journeys count as travel days? The FAQ says:> When traveling on an overnight ferry covered by your Pass, you only have to use 1 travel day:Are either of those ferries covered by the pass? Does travelling on them count as a travel day?

Booked a 1st class reservation on the Ljubljana to Zagreb train. When the the train arrived, there was no 1st class carriage. The ticket inspector told us to sit in 2nd.Tried to get a refund from CD.cz but they're refusing saying that I haven't provided evidence that there was no 1st class. I don't know how to do that. The inspector didn't give us any documentation, and it isn't like I could have taken a photo of a non existent carriage.CD.cz refuse to contact the train company to check the formation. I've tried, but got no response.Should I just do a credit card charge back?

A luglio 2026 ho intenzione di partire per una decina di giorni e fare un Interrail dalla Danimarca alla Svezia, per poi terminare in Norvegia. Le città che avevo individuato sono Copenhagen, Stoccolma, Oslo e Bergen, così da poter fare proprio qui un giro in barca nei fiordi. Ho però alcune domande: le tratte ferroviarie tra le città che ho individuato esistono tutte? Perché non riesco a trovare quelle dirette tra Copenhagen e Stoccolma, e tra Stoccolma e Oslo? stavo pensando di acquistare il pass da 4 giorni: secondo voi è sufficiente? quanti giorni mi consigliate di trascorrere nelle varie città? Io pensavo circa due per ciascuna. quando mi consigliate di prenotare i posti sui treni?

Hi,Trip planner set to London-Paris then change of station in Paris so I can do Paris-Milan, it shows the commute as good to go as it accepts my pass.I am able to book the first leg via the Eurail booking system (Eurostar) but unable to select Milan as a destination for the second leg of my trip via the TGV trains with SNBC (I can only select destinations in France).What do I have to do?Consider:Type of pass: Global 2nd class (Interrail as in I am from the EU).My pass isn't yet activated but just purchased and added to my account.Departure date: 13th April 2026Thank you all!

Hello,I have a 15 days within 2 month interrail and i am planning on splitting it up across 2 trips, a 5 day trip and a 10 day trip. However, for the 5 day trip i am planning on flying out so i wont be using my outbound journey in my country of residence. Although, for my 10 day trip i am planning on travelling in my country of residence from Liverpool down to London, therefore using my outbound journey then, is this possible? As i am unsure whether the outbound journey means only at the start of your 15 days or if your able to use it after the interrail has already started. Thank you all in advance.

We are travelling together but want the hold the trip on both our phones. The faq only addresses having multiple passes on one phone.
