Hey everyone! So I’ve got seat reservations and a mandatory supplement booked for my train tomorrow from Verona to Munich, but on the reservation tickets it says the reservation is invalid without the proof of reservation being printed. I don’t have access to a printer and my journey is early tomorrow, so can anyone tell me whether it’s actually necessary to print this out, and if there’s any way to print them at the station or something? Thanks, and fast reply appreciated!!

Good morning/afternoon everyone,I tried to book a journey on the Superfast ferry between Bari (Italy) and Igoumenitsa (Greece) using my 6-day pass for the Greek islands, but the same message appears every time: “The discount does not apply to the loyalty card. ”I have checked using both my Mobile Pass (6 digits including a letter in the middle) and a pass cover number generated via the Interrail website (with and without the first two letters). The Seaways website states: “Eurail/Interrail GREEK ISLANDS PASS and Eurail/Interrail GLOBAL PASS: Free reservations in ECONOMY CLASS for GREEK ISLANDS PASS holders and 30% discount reservations in ECONOMY CLASS for GLOBAL PASS holders.  Greek Islands Pass 30% in ECONOMY CLASS valid for extra trips. Fill in your Pass Cover Numberin the “Discount ID/Document” field. You can find your Pass Cover Number on the back of your Pass, above the QR code. can you select like this from CLUJ-NAPOCA to Vienna only and when I arrive there I select another trip from Vienna to ROMA TERMINI I hope it works like this and could I jump without paying for the reserved seat

Hi,  I have bought my interrail pass and added the pass number to the App.  I can’t book LNER Seats, the page which is supposed to say ‘Select Your Train Times’ says ‘Sorry No Journeys can be found.  Please try another search’.  Is anyone able to suggest what's going wrong?   Is it because I’m trying to book in advance of 12 weeks?  Even although it will allow me to book a ticket? Many thanks 

My pass is not yet activated, but I’ve made (and paid for) reservations outbound/inbound for the Eurostar. The inbound seems fine, but the outbound says “Ticket pending” on the app, and “More details needed” on the Interrail website - no explanation or instructions on how to fix this. Both Eurostar reservations appear fine and confirmed in the Eurostar app itself. I’m concerned that the “ticket pending” means that it might not appear in the QR code for that day’s ‘Trip’ when I eventually activate the Pass. Has anyone seen this - how did you resolve it? Hi everyone!In a few days I would like to cross the border between Sweden and Finland through Haparanda-Tornio. I have read on the Interrail website that this cannot be done by train therefore there is a bus connection included in the pass. I don't know if this is due to covid but it seems there is no bus crossing the border for the moment.On Maps it seems like the distance between Haparanda and Tornio train stations is about 1 hour walking distance. I don't mind doing that but I would like to be sure it is possible and my only option to join Finland up north.Has anyone done that recently and could help? :)Thanks in advance!Laura

I found on the Global Pass Plus page that the NS is included in the Pass Plus with 0 credit needed for seat reservation, and when I am searching for the train from the Netherlands to Germany, one of the trains is operated by NS International. I am wondering if NS International is also included in the Global Pass Plus with 0 credit needed for seat reservation.

I want to move my husbands pass from my mobile phone to his phone. Can someone give me instructions how to do that?

I have a global p[ass with which I can travel 5 days in 1 month. My journey starts july 26th.Can I activate my pass in the app now (may)? And when can I generate the tickets for the journey’s I have planned in mu trip?

Hi there! I am in bit of a struggle and I would really appriciate your help. I now am in Vienna. I have to go to Cluj-Napoca Romania. There are no direct trains. And I cannot find anywhere, and internet site including interrail to make reservations for romania. They say I can go from vienna to budapest, then feom budapest to some city in romania like arad, then from there to cluj. But the problem is, yes i can make reservations for the trains departing from vienna and budapest but non for romania to romania and im freaking out. I dont want to pay full price tickets or buy a bus ticket while i have interrail. I also dont want to risk getting on a train that requires reservations and hoping to find an empty spot. Can you help me please :((

Hi we need to reserve the seats for this specific nightrain. However it only shows ticket not available. it says this for all of these trains on this route. So do we need to get it in person on the train? or could we just like sit in the train and explain? Any help would be greatly appreciated!  

Hi everyone, It's my first travelling with Interrail and the Strike in Italy fell on one of my traveling dates. I have two seats booked. However as I see on trenItalia that option seems not available?I saw online on the TrenItalia website some kind of guarantee trains in the event of a strike? But those trains does not appear on the Rail Planner nor TrenItalia. Hi everyone !I tried to book seat reservation on the interrail.eu website. So i went on the dedicated internet page and it asked me to log in. So i loged in but then it redirected me on a another internet page which is my personal account. So i tried to go again on the book seat reservation page but it log me out. And so on... That is why i can’t make seat reservation... can you help me ? Thanks 

Bonjour, Je souhaite prendre la compagnie european sleeper, mais je n’arrive pas à notifier que je possède le pass interail sur leur site. Par conséquence je n’ai pas les mêmes tarifs entre l’applications #discoverEU et leur site Web trouvé sur l’applications. Que dois-je faire ? Contrairement au train de nuit Berlin HBF -> malmö, ou il y a des tarifs spéciaux. Est ce que je dois essayer de réserver directement sur l’applications, même si c’est un train de nuit ? 

Nous partons en train en Roumanie avec mon équipe de compagnons des sgdf (scout guide de France).Pour ce faire nous avons acheté un pass interrail par personne sauf que une des personnes de notre équipe à gagner un pass interail via le programme discover eu de l’union européenne. Nous voulons donc savoir si il est possible d’échanger des réservations de places assises d’un pass à un autre.

My husband and I are traveling from the US. We’ll be going to Copenhagen, Berlin, Amsterdam and Brussels. I was reading the luggage information and wondered if we’ll be able to board with what we have. We will each have a rolling, hard case suitcase (mine is 20inx10inx14in. His is 19inx9inx13in.) and a backpack each. I’m thinking of not bringing my purse to help with space. If it won’t fit in 2nd class, should we bump up to first?

in “how to use your pass” the website says that who’s travelling from an island, can obtain an airplane ticket to start the interrail from another country. well, how can i obtain that ticket?

I want to book a seat reservation from Germany to Italy using my DiscoverEU credits. I know that I have to pay additional supplement but my question is where and how to pay it? In the Interrail website I can book the reservation using my credits, but I can not pay it there as I can see. If I need to pay it on another website I still need to buy the seat reservation  on the Interrail website, and after that to pay the additional thing on a different website, or in this case I need to buy the reservation on another website?

Hello, I'm traveling from Vienna, Austria to Brest, France. I had to reserve seats for the trains in France that are at the end of the journey (so I have the tickets). But how do I get tickets for the trains at the beginning, as I can't find them? Will simply showing my Interrail pass work?

We’re trying to book Split to Zagreb train via Interrail website, but get the error message:No price results were found. Pass holder seats may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable. please help advise how I go about getting these tickets/reservations using global Interrail passes.thank you
