Is there a reason why some Polish trains are not yet updated in the app? I am trying to travel between Cracow and Prague on December 15, but no trains show. On the Deutsch Bahn and Oebb websites, there are numerous trains. I have also been able to record trains between Warsaw and Cracow so it’s not that all Polish trains are missing. Any idea when these trains will be added? (And yes, I’ve added the train manually, but I would rather be using an actual ticket not a manual entry.)

I’m trying to go from Amsterdam Centraal (or Zaandam) to Coutances, France. I’m trying book for the day after tomorrow 11/23. I understand seats possibly running out due to how late I’m booking. But no matter how far in advance I check for seat reservations (this photo shows 11/28) every route I check which has Paris to Lison gives me an error code of E0620.  Is this the systems way of trying to tell me that they’re out of seats without actually saying it?

Hi. I am trying to book a reservation to my journey on a train with my Global Pass Plus from Colmar to Lauterbrunnen. I keep getting errors. Attached are two images. One image is the original error when I would almost finish the booking process. The second image is what I believe the issue might be. There seems to be an issue with the Basel to Spiez leg of the portion? Based on that blue highlighted message, I should be ok to travel on this route without a reservation as long as I have my pass? This is the first time I’ve run into issues when planning for my trip. The Colmar route starts at 11:23 and arrives in Lauterbrunnen at 14:56 on Dec 20th if needed. There is a short transfer at Spiez but from what I can tell, the transfer is from 2 to 3 which is an adjacent platform so 3 minutes should be ok? I want to use night train at 12/25 and 12/27, round trip from Stockholm to Kiruna. In the website of SJ, selling of tickets of night train in this Winter, so I will be able to reserve tickets. But in this website: Eurail, I can’t search these tickets. How and when can I get these reservation?I want to use Eurail pass Sweden version. Please help. Sorry for my poor English.

Hi, not my first time traveling by train, but it is the first time seeing this message for the place I have a hotel booked right by the train station. I’m un able to book seat reservations between Zurich and Innsbruck and this message shows at the top. The high speed trains I was looking at taking appear to be heading other places than Italy, will the Budapest, and Croatia high speed trains be stopping in Innsbruck or should I take it as a bad sign that they aren’t offering seat reservations yet. I’m coming from Freiberg Im Breisgau in Germany, should I be thinking about a different destination other than Innsbruck...we wanted the Austria alp, sledding day trips, and winter experience. My wife purchased Eurorail pass for the both of us.  Do I need to create a separate account to access?  

Hello everyone.I live in Canada and I need some help here.On 26-OCT I booked a sleeper for two people using my Eurail Global Pass through RailEurope.com. The train I booked is the InterCityNotte number 797 from Trenitalia leaving Milano on 07-JAN at 22h18 and arriving Napoli Centrale next morning at 08h46. My credit card was charged and I received email confirmations from RailEurope and Trenitalia, with my reservation attached to those emails.The problem I am experiencing is that this train disappeared from Trenitalia timetable, as if it wasn’t running any more on January 7th. I haven’t received any email neither from RailEurope nor from Trenitalia to inform me that the train was canceled. I would like to know if it’s “normal” a train that was selling tickets disappear from the timetable or if I have to start to think about another train itinerary to get to Napoli. Thank you in advance Marcelo

I'm planning a night train journey soon and have a question regarding the Interrail mobile app's behavior. I'm hoping some experienced travelers can help me out!My journey details are: Departure from Budapest-Keleti (19:10 on July 8th) and arrival at Dresden Hbf (05:53 on July 9th).From what I understood, for direct overnight trains, only one day should be marked as a travel day. However, the mobile app has marked both July 8th AND July 9th as travel days for this specific journey.I've attached two screenshots.  The first one shows the full journey preview, and the second highlights a potential change point at Břeclav (though the train number seems to continue as EN 40476).Is this normal behavior? Has anyone experienced something similar or knows why the app might do this? Do I really need to use two travel days, or could this be an app glitch? I plan to contact Interrail support, but wanted to get some community insights first.Thanks in advance for your help!  

Hello, I am going from Milano to Palermo in November. I went the Eurail app to put the journey into my Trip. When I went to go and select our seats, it would only let me do the booking for a sleeper from Milano to Messina. So now I have a seat reservation from Milano to Messina, but I can’t find the ability to get a seat reservation on that same train to Palermo. Do I need one? Can someone please help me? 

Me and my friend have bought the 2 month continuous pass on separate devices to use in May/June next year. We aren’t sure how to book seat reservations so that we’ll sit together since they’re on separate devices. Also, we heard booking the Eurostar as soon as possible is best. But we don’t know how to book the Eurostar with the interrail pass or how to add it to our trips. I saw people say you add the train to your trips after you’ve bought the reservation and use the swipe button to confirm the train on your trips after you’ve. But I can’t see that on my app, so can you only do this when it’s activated? And if so, how can you book the Eurostar in advance since we won’t activate it until May 1st. Hope that makes sense, any advice would be amazing 😊 thank you x

Unable to add one more pass in rail planer app . My pass added but no option to add one more pasd

Travelling on a 4 day 1st class pass on Thursday 20th November. Ferry arrives at IJmuiden at 9.45. Any recommendations for how to travel to Gent-Dampoort reservation free?There are engineering works between Uitgeest and Santpoort-Noord with a bus replacement service and so I was thinking that we’d start at Santpoort-Noord. NS suggests Santpoort-Noord to Haarlam to Rotterdam Central to Antwerp to Gent. Travel planner suggests Santpoort-Nord to Amsterdam Sloterdijk to Schiphol Airport to Antwerp to Gent DB all include EuroStar which we didn’t want to use. Fortunately we are not in a hurry but would appreciate anyone’s ideas on how best to do this day’s travel. Hi everyoneI’m planning my trip for this summer. I’ve already bought my pass. The pass is connected to “my interrail trip”. Today, I downloaded the app and I wanted to add my pass. I was able to add my pass but in the second step I am not able to choose my trip called “my interrail trip”. I just can create a new trip. According to the guide I would have here the option to choose “my interrail trip”. What can I do?Thanks for your help!

Hi. I’ll be traveling from Barcelona to Italy during the month of december. My first stop is Torino, and then on to the South. On my way back, it’ll be the same: Torino to BCN through France. The question is that I don’t intend to stay in France, but I’ve to cross it. Can I still buy a one-only-country pass? I mean an Italian Pass. Which is cheaper than the Global Pass. Thanks a lot for your cooperation

I’ve been looking at the Plus pass, with inclusive reservations, and there are a few things that aren’t clear from the list.https://plus.interrail.eu/en/global-plus-pass#credits1 - How many credits do the international high-speed trains between France-Spain require? I’m guessing from the page, that it’s 0 on the AVE and 1 on the TGV, but it’s not clear. 2 - Will Iryo (Spain) and Trenitalia (France domestic, and France-Italy) also have inclusive reservations when they join the pass network, or will they require credits? 3 - Are there any plans to offer the option for more than 3 inclusive credits? Coming from the UK, I would have to use two credits for Eurostar, meaning there’s only ever one remaining for any trip. 4 - It says ‘most’ international TGVs require 1 credit. Does that include TGV-Lyria, the France-Belgium, and France-Germany TGVs? What about the ICE to Germany? 5 - The pass description only mentions reservations. Is there a direct train to go from Milan to Lucerne?

Travelling around Germany last week, I found myself in the situation where I was able to catch an earlier train than planned as it was delayed.Adding the journey to my mobile pass however was quite a hassle as it resulted in an error message saying something like “it looks like you're still on another train”. As a result it was impossible to add the respective train without removing the train I arrived on from my pass first.Although I understand why the error message appeared (I arrived in Hamm on a train with arrival at 16.24 hrs, the train I changed to originally would have departed at 16.20 hrs so in theory this was an impossible change), I don't understand why there is no option at all to override that error and add the train anywayIn this case I ended up in first removing the train I arrived on from my pass, then adding the delayed train I took. And after disembarking at my destination doing the whole thing in reverse again to fix the gap in the statistics again.Shouldn't this be

I am an Australian resident and tried to buy an Interrail pass for a family member in the UK. I put in the UK address and details, then uncheck the box to separate UK address from billing address. However, the drop down screen does not let me put in a non European billing address. Is there no way to do this?

J'ai un voyage planifié dans Railplanner en 2026.Il y a dedans par erreur un trajet au 8 octobre 2025, donc dans le passé. Il est impossible de le supprimer car l'action "supprimer le trajet" n'est pas proposée quand on fait un appui long dessus.Je pense que c'est un bug de Railplanner.
