Hello everyone, I’d like to ask for some advice because I’m taking a train to Madrid this morning, and it’s going to be half an hour late. The problem is that I was supposed to catch a connecting train to Seville afterward, and I’ll only have 15 minutes to make the connection at Madrid Atocha. Do you think that’s feasible? Thanks 🙏

I'm looking for someone to bring it back to me.I will be in Vienna until Sunday then in Paris.Is anyone planning to travel from Milan to Vienna or Paris ? I am planning this journey in Spain on 15 August:Paris 20:25 to Strasbourg 22:11 with TGV 2465Wait 41 minutesStrasbourg 22:52 to Offenburg 23:22 with RS4 (87461)Wait 13 minutesOffenburg 23:35 to Hamburg 07:53 with Nightjet 470Is the 13 minute connection in Offenburg too risky?Normally I would NEVER rely on such at short connection i Germany. But the journey between Strasbourg and Offenburg is only 30 minutes long. It has good statistics on https://www.zugfinder.net/en/train-RB_87461. No delays for the last 30 days. And it looks like is has the tracks by itself. So i think it could work...The TGV from Paris has not other stops and has also good statistics on https://www.zugfinder.net/en/train-TGV_2465. Only 3 delays (max 20 min) for the last 30 days. But the Nightjet 470 is (of course) the last train of the day. And If I miss it, I will have to find somewhere to sleep in Offenburg. Will it be possible to have this cost refunded if this situation occurs?My alternative would be an earlier

Hello I really need some help - i’m travelling in a few hours (early tomorrow morning) and can’t get the pass sorted.I have activated my pass to start tomorrow - I’m travelling very early tomorrow morning. i have already paid for and reserved trains - they all appear in ‘my bookings’ under ‘seat reservations’I cannot see where the Interrail pass QR code is? any idea where I find that? I am chatting to a person from interrail over email and they tell that I cannot add my reservations to my pass - they are separate.  that I must add my journeys to the Pass for the QR code to be generated.if i try to add a journey then I need to book and pay for seats all over again. should I use the option for the travel days of ‘interrail pass network only’? Looking forward to some answers and help. i don’t want to get to the station tomorrow without a pass ticket/QR code to show…  thanks🙏🙏☀️   

HiWe are a family of 4 inter-railing from London to Istanbul this summer. We want to book a private couchette from Bucharest to Istanbul using our interrail pass.I see now that you cannot do this online, and that we need to do this in person at a station. I had this confirmed by the Romanian CFR customer services folk. This feels very risky for us with a young family and being quite fixed on dates as we travel through Romania.I’ve looked on the interrail booking site and the OBB booking site and neither lets me book this train.Has anyone done this and can advise me if there is any way to book these tickets in advance? Could we do it using an agent of some kind? I’ve seen Andy recommended on Seat61, for instance.I think the only other option is to take the full cost of the seats on the chin and just book online without the interrail pass. Cost difference for the 4 of us seems to be around £100.I’d love some positive suggestions if anyone can help!Jennie

If we bought multiple passes in one order and individuals travel on different days, does it count as a travel day for everyone if one person travels on a day or only for that individual.

I recently booked an ÖBB train ticket for myself and a friend. The booking confirmation email explicitly states that the ticket is booked for both of us (2 adults).However, when I downloaded the PDF ticket, it only generated a single page with one single QR code. Only my name (as the lead passenger) is printed on the ticket.On previous ÖBB bookings, I have always received separate PDFs or separate QR codes for each traveller, so I'm a bit confused.Does anyone know if this single QR code acts as a "master" code that covers both passengers? Or is each traveller strictly required to have their own unique, separate QR code?Thanks in advance for the help!

I am looking to travel with interrail in October, and for the route I want to take I need to book several seat reservations. But I was wondering, when I have booked a seat do I get the confirmation e-mail/seat information from Interrail themselves or the train company I am travelling with?

I have reserved two seats on tgv Charles de Gaulle to Bordeaux but can't seem to find the actual seats stated anywhere. Do I need to book those separately?  Please be gentle with the replies as I'm sure I'm missing something. Cheers

Have just purchased 10 days within two month pass - hoping to travel tomorrow.  When try to load app - either by Apple or Google Play does not do so.

I was waiting for today because of the TGV train from Bruxeles Midi to Marne La Valle Chessy seats reservations was opening today. (150 days before). And now when I was trying to book the seats reservation this message appears “No price results were found. Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are others ways to check for available seats - more info below our timetable”. The same day that they were available. This is strange. Are they already sold out? Or is this a mistake and I have to wait and keep looking? Anyway, is it any other option to get from Bruges to Strasbourg fastest and not arriving too late?Thanks

We are a Canadian family of 3 travelling in Germany and France on a Eurail pass. Our base is Karlsruhe, where we have family. Today, we are on a little day trip to Paris.We have activated our Eurail pass for today. Since the train requires reservations, we bought reservations for two ICE trains, one from Karlsruhe to Paris in the morning, and another ICE from Paris back to Karlsruhe in the evening. The reservations were bought through the DB Navigator app.Everything worked fine inside Germany, but after the border to France there was another ticket check and the person told us that DB reservations are not valid in combination with the Eurail pass. He said he would exceptionally accept it since we were already on the train, but that we would be denied boarding on the way back. He told us to book a reservation through Eurail - but there are no more reservations available on the app and I’m now freaking out about being stranded in Paris with 4 year old tonight.I find this so confusing, be

Hello. will I have a problem getting seat reservations during busy season if I wait until the 90days before. I could reserve direct but just want to make sure I can get seats if a book close to the 90 days. Thanks

Hi, Shawn T. here-First time travelling in UK. I have a Global 7 days in a month Eurail Pass, it is activated and I have added a trip to it.I was able to buy a seat reservation from London Paddington to Oxford July 8 on apcrail.com(because it wasn’t available from Eurail.com also, this reservation maybe isn’t actually required) So, I have a journey in My Trip, but no actual ticket in the Rail Planner app, so am I good to go?  Do I just show the inspector my Journey? Seems like I’m missing something here….Thanks for your help!

Hello, my husband and I want to do the World War II sites and we wanted to do it by train. I had found some kind of itinerary a while back on eurail, but I can’t find it now. I’m just wondering if someone has already done this by train, the one that I had started from Paris.

I have a pass on my app that is already activated, but want to use it on another device. Would it be possible to transfer it and then afterwards get it back on the initial device to use it with that device again? I saw the new feature of transferring the pass. It does not say anything about a limit on the transfers to another device on the website (second image). Although somewhere else they say you need to contact customer service if you want to transfer it more than once. However this might be old info? And i am fine with contacting them? Im just not sure if i could do this? Can i not just log into my app at another device and add my pass, without transferring it? I also saw another thread about this but that was 3 years ago and to be honest i dont really understand it. Thanks a lot in advance!! 

Ho acquistato un global pass 15gg per la prima volta ma ho dei dubbi:Io creo il viaggio e mi arriva il QR code da validare in ogni treno che prendo, ma fino a quando è possibile modificare per esigenze il viaggio per esempio ora prenoto per il 1 agosto milano -vienna -budapest se volessi cambiare la data di partenza è possibile farlo?E se durante il viaggio volessi cambiare meta invece che milano-vienna-budapest vado a milano-vienna-varsavia e possibile modificare durante il viaggio?Spero di essermi spiegatoGrazie

I’ve encountered many links from eurail info sites that only lead to an error message saying simply : Forbidden. I recently received a starter pack to help navigate the app and the top two links were dysfunctional leading to this error message. It’s happened multiple times before too. as there is no phone service for support and the bots only categorize preselected questions, I don’t know how to get help with this. any suggestions?

Will the MD train be on time? I don't have any experience with Spanish trains.This will my first time on a Spanish train station with x-ray security check. How long will it take? I will bring a large hiking backpack with Camping gear, including metal objects like tent poles, tent pegs, cooking pot and an (empty) fuel bottle. Hi, just want to ask should I buy interrail pass of eurail pass if I am a BNO visa holder from Hong Kong living in the UK for studying?

I am trying to purchase train tickets for me and some people who are coming on this trip. when booking a train i can add members from my trip. they have all sent me money but i am unsure of the process. after purchasing the tickets do the tickets get distributed and sent to the members of the trip i have selected or do they all get sent to me?
