I have a global 2 month pass. I want to activate it from the 3rd of July until the 3rd of September. I am planning my trip and need to do some seat reservations, for which I need to have activated my account (or at least I think so?). Is the pass activated from the day we activate it on the app or from the first day of using it to travel ? I am worried that if I continue the activation on the app by registering my ID, it will activate it today and will therefore only be activated until the 12th of August. Thank you in advance !
Hello, my name is Claudia, I´m from Brazil and I´m planning to travel to europe in October but I´m having some difficulties to buy the train pass because the planner destination shows me the time, da date, the journey on the map, however, when I try to buy the pass one the destination is not available and, sincerly I´m afraid of buying the pass and not be able to use it. I truied to contact to the company but there was only one robot asking me questions but no replies. Is there a human being who could help me in this community<
I’ve bought two two-month passes intending to make several shortish trips, returning home between. Now I read we only get one journey outward and one inward in our country of residence. Other people who have asked about this seem to have found answers but we’re in the UK, which means getting to and using Eurostar. Does this mean we’ll have to buy additional tickets?
I’m supposed to travel on 13/07/2022 but when I go to choose my start date in the Rail Planner app I am only able to pick a start date from the 16/07/2022 onwards. I’ve emailed customer support about this but they seem to be taking at minimum three weeks to get back to any query which doesn’t leave me a lot of wiggle room. I’ve tried removing my pass and re-adding and no luck, anyone have anything else I can try???
Hello All. I have an Eurail Global pass flexi 7 days. I accidentally put in a travel date for 11th June, but I did not use it. I am not able to cancel it in the App now. Need help in cancelling that travel day. Can someone please advice. Need this resolution asap as I need to change the first travel day to tomorrow
I accidentally logged out of the application, so I wanted to log in again, but I get an error that the application is wrong and I should download another one, but when I try to log in to the other one, I get a message that my Pass is already activated and I cannot connect it with this app. Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

Hi!I sent a pass exchange request through the official form over a month ago and I still haven't recieved a response. I got the confirmation that they have recieved my request but nothing more. As you can imagine, I'm growing very tired of waiting to get some of my money back (or have a response that says it's not possible).I'm new to interrail, so my question is whether or not someone else has had the same experience lately? I understand that the customer support is busy right now, but is it normal to have to wait for over a month?Kind regards,Herman
I am currently travelling in Europe and I have used once day on my pass. However when I uninstalled and reinstalled the railplanner app, I could no longer add my mobile pass. This is a serious issue as I have already had to buy a full fare ticket. I am also travelling tomorrow morning and it looks like I will need to book a bus if the problem isn't sorted. I should note my app is fully up to date, on an android phone, and I've contacted customer support numerous times today. Does anyone have a possible solution, or a more direct route to customer service
Hi all, I am trying to activate my pass and I´m at step 3 where I have to type in my passport number. However, the app only provides me with a numerical keyboard. My German passport number only has 1 number in it though, the rest are letters. How can I activate my pass now? Interrail is a bit ignorant, being a European project, not taking into account different passport numbers in the indivual countries.
Does the Eurail 22 day global pass cover anywhere in England outside of London for the Chunnel? Example: Could I go from London to Highclere, Stonehenge, Oxford, Liverpool or Manchester and back to London at different times using it so long as I stay within my 22 days?Would this same pass still be what I use to go from London to Paris and around France before returning to London, or would I need another pass for this leg of my travels?
Hi, please can you help. I can’t add my pass to my account it’s saying the details are incorrect. I’ve input them exactly as on my confirmation email etc but had no luck!!!! I have a double barrelled last name so think this is where the issue lies!I travel tomorrow so need this sorting urgently and cannot get through on the phones! If I connect my mobile pass to a trip in the app, will the days of the individual journeys that I have saved in the trip be booked directly and irrevocably as travel days?I want to use a few travel days spontaneously and have saved the same trip on several days in order to spontaneously decide on which day I want to start it.

Abbiamo provato a collegare i nostri viaggi ma penso che abbiamo sbagliato qualcosa perchè alcuni orari non combaciano e, visto che lo abbiamo attivato, non possiamo più scollegarlo. Avete delle soluzioni?Inoltre, una volta organizzato il viaggio nella sezione “My pass” come facciamo ad attivare i biglietti? e poi come facciamo a comprare i posti a sedere? Dear All, I bought an Interrail Global Pass 3 months but I didn't know that the outbound & inbound journey to the home country is only available once (English is not my first language and I didn't understand so well that sentence). I thought I could travel back and forth multiple times from my ‘home country' but apparently I could not. This makes the pass really restricted and limited.I am also not sure if I am counted as an EU-citizenship, I currently hold a 6 months visa in Germany.I bought the pass during the 50% promotion time and I am wondering if I could refund it？ If not, could someone please advise me in how to make the best use of this ticket？ I am really frustrating now... Hello, I have a issue with my pass. I added my pass to my phone on the app and connected it to a trip and everything was fine. Then I activated the pass and made reservations and chose the first travel day the 29th August 2022. The next day I looked into the app and my trip and my pass are gone and I can't add the pass because it says that there's an issue. I hope you can help me because I just spent 300€ on it.
