Hello,I just started researching a trip to Paris/London/Edinburgh that I’ll be taking at the end of July and I saw that there is a 10% discount that expires tomorrow for the pass the Eurail website recommended - 4 day global. I’ve seen in multiple places that doing individual bookings is cheaper than a pass, but I’m not finding that to be true. The passes would be about 450 euros for myself and my husband with 120 euros in reservation fees total for the three trips we want to take (Paris-London, London-Edinburgh, Edinburgh- Paris). Using RailEurope, it looks like the trips are roughly 195, 230, and 250 and I don’t know whether that includes the reservation fees. With the discount expiring tomorrow, I was hoping to get someone to check my work. Any insights?
My pass was automatically extended in 2021 until August 31, 2022, to activate, by covid 19. But now it just plainly says that my pass has expired!!! I contacted customer service and they provided the following solution.Add my pass to the trip, but as a paper pass and not as a mobile pass. Only, yes, then you must enter a start date on which you want to use the pass.At the moment I really don't know when I will travel, probably sometime in early September. Are there any people who have come across this, that their automatically extended pass is now casually indicated as expired?And who can't use their pass now? Or possibly want to make a seat reservation via the interrail website, but which is not possible.
Hey guys, I’ve put my planned journey from London to Vienna into the website's ‘plan my trip'. By my count, it’s 4 travel days but the planner is counting it as six days. Does anyone know why and which one is right? My plan is:London - Brussels on the 19th AprilBrussels - Frankfurt on the 21st AprilFrankfurt - Munich on the 23rd AprilMunich - Salzburg - Vienna on the 25th April I count that as 4 travel days but the planner is saying it’s 6 travel days, so I need the 7 day travel pass. I have purchased two paper senior global passes (not keen on technology) and have accidently put a wrong ‘First day of validity of your pass:’I have tried to contact Interrail via the website online contact several times since 30th March to see how to change the date. To date I have not received any reply!!! I find the process mentioned on the website rather appalling and overly complex. BUY a New Pass and exchange!!!!!Why is there no easy way to contact Customer Service (seems there is none!)We have used Interrail serveral times in the las 10 years.

Interrail site is the most frustrating site I have ever come across. totally unfriendly site to use. Nothing works properly,. so difficult to leave a message as every time I TRY IT SENDS ME TO ANOTHER QUESTION WHICH SOMEONE HAS POSTED WHICH IS COMPLETELY NO USE. THIS IS MY 5TH ATTEMPT SO HERE GOES. I really want to speak to real person but it seems to be impossible with Interrail - I hope their tickets work better, but judging from the reviews I have had, everyone is having issues. I have two question. First. Why on earth does Interrail not have a telephone system where you can call and get help? I have been trying since March to get help. Left message in the enquiry form. Have left message in Messenger which just goes to a Bot who cannot help. Have left a note to be called back, no one does. Its really disgraceful . Its put me of using Interail . Ahoj,with an InterRail pass I just got charged in the RENFE Feve from Ferrol to Oviedo 12.25 EUR.I think the complete Feve network is free of charge with a valid InterRail pass with correctly filled in details.The ticket I got selled seems to be half the price of the official fare.I think this was a mistake, and I would like to get my money back.Is there anyone aware of* official documentation in spanish about InterRail validity on Feve, so I can show that to people at a ticket office? Date of birth information is wrong by one day on Eurail.com website but correct on Mobile pass for 4 travellers.
Hi,I recently purchased a 5 day in 1 month Eurail Global pass for my family. As I was planning for my trip, I noticed that the date of birth was off by one day for all travellers on my Eurail.com website account under the “Trips and travelers” section for “Upcoming trips”. When I checked my Mobile Pass on the Planner App under “My Pass”, the date of birth for all travellers was correct. I like to make sure that all the information on the website account is aligned with the Mobile pass on the Planner app.Should I be concerned about this and how do I get this fixed without messing up the info on the mobile pass version? Hi there. Will it be necessary to leave the UK on the same day as my outbound journey? For example, I am planning to travel from Ludlow to London as my outbound journey, (day 1 of 7 days in a month pass), stay overnight in London then leave the UK by Eurostar the following morning (day 2 on pass). Is this permissible? Or do I have to leave the UK on the same day as I travel to London? Thanks in advance.
Does anyone know what the following rules mean at TRENITALIA if you travel in 1st class with Interrail. " Access to the executive and premium services class is not allowed on the frecciarossa 4L , where 1st class Interrail holders are allowed to travel in business" I have added a photo, but it has already been translated into Dutch.
Because i have the possibility to drive back from my first stop by car and then going Outbound again to another country. So can i use 2 Outbound trips?For example:My Home Country is Austria.Trip: Vienna → Berlin (then go back to Vienna by car) Trip: Vienna → Paris Paris → Amsterdam Amsterdam → Bratislava (then go back to Vienna by Car)
Hi, I have an Interrail pass with 4 days. My pass reference is LKS8FY. I am currently in Amsterdam and need to go to London through Brussels. I am now at the train station and I was told there is an issue with the train traffic and will not be able to take a train to Brussels today. Therefore, I am stuck in Amsterdam and have to take the train first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, I had already finalized the ticket. I have a travel day left for the train tomorrow to Brussels and london. From london I need to go back to Munich, and since I had a travel day assigned today, I would be out of travel days. Would there please be a way for me to remove todays travel day and change it for Tuesday the 12th? I am terribly sorry for this inconvenience. Thank you so much in advance for your time!
