Hello! I am looking to purchase a Eurail pass and on the homepage of the website it says there is currently a 10% discount for summer travel. I clicked on the link and selected the pass I wanted, but the prices seems to be the same as before, no discount. Is there a code that I have to put in for the discount or is it automatically added on? I was looking at the pass a month ago and the price is the same today even though there is a 10% discount sale. Any insight or clarifications would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
I have a Interrail Global Pass for myself and partner. It is a mobile pass. Since not all reservations are shown on Interrail website, I’ve tried to book reservations though other sites (e.g. b-europe), but can’t do so without a Pass Cover Number - how do I get this for my mobile passes ?
Hi there — I’ve bought the pass, validated it, set the first day, bought the Eurostar reservation.Don’t think I need a reservation for my Avanti train from Coventry to London (although the Trip Planner in the app says I do). Does anyone know?Do I need to set an itinerary in the app, or is it enough to have specified the day I am travelling? The trains I want (including the Eurostar I’ve booked and paid for) aren’t available, so setting the itinerary seems pointless.The Eurostar reservation (from Interrail) says I have to print the PDF out. That seems strange — is it true? I can print stuff for the beginning of the trip, no problem, but I’m not planning to book the whole trip in advance, and once I’m on the road it’ll be hard to find printers I’d have thought.All responses gratefully received!
Hello, I want to book my trains in advance, the app asks me to activate my pass, if I activate it when the month of the pass begins, from when I take the first train or from the day I activate it.I would take my first train on June 7, if I activate it now I would lose weeks of being able to use it.help
I was trying to add my pass cover number to the app and it says it won’t accept it. It is only showing 7 numbers rather than the 8. Has anyone else had that problem? It seems like it’s happened quite often, but I didn’t see a solution in the comments accept reaching out to customer service.
I have had an awful time using the Eurail App. I bought 4 passes for our family of four. I have used the app to note first day of travel being May 23. The app didn’t show availability for travel from Milan to Florence so we bought the last few seats available online, not using the Eurail passes! Now we have incurred another $300 that could have been saved using the pass.Is there anyway we can convert the tickets (bought online, now printed at home) into tickets using our Eurail passes. We are afraid to cancel the tickets because they may not be available to buy again through the app. Help!
I activated my travel pass but I inserted travel days that I don’t intend to travel on. Is it possible to change the dates? Cause I can’t find an option on the app to change the dates as they are already set. Or am I not able to change the dates once they are selected?
Hi, On 11th of April I bought a Global Pass online. I paid, but I never received a confirmation mail nor a purchase order on my account. I've sent already three messages to the support desk and never received an answer. I can't find a phone number anywhere on the website. Best Regards, Anita
Hi, my family (2 adults and 2 youths) are planning our trip around northern Europe this August. I have bought the 4 passes and will be using the mobile app. Should I put all the passes on my phone or put the passes on the families inidvidual phones. For convenience, I prefer the former option, but what happens if I lose my phone or it dies? It seems that if this happens then your are stuffed! There does not seem anyway to create a backup or mirror the account on another phone. What does happen if your phone breaks/gets stolen whilst on the trip? I am sure this must have happened to someone.
Hi! I added a trip from London to Canterbury, on the way there I had no problem because no inspector came to check my ticket, but on the way back from Canterbury to London, when I showed the inspector the QR code of the e-ticket, he said they don’t take e-tickets so it wasn’t valid. He let me ride anyway, but I was wondering how can I make sure that doesn’t happen again, because maybe other inspectors won’t be so nice. How can I make sure which train takes e-tickets, and what can I do if they don’t? Thank you!
Bonjour, Nous avons pris un pass INTERRAIL ONE COUNTRY PASS 4 jours en un mois pour faire Alonissos et skopelos. Il est indiqué que nous devons réserver des sièges sur les différents site de ferry mais lorsque nous voulons faire une réservation, nous payons le prix plein alors que nous avons un pass et qu’il était mis que cela pouvait se faire gratuitement.Pouvez-vous m’indiquer comment faire une réservation de siège avec un pass ?
