Hello! We have purchased the EuroRail German passes. Our last destination is going from Munich to Prague. We read that we can use this pass on the ALX 357 train but we can’t seem to book it through the EuroRail website. Can we use our German Rail Pass to travel to Prague?
Hi there! I'm currently travelling with a Global Pass and I'm not sure about the inbound/outbound.Of course I know, that there is one day to get out of my country of residence and the second day to come back again. But now my question is: Can I use one of those days just to pass through? Or am I not allowed to cross the border for a second time?I live in Germany and I am in Sweden right now. To go on to Austria, I have to pass through Germany (and no, I don't want to pay an extra ticket for that, because it's cheaper to buy one for my day of return. 🙃). I'm just not sure, if I have to pay an extra ticket to cross the border..? Thanks a lot for your help!
Hello, We are hoping to visit Cinque Terre in June. But do the trains between the 5 towns included in the Interrail card? We have 2week passes, for all day travel frist class. So we can travel every day of the 2 weeks we are gone. Do we need to purchase seperate Cinque terra cards? For 3 days its 47 euros pp. So I dont want to spend it if we dont have to. And I cany find it, and they dont show up in the app. Happy if anyone can help. Thank you.
I need help in cancelling my tickets so I can buy new ones for a shorter amount of time. However, whenever I try to cancel, the system just says “Sorry, something went wrong with your refund. Please try again, or contact customer service if this keeps happening.” I’ve tried multiple the last few hours, with no change. Customer service does not seem to respond in a timely manner either, which is why I’m just cancelling the tickets instead of exchanging them. Please note these are mobile passes, not paper ones. I would really appreciate some help, thanks!
Hi, I have a mobile pass for the upcoming summer. In the mobile app under My Pass I think I have been able to secure two trips so far. One Paris to Marseille and one Genoa to Zurich. Both required seat reservation fee of EUR 10. I have however not paid for this yet. How do I pay for seat reservation and confirm my spot on the train?
Hi Everyone,first time Interrail User here. I’m based in Berlin and my first trip is supposed to go to France. Due to the relatively long distance I was planning to make it a 2-day trip. First Berlin > Frankfurt, stay for a night and then do Frankfurt > Paris the next morning.Now with a global Pass I’ve got one inbound and one outbound ticket included. My question is if the Frankfurt > Paris trip counts as the “outbound” one or if I can use the Berlin > Frankfurt trip for it instead? Thanks in advance! Best, M

We have two mobile passes and want to cancel them. We already added 2 of 4 travel days (in one month) but deleted them again, so the passes are deactivated. How can we cancel them to get the money (or a part of the money back). The first travel day that we added is in the future so we have not started the pass.Thanks
Hi I need to buy paper pass because my family is coning next week to germany and we would likt to travel with eurail pass (for my family) and for me interrail. But the website doesnt offer premium shipping for 10 days in two months travel. It states that it will be delivered on 29. Any Idea how to have premium shipping?

HII have deactivated my mobile pass but cannot update he passport number.Contacted customer support via chatbot 2 days ago.Should I -wait for customer support exchanged for a new pass with correct number travel with both old and current passports.Chris
Hello everyone! I have a flexi pass (10 days in 2 months) and I need to plan the journey, so I wanted to make sure of a few things with some of you that have used the same pass. Firstly, if I connect a trip to my journey I can still change it, but if I activate my pass I cannot change it anymore, correct? So if I activate my pass to do my first trip and later I wanna add or change one of the other trips connected I can't? If i take a train at 11pm , that arrives in the morning of the next day, does it count as one or two travelling days? Thanks a lot!
I had purchased 5 day Eurail global pass for 2 Adults(Order number: EU30516386). However due to change in travel plans I purchased another 7 day Eurail global pass for 2 Adults(Order number: 30523186). So I would like to exchange the the 5 day pass for the 7 day pass and request a refund for the 5 day pass.I submitted the request 1 week ago but haven’t heard back anything from the Eurail team.
