HelloSo on Monday I am starting my trip below. We are stopping in Milano for a few hours before going to Firenze. So i had to enter the trip as 2 journeysWhen I activated my pass, i tapped on the first journey from Mulhouse to milano centrale and that generate one qr code in my passMy question is when I arrive at Milano right before boarding the train frol Firenze, can I tap on the qr button then, and will it then generate another qr code valid for this one travel day, or will it counts for another travel day? If I can generate several qr code for 1 travel days, one for each journey added, is it better to break down a journey proposed by the rail planner into several sub journey in case something happend in between the sub journey and I would need to change the itinerary? Hello everyone,I am starting my interrail journey tomorrow and I noticed my year of birth in my mobile pass is wrong. I texted customer service via form on the web, thru Facebook and email as well. I claimed it is urgent since I leave on 8th of August 2022, but still with no respond. I am kinda panicking tho.What am I supposed to do? Thank you for your advices. Have a lovely day.
Hello!I bought a Eurail Global Mobile pass recently, and the pass will start on 9/6.I am trying to book seat reservations from PARIS NORD (France) to LONDON ST PANCRAS INTL (United Kingdom) in 9/10, but can’t get through the booking as the “Continue to traveler details” button does not work. When I go to add a traveler with the last name and pass number I get this error Those details don't matchYou can find the right last name and Pass number in your confirmation email.I have tried all name variations, last name only, first name only, last name/first name, first name/last name. Nothing works. I booked two passes and only one is accepted.
I have just booked my first journey for 13/8/22 in southern Italy .The reservation email tells me that I must print it and take a paper copy .This is ok when I am still at home but what about the future journeys I will book when I’m en route and then won’t have access to a printer?
Hello i am travelling to Milan from Zagreb and i am worried that i can’t catch the train between stops part of the trip will be by bus to pass the border and check our ids. Does anyone know a way to have reinsured that my trip is not going to be delayed and i will make it on time? It’s my last one to use so i can’t my mistakes
Good day, I am facing an issue at the moment with my interrail pass. I want to schedule my journey back to my home country -which is Belgium- and the app tells me that I wasted both outbound and inbound day travels. When I checked closer, I discovered that the app put me an In/outbound day journey on a Berlin-Prague travel. It has no sense. Furthermore it took me one hour for getting out from Belgium. How can I lose both In/out travel back on on one hour travel. It seems that the app is having some troubles and I am sure that I would have less issues with the paper pass as I used when I was younger. Please enlighten me on this case. Thanks in advance.
Hello, I'm supposed to travel to italy this Monday but I'm still very confused about how the pass works.I don't get the difference between connecting a trip which contains several journeys to your pass and adding directly a journey to your pass. I understand that you don't have to plan all your journey to activate the pass, but then what does it mean to add "my trip" to the pass? Because in the tutorial it says you can only add one trip to your pass ans that once it is added, the trip activates your pass and the trip cannot be modified. As i'm still so confused... I haven't dare yet to add my pass to the mobile app
Hi everyone, I am trying to figure out how to connect the mobile app and the website. I bought my ticket from elsewhere, so I just directly enter my global pass details into the Rail Planner APP, and I can have access to my trip. However, there is no need (and nowhere) for me to write down my email address, so when I need to make reservation to a certain trip, there is no way for me to connect my global pass from Rail Planner APP to Eurail.com website.Any chance anyone encounter the same problem? Also, I am going to add trips and travelers for my wife, and I am afraid that it might be affected. Thank you all for helping!
I will be travelling by train from Schiphol Airport to Ghent in Belgium using a Global Pass. Can I also use this pass to get from the city center of Amsterdam to Schiphol Airport by train?And in Munich, what can the Global Pass be used for, apart from trains? I know that I can't use it for public transportation (buses and the subway) in most cities. But I heart it can be used for the S-Bahn in Germany. Is that true?Thanks
Hello,iget problems with my pass because I was planning better schedule times on the mobile pass and happen that my ticket use the inbound just to another city and I can add to get to my own city, I contact them but I don’t know if I can continue my trip inside of my country, I have 9 day left on my pass so shouldn’t be a problem but i want to make sure because isn’t show me any ticket.
Hi, I didnt recieve an e-mail and confirmation of the purchase of 4 mobile passesi checked my spam box, I checked my e-mail is right and asked for a resend of confirmation in my account. No successes so far. chat with customer support, No succes eigther.iam really stressed right now, the clock is ticking and No answers or solutions so far. need help asap
I have bought a interrail global pass and would like to start travelling in August. However, I would like to already add the first travel day to my trip to connect it to my pass. Am I able to activate the pass before the first travel day without already starting the month (as the pass is only usable for 1 month?thanks in advance!
Cleaning up ''My Trip'' - deleting past journeys will also remove it from the QR ticket. Is that allowed?
We have a 15 days in 2 months pass, and the My Trip section is beginning to fill up. Making it a bit cumbersome to scroll down to the next active travel day. I started deleting the journeys taken in the past, but noticed that they then also disappear from the past tickets. So I ended up adding them back again as I don’t know if they are relevant and must stay in the app. I had assumed that the travel in the past is locked and cannot be removed from the tickets. Therefore my question: can I safely remove them from My Trip, just to make this section less cluttered? Or do I have to keep them all in? The FAQs have nothing on this topic.
I booked a train ticket through eurail, and the printed ticket was supposed to be delivered.However when it's delivered, I wasn't at home so I couldn't receive it and now PostNL is sending the ticket back to the sender.They told me to contact the sender and ask the sender to resend the package, but I cannot find the contact of this company.What should I do?
