Hey guys,I’m planning an Interrail travel next year in summer partly going to Marseille and I would like to go to Genova from there since I have seen a train connection in the Interrail map. I can see that the connection Marseille still exists from the SNCF and Trenitalia sites but the connection doesn’t show up in the App. Is this route not included in the Interrail Ticket? Do you have any idea why it is this way? GreetingsFabian

I’m after advice/information on a SNCF Connect option that I can see on their website.Their website only shows timetables within the next 30 days & I’m being very premature in looking for choices for a planned trip on 23 April 2025!However, one of the options on the Lyon Part-Dieu - Gare Routiere to Annecy is an “AUTOCAR - Car REGIONAURA 33625”.Is this a bus? The timetable makes this a good option for us.Does anyone have any advice/opinion on whether this is a feasible option?I have a 1st class Global 15 day 2 month Eurail pass. Can this Pass be used on this trip?Thanks

HiI have planned a trip from Bologna to Hamburg and need to change 3 trains.For the first two trains it is mandatory to reserve the seat, for the last one it is optional.My question is: for the last train without seat reservation, is the QR code shown in the app enough to board the train? Or do I have to confirm my ticket somehow?Thank you.Marco

Hello! Looking for some advice/help. Me and my partner are planning on traveling from tirano to Milan on Tuesday 7th January. On Google maps and eurorail planner it doesn't seem to show this as an option (in January but it does show for December) and instead routes back over the Alps and via the mainline railway.On the Italian train websites it shows services available. Just wanted to check are these services running in January?  

Hi all, my family and I are planning a two-week trip covering five countries, starting December 16th. However, I am unable to generate tickets through the Eurail app for our saved trips. I have already added my global passes and generated a ticket for the Bernina Express. Since then, the yellow sliding switch is not appearing for any other trains. I have reserved seats, but cannot generate tickets. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hello. My husband and I have 1 pass each. I’ve loaded them both into the app and created 1 trip and a duplicate for him on my device and logged into my account. When I log into the same account on his device I can’t see the same details. Should I, or do I have to load everything (passes, trips etc) seperately on both devices? If yes, if I change a trip on my device will that replicate to the other device?Thanks

Hi, I want to plan a 5-6 days train trip this month. My plan is to visit munich first and start my trip from there. Main destination is switzerland but i just want to spend 1 or 2 days in austria as well. Do you have any recommendations or advice for me?I will be solo travelling and kinda like to scan the cities rather than spend lot of time there 🙂Thanks

I am Eurail global pass holder.May I free use pass for S Bahn in all cities in Swiss and Germany ?

I have seen this question asked in older forums but haven’t seen a good answer regarding a transfer time of 12 minutes at Strasbourg.  We will be arriving on a TER train from Basil into Strasbourg with a 12 min transfer to the TGV INOUI going into Paris CDG.  If we miss the TGV train, the next one is about a 4 hr wait.  Are there dedicated platforms for TER and TGV trains ?  Has anyone traveled this route recently that can give me some tips ?

I find using the web easier to create plans of my coming trip and prefer it to the mobile app. It seems these two ways of creating trips are not linked albeit I guess the stuff is stored against my account. Is there a way to do this - create on one and port to the other preferably web to mobile app. Also I would like to print out my planned trip but it seems that I cannot print out a planned trip in detail from the mobile app. I can send an image to my email address and then print it out but not in detail. Also, whilst not relevant here but a whinge - this community web site registering process has a poor interface  … when something is in error it clears all the fields.    All this is fairly elementary to IT savvy folk. What’s the problem!

Hi,I want to book a train from Brussels (Bruxelles-Midi) to Amsterdam on the 19th of Dec between 7:00 and 9:00 latest, with our Eurail Global pass. However there is a massive charge of €320.00 for the direct 7:53 train, for 2 adults & 2 youths.Kindly assist, how can I reserve our seats without such a charge, do I need to first stop elsewhere?Thank you 

Hi, on the direct train from Amsterdam to Cologne on the Rail Europe site there is no charge, but I can’t add the booking to reserve the seats (I assume it is because there is not a seated reservation fee to be paid). If I then go to the exact same train and journey to the Eurail site, there is a supplement charge they want to charge.Kindly assist, why is there supplement charge on Eurail site, and why can’t I add the booking on the Rail Europe site, which has no charge. With thanks

Hello everyone, I would like to take a two-city trip, starting from Milan I would like to go to Paris, stay there three days, then from Paris go to Vienna, stay there another three days and return to Milan. It would be 3 days of travel but I don't know if I have the possibility to book direct trains or if I have to make overnight changes and then consider more travel days until I see availability. How do I decide how many travel days to put in if I don't know what trains are available?Thank you

I bought a pass yesterday in order to travel from 4th December 2024. In the pass it mentioned Activate this pass 1 Nov 2025. What means that? Can’t I travel before 1. November 2025. This is a discounted pass bought from eurorail official site. Can I exchange this in to a one whic permit me to travel on 4 December 2024?
