Hi I made five seat reservations yesterday for the Paris to Bordeaux Train ( In August ) There is a glitch, which means that when I select the 17.11 train, the 16.11 train is indicated ( screenshot attached ) however when you fo through to review order, the 17.11 is indicated again. My reservations have arrived, but they are for the 16.11, which is too early for our connection. Is there a helpline/ email address I can contact to correct this? Has anybody else experienced the same problem? Thank you Faye
Hi guys, I'm new on this platform. I have a question! Does someone know a different way to get in contact with interrail? The last month I have been trying to get in contact with them, but so far no respons. I tried it with the chat and Facebook messenger, which did not help. I also couldn’t find any phonenumber or email adress At this moment my ID/ Passport number is missing on my mobile Pass, and i’m going to travel within a couple weeks. So I'm kinda stressing. 😅 Thanks in advance!
Hello everybody, My phone got stolen yesterday and I am not able to put my mobile pass on another device because it says that the pass has already been added on another phone. Can somebody help me ? I have to take a train tomorrow from Barcelona and have no idea how to connect with my pass.
Hey :)i am planning my first interrail trip and our route is now trough Denmark to Stockholm, from Stockholm overnight with the Tallink ferry to Turku and from there staight to Helsinki.In Helsinki we want to take the Santa Clause Express Nighttrain to Rovaniemi but i am encountering a few problems while looking for reservations on this train. I have already seen this site which says that the train is included in interrail and lists prices. We want to book a cabin for two people with an own shower which should cost 49€ p.p. according to the interrail site. On the vr website i could’nt find an option to look up the prices with an interrail pass so i went to a train station. Here they said, that they also cant look up the prices for late august, which i assume is due to the fact, that you can only book 60 days in advance. Is that correct or is it possible, that the cabins are already gone?And when the lady looked up an earlier date, to see the possible prices, they were 120€ for that cab
Hi there. I have kept trying to get in touch with Eurail or Interrail over the last couple of weeks but haven’t heard anything back, so am trying here instead. I’m trying to book a Eurostar with an interrail mobile pass but everywhere says I need a Pass Cover Number, which I don’t have as it is a mobile pass. This seems a pretty significant flaw in the system which they should tell you before you choose a mobile pass. It looks like people have been sent private messages with pass cover numbers through this thread so I am just trying to see if I can get some help quicker through here as I am worried about our trains being booked up before I hear anything. Does anyone know how this might happen? Many thanks

I had hoped to book the complete space for a family of 5 to travel in comfort, it is the first time for the girls and travelling overnight with an additioanl stranger is going to be challenging for them. Unforatunaly the very helpful SNCF assistant could not inform me whether we were to be travelling with an additiaonl Male or Female.When I look at the Trainline app ( UK booking site) , their option for booking five people is as shown and doesn’t seem to want to group us together!! I am wondering if this if why there are no empty couchette, as I was informed that there was one person in each carriage??Any advice would be appreciated.
Hello!Me and my friends are travelling in July from Paris to Madrid and seat reservations aren’t available online. That’s why we tried to call Deutsche Bahn since I saw someone recommending it, but nobody answered. Does anyone has any more recommendations how to book this seat reservation, since I would like to have it before we come to Paris?

En exemple :Sur un trajet Oslo - Bergen est-il possible de descendre à Haugastol puis de reprendre le train à un autre horaire depuis Haugastol direction Bergen ? Le tout sans payer de supplément. En soi est-il possible de prendre un train à partir d’un arrêt qui n’est pas une grande ville mais qui fait partie du trajet interrail ? merci a vous 😁

Hi,Just wondering if there are any experienced rail travellers on here who could advise please?We have reserved our eurostar connections, but most of the others we are doing say “You can buy a seat reservation if you like but it's not required”. Are we likely to be able to get on the trains? Do they get really full? Thank you!
I ordered my seat reservations to be delivered to the hostel I am staying in Prague (8 to 11 June) and have received confirmation from Interrail Customer Services that they are on their way with a link to PostNL and a track & trace number. When I check the delivery status it says “the item is being held, addressee being notified” but I haven’t received any messages and the hostel do not have the tickets. I do not know who to contact in Prague to check where the tickets are and if they’ll be redelivered. Please advise.thanks

Hello,We are two students who have the Global Pass and want to go to Norway from 6th to 14th of July. We have seen that we have to book a seat on 3 of the trains that we want to get. They are the followings:REG 80605REG 80065REG 80062The problem is that the web page only gives us the option of delivering the tickets to us by post mail and even doing it more than one month in advance, when we enter our address (in Spain) the web sais that they calculate that the tickets will not arrive on time.What can we do about it?
For Barcelona sants - Portbau trains on the 6th July 2022, there’s trains on the eurail planner website at 8:15, 9:16, and 10:00 that don’t appear on the railplanner app. Also for the trains that are on both the website and railplanner (8:16 and 10:16) the website has the reservation details as “unavailable” but the railplanner app lists them as fine to travel on. I’m just curious what is going on with this line, I’ve heard that RENFE doesn’t share their timetables very well, but taking the 9:16 would be preferable to the 10:16 and it would be good to know if the train even exists.

The Rail Planner App says that I have to switch the train station in Paris by transferring with the public transport.But I don’t know how long it would take to transfer and how many time I have left until the next train is coming.is there a possibility to find that out?Greetings

I booked train reservations for my family’s Frankfurt to Amsterdam leg of our trip. When looking to print the tickets, I realized they said silent compartment. We are traveling with children. Does anyone have any advice on how I can change these tickets? Thank you so much!
My pass has been sitting in my app for months , inactivated without problems. I opened the app today and it is not there and will not let me re add - keeps coming up with error message. I have no new device, and have booked all my reservations successfully using my details. Does anyone know how to solve this issue, have contacted Interrail in as many ways as possible ? Very urgent
