Cycle Travel - need to start and end in the city you started?
A friend of a friend traveled by Eurail and told me that when you leave a destination you cannot pass through it again during the trip. Example, on a Milan/Bologna/Torino trip, leaving Milan and going to Bologna, I could not go back to Milan and then go to Torino. She said it works like a cycle, where you have to start and end in the city you started in without passing through it in the middle of the way. Can you please confirm if this is true?
How to get from Turin to Modane and to Lyon
Hi, I read some news today about how getting from Bardonecchia to Modane on Masdom.There is a bus every hour via the street tunnel. They start right after the arrival of the local train from Turin to Modane. Same for the rides Modane-Bardonecchia, they are connecting to the local trains to Turin.This is a good way to avoid the only train for Interrail/Eurail users on this route the TGV.Cost: 3,40 EUR, pay at the bus driver.Only Monday to Saturday. Does not run on italian holidays. #Modane 🇨🇵/ #Bardonecchia 🇮🇹 is a border very hard to cross for Interrailers. There are no regional trains and Interrail reservations for highspeed services are limited (TGV) or not possible (Freccia). If you weren't successful at getting a reservation/promo ticket, there is a mini-bus shuttling on Mondays to Saturdays between Modane and Bardonecchia through the Fréjus road tunnel. Hi.I have a 5-day pass; because of a 1 hour train delay, I will miss all of my connecting trains amd will arrive the next day, instead of on the same day. In consequence, I would need an extra travel day, which I don’t have. Am I eligible for a refund for the ticket that I have to buy myself?Thanks in advance

I will be travelling with my wife. Is it better for each of us to have his/her pass, travel details, tickets etcetera on his/her own smartphone ? Or is is easier to put all our details on only one smartphone please ?
Difficulty with Booking Seats from Paris to Antibes
I’ve been trying to book a seat from Paris to Antibes for the past couple of days, but every time I try to get to the “review payment” page, this error message keeps popping up for multiple days/times - one of the legs of your journey is not available anymore. Please try searching for another connection. Does this mean that all railpass seats are sold out?
seat reservations from Lake Bled to Split
HiMyself and one other are trying to book a train on 26th June from Lake Bled to Split. The train we were looking at is 7.31 bled to Zagreb, and then 15.19 Zagreb to Split. We are having trouble getting seat reservations and very unclear as to why whether it is sold out or not we are not sure.If a train requires seat reservations can I still board without a seat and sit on ground/stand?Any help would be greatly appreciated
moving a pass
Guidance appreciated… I bought three passes for family, added a trip to each and added (the same) journeys to them all as we expect to travel together. Not yet activated the passes, but I’ve also done the seat reservations where needed. So far I hope so good, but I expect it may be easier for each of us to have our own pass in case any plans change etc. I know I can’t do that once activated, but can it be done now and the journey data moved with the passes, simply by others getting the app and adding the pass code? It seems like I’d have to delete their passes off my phone first. Wondering if it would be easier just to keep it all on mine
Bought TGV tickets before knowing the existance of Eurrail , can I do something about this?
Hi, So last week I booked for my family 4 tickets from Paris-Remiremont one way.This week I discovered there is such a thing as Eurrail! ( I know very stupid).I guess there is no chance I can get refund or transfer those tickets into a Eurrail Pass? I cant find this info anywhere .. Hopefully someone can help me out. App suddenly says “not connected to mobile pass”
Hello there. So, I‘vê been using the app with no big issues for the last weeks and suddenly on My Trip it says “not connected to mobile pass”. I’ve updated the app but nothing changed. Can I just try to “add my pass” again, like the the first time or will this be a problem since I already activated it? Thank you!
How the time bracket works
I was wondering how the month pass works? Is it a certain numbers of days or it is from 1st of the month till the end? So I wanted to get 2 month pass and start traveling on 9th of the first month. My question is, is a pass valid from 9th of the first month untill end of the 2nd month or it is like 62 days total? Couldn’t find the answer in term and condition nor in FAQ.
Ready to buy 7 day pass - departure in 3 days
Hi allI have my itinerary in mind but do I need to specify it when activating the pass (I already checked on the planner and it is feasible)? And if so, do I have the freedom to change itinerary and date of travel date once the global pass has been activated (and trip started) in case I change my mind and provided I will stick to 7 days of travel in the allowed time?Thank you!
Booking not visible
Hey guys i booked an interrail ticket yesterday on the Deutsche Bahn site. i was redirected to the bahn.interrail.eu site. now i changed my mind and want to cancel it (i chose the plus upgrade). Unfortunately, I don't see my booking on either Deutsche Bahn or interrail. Deutsche Bahn can't help me and interrail support is unavailable. (I haven’t activated my pass yet)Can anyone help me here?best wishes Paula
