I would like further training. When booking the Patras-Piraeus section (on the trainOSE website) I do not see in the discount section the one referring to interrail and therefore cannot apply any discount. How is this possible? ((I have 6-trip Greek Islands Pass))
Hello dear community!We want to start our journey with the 2 months continued global pass on july the 20th and are wondering wheter it will be valid until the end of august or until the 20th of September.So to say: does july count as a whole month or not?The interrail website sadly wasn't a big help so we really are looking ahead to get some help here!!Cheers Lutz and Lou
"Prices temporarily unavailable" is shown when trying to make a seat reservation from Paris to Marseille (I already have a eurail global Pass)The website tells me to book it through 'travel.b-europe.com' They require my pass cover number which is not offered on mobile passes. Please help me.I saw many people struggling with the same problem and someone called Nanja is saving them sending private messages. I hope she could contact me also. Thank you.
Hello, unfortunately I cannot access my travel pass on the rail planner app anymore. I had added the pass a few months ago on my phone. When I try to add the pass again, I always get the notice that another device is using this pass. But that’s not possible since I get that notice on both my devices. Does anyone know how to fix this?Thank you in advance for the help.
Hi,I am a resident of Germany, so in order to save my in country travel limit(not use it now) and use my global pass to break my journey such that from munich to border of station of Austria i go on (my expense) then take a train from Austria which goes to Paris (Case 1:via Germany(no change within Germany or Case2: has train change in between cities in Germany) will this trip valid considering the cases mentioned ,on my interracial global pass?
I am trying to book a return trip from London to Paris. Of course, very frustrating because very limited seat reservation availability. It keeps showing that there is availability for this return but then becomes unavailable when it is the order review. Any suggestions?

Hello,we are traveling as a group with both digital passes activated on my phone. However we need to split before our last travel day. Is there a way to print the the pass for the other party? Or any other solution? I read it is not possible to split once the passes are activated on one device. This is really annoying, as my friend does not use smartphones and I mistakenly bought 2 digital passes without knowing the evil consequences ;)Thanks
I am traveling from Amsterdam to Zurich in July. I was able to add the trip to my eurail pass, but when I went to make my seat reservation it says that the seats “may be sold out” and to “purchase a seat reservation at a station in Europe.” Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how I go about purchasing my seat reservation?
Hi, I bought a 2 months pass yesterday, and I entered the pass id in the application to see if everything is fine. BUT the app is showing that the pass has been activated. My question is when does that 2 months start? Has that period already started?! I just added the pass no., and I haven’t completed adding a trip and adding ID number sections.thanks
I am trying to book a train from Paris to Nancy at 25/05 but at the app and website it shows it is available but when I click it is not, as a matter of fact I can't book any trains at this date and at this destination, and no one from support answers me. Anyone with the same problem or that could help me?
Hello fellow travellers. I am interested in going from Denmark (Aarhus) To Spain (Valencia) to visit some friends. On the way I want to stop in Germany and France, before i travel back to Denmark. I can’t get in contact with the support, so I am hoping this community can help answer my questions.If I buy the global pass (10 days within 2 months), will I then be able to travel all the way from Aarhus to Valencia and back to Aarhus with a large backpack and a guitar, on any days I choose within 2 months from my departure? On the interrail map, the only station in Denmark seems to be Copenhagen.Is there any parts of the trip that is not included in the global pass? Or can i travel freely within all countries during my 10 travel days?
