When I continue payment it show “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later or find another connection. This connection will be removed from your cart.” How can I book seat reservation? 

On the photo below, the “2nd Trip” has expired, and “June 25-July 3” should be active and current but it is not. How can I deactivate the expired trip and activate the correct one? 

Hi all!Does anyone have any experience with making a connection between SJ Nord trains? I read you need a minimum of 60 minutes(!) before they guarantee any alternative methods if you miss a connection because of delays. Is it too risky to have an 11 minute connection with their trains?Here’s the journey I have in mind: 

After buying a eurail pass and activating it, I discovered that there were no eurail reservations available on the train I need to take so I would like a refund.  However, I can’t ask for a refund because I have started a trip and can’t delete the trip because the website will not let me delete the traveler (me) from it.  How do I delete the traveler/trip so I can request a refund?

I am traveling tomorrow from Rome to Florence, using an Eurail Global Pass (free) train. As per Rail Planner App, there is a train leaving Roma Termini at 1045 hours, reaching Firenze S.N.M at 1448 (with no train changes).But when I check it on Trenit app, it is showing a train leaving Roma Termini at 1035 hrs, then having a changeover at Roma Tiburtina at 1101????I am getting confused and don't want to miss the train. Need your help:- Is this train changed or still (completely) included in the pass?- Is the Tiburtina station accessible by Metro Line B? In case I directly reach there instead of Termini?- To find a train included in Eurail Pass with departure time bracket of 1000-1100 (preferably direct).- I am not getting a reservation. So I hope that I will find space easily in the train?

Hi all,I have purchased an interrail paper pass (7 travel days over 1 month), and was wondering what would happen if i recorded a train journey, but not actually boarding the trainAs I understand it, I can travel indefinetely within the same travel day. So what would happen if I document a journey, but actually miss the train? Can I just add a new journey for the next train? Or maybe I wish not to board the next train, because it has become too late. Can I simply cross it out and add another journey? Thanks in advance, Best regardsMarcus

Hello, I am looking to purchase an Italo or Trenitalia ticket from Florence to Rome on 14 August. The Italo tickets are showing, but the train times are all over 2 hours. A normal time frame is around 1:30hrs. What is the deal?

I'm currently planning a trip from Scotland to Croatia, and I'll need to go through customs at London. The Eurostar website recommends at least 90 minutes for this, but the only train routes all give me just 51 minutes.Will this be an issue? If so, how can I get a longer transfer?

Some companies offer a certain percentage of the ticket in refunds when the train arrives late at the destination. Can I claim the refund if I used interrail for that trip?

Let’s say that the railway company of the country i am visiting states clearly that all the trolleys that take more than the specified maximum volume must pay an extra fee, Does this apply too when using interrail?

Hi everyone, I am conducting an academic research about the liberalization of passenger high-speed rail and currently I am trying to find which countries in Europe have competition, i.e. more than one rail operator, in high-speed rail.So far what I know:Spain has competition in high-speed rail with three companies (Iryo, Ouigo and Renfe) In Italy, there is competition in high-speed rail with TrenItalia and Italo Within France, the only competition is found in international routes: Barcelona - Lyon (Renfe) and Paris - Lyon - Milano (TrenItalia and SNCF). But for all the other routes, only SNCF.I wanted to ask if you know which other countries have more than one operator in their high-speed rail network.Any help will be highly appreciated!🤗

My train was canceled on May 19, I made a claim on the snfc website but they did not answer. Where should I request the refund of the ticket and the extra expenses for having canceled that trip.

If I need to do personal stuff abroad other than tourism, is it ok to use interrail for that? Is it permited to repeatedly do the same journey?

hi, we booked from geneva to milan on trentitalia. after purchasing the tickets, it said we have to print them at self service kiosks from ITALY ONLY? but if we are leaving from geneva, we cannot do this? is it possible to just use the email with the PNR code to board the train in geneva? if we truly have to print from italy, we will need to cancel

Hi, all:We are 4 people likely to be taking day trips from Oslo to Hamar and Oslo to Larvik/Skien.  We know we need to make reservations for the famous Oslo-Myrdal (Flam) trip, but what about these “less popular” and shorter trips?  Do we need reservations?  Note:  We will be there in September and have global Eurail passes.Thank you.

So we are all getting excited to head to Europe on the 10th, but our attempts to share the trip from one Rail Planner app to another results in the link just opening the browser. When we click the button to add it to the app, it just refreshes the browser window with the same options.When my daughter does exactly the same with a trip she creates, my phone immediately offers the option to import to my Rail Planner app - no browser window. It then successfully adds the trip to my list.Both are iPhones running the same iOS and RailPlanner app version.Any help would be appreciated!

l am allowed one outward and return journey  in my home country. l want to to use eurostar from st pancras. but l am travelling from shrewsbury. Can that be included as part of one journey  ie shrewsbury to Paris  for example ?

Il y a quand même un très gros problème sur Railplanner. J ai besoin de 3 réservations Paris Karlsruhe sur début octobre, ce n est pas ouvert alors qu à la même date l année dernière ça l était.. D autre part, sur le site Sncf connect, il ne reste que 5 places de dispo pour notre heure, mais bien sûr on ne peut pas réserver avec un pass Interrail, et pas par téléphone non plus.. C est un peu archaïque... 

I know the train only started running a few days ago but need help from anyone who has done the train from Gällivare to Östersund this year (2023)Three of us a booked to travel on 20 July Gällivare to Östersund. I see this year the southbound train stops at Arvidsjaur for 25 minutes. For 2022, the menu I downloaded off their website had a menu for Hotell Laponia but that is a 15 minutes walk from the station so won't be possible to walk from the station to buy / collect. The late afternoon stop this year I see is 45 minutes at a Vilhelmina Norra (17:01-17:46) yet the only place I can see there is Bergmans Fisk & Vilt which closes at 17:00! In 2022 the southbound train stopped at Vilhelmina in the town which is 8 minutes walk from the Hotell Wilhelmina. But no chance to make use of this year?Do the places Inlandsbanan advertise take food orders and deliver to the train?It's a long 14 hour journey and I'm not sure the offer on the train will be enough for everyone. We have ‘15Days in 2 months 2nd Class’ Eurail Global Pas. We will be travelling from Prague HBF (Prague Hlavni Nadrazi) → Budapest-Keleti Budapest-Keleti → Vienna Hbf (Wien Hauptbahnhof Vienna)Seat reservation are optional for both. No reservation allows for change of plan. Reservation ensures seating especially long journey from Prague to Budapest.Should we reserve seats or not?
