Hi, I’m trying to book a seat reservation from Hamburg Hbf to Copenhagen on the 7th of August but it is not letting me as the message, ‘Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later or find another connection. This connection will be removed from your cart.’ keeps showing up for all the train times. I have tried all the possible times for this date and they all end up on this page when I try to pay. Any solutions? 

Hello, i have a reservation in the ICE from Frankfurt to Paris Est. Nevertheless I cannot enter that train in Frankfurt since my commuting train changed its plan and doesn’t stop in Frankfurt anymore. Next option is for me to enter the same train in Mannheim. Now I have the question how my seat reservation will be controlled and whether it’s still valid then? I am a bit unsure since it’s a mandatory thing to go to France and all other seat reservations are booked out

I have the 10 days within 2 months pass I don't understand why I can't activate all journeys (Budapest ➡️ Prague) 

Hi all, I want to go from France to Germany later in August, I tried making the reservation through https://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv#TravelWish, unfortunately, it says that no sits are available with an Interrail pass. What I’m struggling to understand is that it works for Eurail pass. I’m struggling to understand why, any idea ? I guess I cannot book an Eurail sit with an Interrail pass ? Many thanks :) 

I’ve already booked an Innsbruck to Amsterdam night train, but have since decided I’d like to get off at Cologne ( one of the stations it stops at) to explore there , instead of continuing the journey to Amsterdam.Can I just do this, or do I need to change ticket / inform someone?Thanks ( it’s with a global pass if that makes a difference, and I know I’ll use up another day when a do continue to Amsterdam, but that’s fine)

We came back to the UK on Saturday on Eurostar and couldn’t get a train home because of the strikes. We had to get a coach instead.I want to recoup the extra money we spent on the coach fare but my question is- who do I claim against? Interrail or the train company? We had a 22 day continuous pass. Thank you

Hi! So I am backpacking the UK + Ireland and France from Aug to Sept, alone. Lots of people mentioned the EURail but I was wondering if the pass also allows for use of transit (train, bus, etc) between smaller places such as London and Bath, or Glenfinnan and Glasgow, or Nice and Monaco.I am quite literally in a different place every 1-2 days (except for London, Nice, Paris where I’ll be staying for about a week each). So I want a transit pass that works well to get around each place as I know public transport can be costly or weird.I am super confused, so any help would be appreciated!

Hi all, Kiwi here attempting to book train seats from Paris to Cassis on the 10th August for myself and my travel mate. We both have the EUrail 2nd class pass, however, when going to reserve our seats through the EUrail seat reservation we get the infamous ‘no longer available’ message.I have checked the b-europe.com availablity and there doesn’t appear to be any trains available to reserve seats on this day.Is there any other sites to check for seat reservations or is it just EUrail.com and b-europe.com?Have we simply left it too late and there are not seats available to reserve? or am I missing something?Any alternatives for trains/booking methods is greatly appreciated. Cheers.

I wanted to exchange this 7-day passe for a 5-day pass, so, as said on the site (https://www.interrail.eu/en/ interrail-passes/ordering-info/refund-exchange-policy)I bought the 5-day one that I actually needed and I asked the refund of the one that I have bought by mistake (the 7-day one), however I haven't received any confirmation email about the refund and I have not received the money(264-15=249€). Please could you please help me, I don't know if I'm making something wrong or if this just takes a lot of time. 

Our departure is coming up. Friday is the day and we are very excited. I have initiated our ÖBB train tickets and my global passes say they are ready to travel, so I am assuming there is nothing more to do with that. I don’t see a spot where it says to do anything with SNCB. Does anyone know if I have to activate them?

Hi,i want to take the train on 11 August 12:06 from Frankfurt to Zürich (and back on sunday at 13:59), but without using my homecountry,so i have a ticket for the german part. But how can i add the austrian part to the ticket? manually it does not shows a train ticket and i do not know which railway station to chose in austria.Can someone give me an advice. Thanks

I'm currently traveling to Portugal from Spain. There's a direct train from Madrid-Chamartin to Vigo Urzáiz (ALV 4115).To get to Porto in Portugal, you can take a direct from Vigo Guixar (IC 422).Can you walk from Vigo Urzáiz to Vigo Guixar? Is it the same station?  

How can I take this train? It hasn't seats on the öbb website. Should I just ask at the counter in Bucuresti?

We would like to book a night train.We have tried it on Interrail.com, Treinitalia and OBB's website, and we haven't been able to book them.We would really appreciate some help and a solution.Thank you :)

Hi, meine Reise beginnt in Kamenz umstiege in Dresden, Graz und Steinach-irdning.Leider findet Rail Planner nicht diese Verbindung.Meine Frage: Muss ich meine Reise alle einzelnen Bahnhöfe und Zugverbindungen eingeben manuell, und für jede Zugverbindung einen Reisetag aufbrauchen? oder reicht einfach start Uhrzeit und Ankunftzeit?Bzw, wenn ich ja umsteigen muss, gildet meine Fahrkarte für alle drei  Züge obwohl ich nur eine Zugnummer angegeben habe. Hi! I would like to know how I can to arrive from Warszawa to Cologne.We arrive to Warszawa on 11 August at 12:00 am and we have to take a plane in Cologne 13 August at 6:10 am. We don't know how to do this route because the trains I find require a reservation but they are full and they don't allow reservations. Do you know where I can book separately? Do you know of any alternative routes through other countries that give us time to arrive?Thank you!Pilar

We are currently traveling with an Interrail pass. We’d like to travel on Aug 3rd, 16:42 from Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbf to Utrecht Centraal (arrival 19:59). I booked seat reservations through the OBB-website (€12 for 2 adults + 2 kids for free).Now, I wanted to add this journey in the Railplanner app (to create a QR-code ticket) but can’t find it there.When I go to the Interrail website, I do see the journey. I thought I could probably add this journey (and create a ticket because I’m logged in). Is that even possible through the website?Furthermore, it says on the website that I need to make seat reservations for €32 euro (€6pp + €8 booking fee). But we don’t need that because we already have seat reservations…. Underneath, there’s also another notification saying ‘Additional supplement required’ (boarding or in the train, but it doesn’t say how much?).What should I do?

Hello, I'm using interrail pass to reach Norway from Italy (Milan)During the departure I have 2 short train change (17 mins and 12)When I arrive in Basel SBB I have only 17 minutes to hop up to the train to Karlsruhe HBF. And when I arrive to Karlsruhe HBF I have only 12 minutes to reach Hamburg HBF and then 27 minutes to hop up to the night train tha I have reserved that will take me to Copenhagen.  Do you think it is usually possible to change trains in such short time? What are you experiences about it? 

1. I saved the train from Amsterdam Central to Bruxelles-Midi on Aug 6, but it doesn't show up now when I try to reserve a seat. The train is IC 92322, is this train canceled by any chance? Or is it scheduled to run as it is?2. Does the above-mentioned train description show "Supplement required" and there is an additional charge? How much happens if it happens?
