Hello,I made some seat reservations and I would like to know if it's possible to reschedule them if needed. Specifically, I would like to inquire about the Eurostar from Amsterdam to London.I'm not sure about the date of my return flight, but I need to go to London and I will be in Amsterdam, so I need to return.

Hi. I have a 4 day in a month pass activated this morning but bought via “My Interrail” rather than the eurail site (there was a cash back offer before Christmas).  I’m trying to book a Strasbourg to Paris ticket for Thursday via the only website that I can do it on I think, correct me if I’m wrong,  this being www.interrail.eu. However it returns the message, “Your Pass isn't valid on this date” when searching. I’ve deleted old passes on the site and the only one pass in the “My Trips & Travellers” section is the one activated today. Any thoughts please? 

Hi, my app working so far OK - but since this day when I go for My Trip > in “View as list” section where have my connections added, if I click on any connection for detailed info for each train (past or upcomming), the app show for me only starting and ending station. But will not unroll/list all the stations on the way. Thus can’t see where actually I’m at the time, calculate delay agains maps/GPS position when arriving at some station. So far phone restarted, restarted application - several times. I’m not on VPN, do have internet, at full speed now, no throttling applied, all other applications working well. App is with full acces within Android for all what is needed. I see only this: When tapping in the area roughly defined by the height of yellow line - usually it shows me all the stops on the way. But not this time. It won’t react anymore. Before this issue such action resolved in this result (pic added is a cropped out prtscn):  I noticed “last timetable updated:” info - but

I booked and paid for seat reservations for Firenze SM Novella- Milano Porta Garibaldi and Milano Centrale-Spiez at the Eurail website against my account. Times on these paid-up seat reservations are 12.10pm depart Firenze 10/7/23 and 15.20 depart Milano same day.HOWEVER, neither the Eurail website nor the Trenitalia now show any train departing Firenze SMN at 12.10pm 10/7/23 even though I have paid for this reservation. (The Milano Centrale-Spiez train 15.20pm 10/7/23 seems to exist).Is my Eurail pass and/or seat reservation of any use?I contacted Eurail support but they simply said wait several weeks for the train schedules to be repopulated online. I have double checked 2 weeks later and the 12.10 Firenze train still does not exist 10/7.Is my paid up seat reservation with Eurail valid or of any use? I have no confidence in the situation. Hello everyone! Me and my family (6 adults and a 2 year old baby) are planning our trip around europe (1 month) and we have the eurail global pass and each of us have a 23 kg suitcase and a small bag. Are we allow to carry that luggage with us on those specific routes I’ve pointed in the tittle of this conversation? Please help me as we need to travel with our luggage because we will be going from country to country and can’t leave our clothes behind specially with a baby. I was looking on eurail website and couldn’t find specific information. I’m asking about these trains because we won’t be carrying our luggage on buses or metro trains during the day . Hello, I booked Eurostar through Eurail, but I booked the seat on the SNCB website. I just realized I picked the wrong time. I originally wanted to book for July 6th, but I chose July 13th, can you change the time for me? I have already tried to ask SNCB and eroustar to change the ticket, but their official website information said that if I want to change the price of the entire train trip, not just the seat price, but I have already ordered the train ticket through the eurail official website. Why do I change the ticket? Still need to pay the full amount?

Hi everyone! I will travel in August:Barcelona to Toulouse: I wanted to do Barcelona - La Tour de Carol with line R3 of Rodalies de Catalunya (Renfe) and then La tour de Carol - Toulouse with TER (SNCF). On another date I want to take a TER Lyon - Annecy. For the Rodalies de Catalunya R3 train, do I just walk in the train and show my pass to the ticket inspector? Is there anything I should be aware of? I know how Spanish stations work (I am from Barcelona) but I don’t know what I’ll need inside of the train. For the TER, same question: do I just get in and show the pass? I read somewhere that last year TER trains in south-east were taken out of interrail but shortly after the pass was accepted again so I guess it should be okay. All the information you can provide will be highly appreciated! Strasbourg to Paris in August reservation booking portal entry spinning out different booking prices or will display as not available for booking. Eventually paid £38.28 for 2 second class reservations is this the correct price.

I bought 3 eurail passes for my family; 1 youth pass and two adult pass, this is the first time i am travelling using it and i am extremely confused on how to use it. i was under the impression that all my train travels/tickets/reservations are included in the pass but it says on the website that i have to pay an additional amount to reserve my seats. could you please help and explain what do i do ahead ?

I have eurail pass and want to go from Roma Termini to Sorrento. On google maps the route is7am Roma Termini to Napoli Centrale 8:12am, then 8:21am Piazza Garibaldi to Sorrento 9:34am.  I can only find 7am train on italiarail.com but no connecting trains on oebb app from Napoli Centrale/Piazza Garibaldi until 11:35am although google maps show differently (but that also no bus tickets for LK029 change from Napoli Afragola to Sorrento).  Is the entire route covered by eurail?how to buy tickets for the 2nd leg after arriving at Napoli Centrale?What’re my best options without boat pls?

Hello, it’s the first time I would use interrail to travel and I have few quesiton to know how it works better: part of my travel would need to go from Porto to Geneva, than back to Porto again, to leave for slovenia after few weeks. is it possible to do back and forth in the same cities ? or you are allowed to stop only once in one city? 

I am coming (first time) to Italy with a Family of 4 (including 2 kids of 6 & 9) this June. I have a Eurail Global Pass & my travel plan is as follows:June 23rd - Geneva to Rome June 25th - Rome to Florence June 27th - Florence to Munich July 7th - Munich to MilanI would prefer Free or Low-cost travel on all the above routes. I have two options for this route:Option 1 (my preferred option if it can be executed, as with it I can also experience Bernina). Getting on Bernina Express from somewhere and reaching Tirano. Then take the regional Bus to Milan. Lastly, Travel from Milan to Rome on a regional train. Option 2. Hi. I would like to book an overnight train from Mannheim to Prague, at 23:42 on 20 August. The Deutsche Bahn website has two train references for the same time: EN40459 and EC459 (see screenshot below). The EN train has couchettes and the EC train has seats only. The times are the same and, I guess, are actually the same train but with different sections for couchettes/seats. The Eurail booking/reservation system shows only the EN train, and requires reservations, but there are no spaces available for that either through the Eurail website or through the Deutsche Bahn website. Spaces on the EC train are available, and I would like to reserve that, but that train does not appear in the Eurail booking system so I cannot add it to my pass. I would be grateful if anyone has any ideas how I can add the EC459 train to my Eurail pass, or otherwise how I might make this work? Thanks,BK   

I have a Eurail Global Pass and have to travel from Antwerp to Copenhagen on 30th June and from Copenhagen to Munich on 5th July. We are a family of 4 including two kids (6 & 9).While trying to book a seat (departure 0905 hrs) from Copenhagen to Munich, Bahn.com always gives me an error after I try to make payment (tried multiple times):The Current Transaction has been aborted due to an errorI have changed the payment methods as well as changed the computer, but the same error always comes. How to resolve it, as the seats might get finished soon.Secondly, can you guide me on how to reserve my seat from Antwerp to Copenhagen on 30th June? I mean which website and how to enter my Global Rail Pass?

Hallo zusammen, Ich bin am 20.05.2023 in Barcelona mit einem Kumpel gewesen. Wir wollten mit dem Zug um 10.33 Uhr über Paris nach Barcelona fahren.  Leider ist der Zug ausgefallen und es gab keine Alternative als den Flixbus. Interrail kam mit den Erstattungen der Reservierungen sehr entgegen. Wir bleiben aber aktuell über die Zusatzkosten des alternativen Verkehrsmittels sitzen und kamen außerdem 12 Stunden zu spät an. Ist hier Interrail oder SNCF zuständig?  Interrail verweist auf SNCF bezüglich der Zusatzkosten durch den Flixbus. SNCF weist darauf hin, dass nicht über die SNCF gebucht wurde. Bleibt man als Interrail-Kunde auf den Zusatzkosten sitzen oder gibt es einen Link wohin man sich wenden kann?  Ich danke für die Hilfe im Voraus.

I have a Interrail pass, but can’t find available seats to reserve:-((( I have checked it also at train station in Bourges (France) but it indicates “train fully booked”. Hi,Hope you can help me out: I want to know if this railpass works between european countries and how easy is to book them.Context:I will be there with my girlfriend mid July to mid August visiting on holidays We will visit France, England, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Italy in that order I already bought outside the pass the trains between France-England and England-Belgium because is the start of our journey (maybe i wasted money, but sometimes you lose) We want to travel between cities in the afternoon because we want to avoid getting at night to our destination.My questions are:It’s really granted that i will have my train tickets (2) or this seat quota is difficult to get (the flight in is in 5 weeks) in a specific day? We are two so it’s possible to reserve the two seats at the same time?
