Hi everyone,I'm trying to book a journey of Paris to Venice via Milan.Me and my family have 6 x 2nd class Global Passes. When I come to reserve the seats on the first connection (TGV from Paris to Milan) it says only 1st class option is available. Is there an option to pay extra and upgrade on this journey?This is the only direct train for this journey that is valid on euro rail. There are others available, with 4 connections but as we have two seniors in the group, one with limited mobility, I do not want to have ro do that. any help and advice or a direct number to speak to someone would be highly appreciated.thank you

We would like to travel next spring (2024) to Prague, Krakow, Vienna, Budapest, Belgrade, Sofia and Istanbul. Can we reach all of these on a Eurail pass?

I purchased my DB Bahn seat reservations from the Interrail website. I received a PDF with a blurred QR-code. I wonder is there a way to transfer these tickets to the DB Bahn app instead of having various PDF-documents?The app asks for a 9-figure order number, but that can’t be found on the PDF. It just says Eurail.

I have 27 years old right now but when I start travelling I have already 28. Can I use a "young pass" or is compulsory for me to use the "adult pass" ?

Hello. Does anyone know how to book a seat reservation? I bought a global pass but haven’t been able to reserve.

I would be visiting Switzerland in 2 weeks (first time) for a total of 4 full days (& 5 nights). We are a family of 4 (2 Adults & 2 kids of 6 & 9).I have a Eurail Global Pass, which I want to utilize to the fullest during my stay. While Switzerland is so beautiful, with so many places to visit, I have become very confused as to how to plan my literary there.I want to use Glacier, Bernina & Glacier Expresses as well as utilize other regional trains & ‘included boats’ to visit as many places as possible.Now as already stated, I am so confused that I am not able to make a plan as what to do each day. With a blank slate & no plan, I would really appreciate if you can give your suggestions from experience as to how to plan my 4 days, wrt above mentioned aspects.I am more interested in utilizing the 100% included transport means, while I will make plans for the paid stuff (like cable cars etc) separately/afterward.My place of Residence is in Geneva. Hello, I had bought 7 days global pass and I had made eurostar reservations with that pass but now I’m exchanging the pass to 5 days global pass and would like keep the eurostar reservations made with the old pass. Can I use my old eurostar seat reservations with the newly exchanged pass?

I have bought pass last year, and it still not activated. I have one month to activate my 2 month pass, but now I work full time and cannot travel. Is that possible to transfer this pass to another person? Or may I refund that?

bonjour, sur l'application il est marqué qu'une réservation d'un train est obligatoire puis quand je vais sur le site pour réserver une place, le site me dit que la réservation pour ce train n'est pas obligatoire, que cela est pris en charge par le pass. L'appli et le site se contredisent, comment savoir si cela est obligatoire ou non au final ?

I'm going to Greece and I want to buy the Greek Islands Pass.  One day I will take the ferry at 11:50 p.m. and it will arrives to Piraeus at 8 in the morning… will I spend two days of my pass with this ferry? Do I have to book both days? Thank you very much for your answers :)

I have used up in/outbound and have 6 more travel days left. Booked Rotterdam to Paris but cannot activate the pass because no more travel in NL.I already have the seat reservation. How can I solve this. Its a direct train.Anyone with good advice. Thanks so much

I’m wondering that, if I buy a first class pass rather than a second. Is the reservation fee for the first class gonna be lower or not.Also I’m going to take the night train as well, is the price going to be different between them? Thx a lot

Hi am travelling from Zagreb to Budapest in July on the IC201 1635  arriving 2216 and the app says I need reservations but I just don't seem to be able to do it. Should I just wing it and turn up (and risk not getting to my accommodation in Budapest)? Any advice welcomed. Thanks Martin

I would like to know how can I chose the days of my trip after or before the payment. I know theres a trip planner but it doesn't let me add it to the cart.

 I have purchased a Eurail Global pass for 5 days in 1 month. I plan on taking EC-47 train from Geneva to Milan on June 18th, departure at 7:39am.I am trying to reserve seats on EC-47 but this train does not show up on Eurail seat reservation. Can someone please let me know if EC-47 is not covered by Eurail Global pass? or am I doing something wrong? Will very much appreciate your response.

Bonjour,  Je souhaite prendre un pass global 7 jours dans le mois. J’ai vu que l’on a le droit qu’à 2 jours de trajet dans les pays de résidence.J’aimerais savoir s’il est possible de prendre un train de nuit le vendredi soir (Toulouse-Paris) puis un train le samedi pour sortir de la France (Paris-Stuttgart). De même pour le retour, est-il possible de prendre un train le dimanche pour rentrer en France (Munich-Paris) puis enchaîner avec un train de nuit le dimanche soir jusqu’au lundi matin (Paris-Toulouse).Merci d’avance pour votre aide
