Hello,I have a new phone and would like to transfer the pass. My trip starts on Saturday. Unfortunatly I have not jet received a reply  from the service. What can I do?

Hi,I tried booking my seat reservation for my train to Brussels from London on Saturday, After booking it I received an email from eurail with subject ‘Something went wrong with your reservation’. My payment has gone through in which they described in this email saying they will rebook for me or offer a refund. I replied asking eurail to rebook for me but haven’t heard anything back. I tried to book it again myself via eurail website but it says that the prices are currently unavailable. Through eurostar I also tried to book a reservation for the same train but was unsuccessful also as I don’t have a paper pass and they won’t accept digital. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I don’t know what to do as my train is this weekend. Thank you! :)

Hey everybodyI have some problems booking a seat reservation on the TGV from Cannes to Toulon and then from Nimes to Barcelona, on Aug 2nd.In the first one, I tried via https://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv#TravelWish, but I do not have a pass cover number, so I cannot make the booking.in the second case, I cannot book in the interrail App. Is there another way?Thanks so much!

Me and my girlfriend were planning to travel today 22june so we activated our interrail pass yesterday on our mobile devices. Just to make sure it works before we would get on the train today. But now we have both gotten sick so we are wondering if its possible to deactivate the pass or to change the dates. We havent used the pass to board any train and we only have 4 days in total on the pass. If we cant deactivate or change the date we have to buy a new pass if we want to travel in the next couple of days because we need the other 2 days for our return trip. I have asked this question to interrail customer service but they have not responded and I couldnt find a telephone number to call. Any help is appreciated! Thank you 

Hi,I have been in the process of planning a trip that starts in Athens, Greece and ends in Vienna, Austria.Originally, the plan was to go:Athens, Greece Thessaloniki, Greece Sofia, Bulgaria Belgrade, Serbia Zagreb, Croatia Rijeka, Croatia Vienna, AustriaHowever, I am not sure if there are any trains that go between the countries (Greece - Bulgaria, Bulgaria - Serbia and Serbia - Croatia). First let me say that I have read through this entire and very useful thread:My husband and I are foolish enough to be planning a round-trip train trip from Bucuresti to Istanbul’s Halkali train station.  We have a Eurail pass because we’re doing extensive train travel in Austria, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Romania.  So while I know I could just pay for the Bucuresti-Istanbul tickets out of pocket since they’re not that expensive, I’d prefer to use the Eurail pass to subsidize the cost as much as possible since we’ve already got the pass. (We are getting our money’s worth out of all the rest of the travel we’re doing, but since we’ve got the pass and the travel days, why not use it for this part of the trip as well?)The Eurail site shows the Bosphorus Express is running between Bucuresti and Istanbul. I have a Global Interrail pass that I bought from Interrail.se (the Swedish version of the site). On their page, it says that seat reservations can be made from Trainplanet.com. However, there are trains that aren’t available there, but are available on Interrail.eu (for example the Eurostar from Brussels to London). Can I make the seat reservation from Interrail.eu and combine it with my Interrail pass bought on Interrail.se?Thanks in advance,Herman

I have had an email saying that my Eurostar from St Pancras to Brussels on train 9132 has been cancelled. This was a reservation for 7 people so it has cost us a lot. Eurostar tells me to seek a refund through where I booked it yet the Interrail site is having none of it and says it is non-refundable. Their support are yet to get back to me after contacting them a week ago and apologising that they’re busy.It would be great if they could clear up what is happening with cancelled Eurostar trains. I also don’t want the reservation using up a travel day as it will limit us the rest of the trip.Will Interrail refund me?

Hello! Me and my friend are Interrailing and are currently in Paris. On Thursday we're continuing our trip to Annecy and have been trying to book this since a seat reservation is required. However we cannot seem to do it and I've seen a lot of other people with the same problem. Does anyone know of an alternative way to book?  Thanks in advance,Felicia 

HiI wanna make a refund on two MobilePass.Before I bought the MobilePass I searched in the Train Planner App to make sure the trip I wanted to go, to a specific location and at a specific time actually existed, and it did.So, after this was confirmed I went to Train Planets webb and bought two MobilePass, one for me and one for my daughter.I then connected my MobilePass to Train Planner and with the trip I had saved in My Trips.A start date was created the 12/6, the same day as my first trip, and 2/4 days was showen as registered as used in my MobilePass, in the Train Planner App.When I was going to do the same in my daughters app the trip did no longer exist. No, it was not fully book, the trip did not exist. This was confirmd by the support at DSB in Copenhangen trainstation who searched for the specific trip without finding it.I have a DSB signed/stamped paper that confirms that this is what happend.Here we are with two MobilePass with start date 12/6, in one pass 2/4 trips are regi

Unfortunately I’m still waiting for my refund (Order ID IN30343174). Sadly I get no response from the customer service. Not the best experience. If I have to wait until august I have to take legal steps.best wishes

Hello, my name is Candela Martínez. Today I bought my global pass for 7 days in one month but now the web page won´t let me buy the reservation for the trip I want. It is super important I book the train I want because I have a flight after that train that I can't miss.  The problem is that I was about to buy the reservation for the train from London St Pancrass 5:30am to Paris 9:20 and then the page said there was an error and now it says that prices are unavailable and that I have to try later. Please I need help with this. This pass is the only reason I took a 7 day pass and also, my plane ticket depends on it. Thank you

Desde mexico hicimos una reserva en la aplicación de eurorail y fuimos planeando el viaje y reservando . Nos decían que ya en el primer destino que era Madrid debíamos de sacar el boleto y ahí nos asignarían el número de asientos y pagaríamos el extra !! cual fue nuestra sorpresa que al llegar a la ventanilla de renfe en Madrid nos dijero que no había salidas a paris y que nuestras reservan no sirven para nada 👀 entoncess que se hace en esos casos !!!! Así es siempre tienes que llegar al sitio y ver qué tren coger?? O como puedes planear un viaje así ?????? Estoy enojada por la cantidad que pague !! Y por lo que tuve que pagar por irme a paris porque ya tenía la reserva del hotel!!!!alguien sabe que hacer 

Hi I have seat reservations on Paris nord- Amsterdam centraal  at 1 June 8:25-11:44 the train number on my seat reservation (train no: 9315) doesn't match the train number in the railplanner app though (train no.  9415) the exact same departure time. Can I still add this journey to my pass and the ticket will be valid?

Hello, I’m trying to order the Interrail 4-Day Greek Islands pass, but it says it will take 2 months to deliver. I’m not sure if this is a bug or what, but I’m leaving in 3 weeks. What can I do? Is there a way to get the mobile pass and enter details digitally? I’m also not that excited that I need to pay for this delivery, plus some kind of a protection. I end up paying 30% more. If there’s a way to get the mobile pass without this paper, please let me know.  

Hey! I’m just playing around a bit with my mobile pass to see if I figured everything out. So I activated my pass (deactivated right after) to see if it would creat a ticket.  And it did.Do I see it correctly that I only get one ticket per travel day, even though I’m using 3 different trains in 2 different countries?Is it also normal that it shows immediatly ¾ travel days as soon as I add a journey to the the pass, even though that first travel day is still in the future?Thanks!

Hiif there is no one to sign for a posted paper ticket and it goes back to the sender (EUrail) eventually, do you automatically get the money refunded because the ticket was not used?

Hello!I want to make a seat reservation for train from Barcelona to Valence. I tried it through interrail website and it says that is has to be delivered to me by post and also that it would´t arrive on time (but my travel is in august and now is june, so i don´t get why it would take so long to deliver it). I know it has to be on paper and not online, but i don´t know what to do as long as i don´t want to buy it that day at the station because i´m scared it would be sold out. Isn´t there any way shipping could be faster? I also tried making the reservation on SNCF website, but there is no way how to do that there if i understant it correctly. Thank you for any help!

I bought Eurail passes for me and my daughter, but the trains require seat reservations which I am not able to book! (I tried all the hacks suggested on this forum.)The train TGV 6031 I am hoping for, leaves Gare de Lyon on July XX at 8:43 am and arrives Montpellier St Roch at 12:14.The human phone agent said that the 8:43 train was totally booked. So, he proposed other trains that did have seats available 7:12pm arrive 10:42 pmor 5:12 pm arrive 8:41 pm.But I was unable to book those online either.So I could theoretically book those over the phone - but they accept only an AMEX card from Americans- -which I don't have! I could buy in-person at the Gare - but, well, there's this problem of the Atlantic Ocean.Anyway - if you know any way to buy a seat reservation, please let me know.Un peu ridicule.

Kan ik eerst een deel van mijn reis (route b.v. Brussel midi-London st Pancras) boeken en reserveren om daarna het begin van mijn reis en het slot (geen reservering nodig) te boeken? Komt dit dan vanzelf op volgorde op mijn reis van die dag te staan?
