Can I use all 10 days of the ''10 days in 2 months Pass'' in the first month? Or is it required to spread it?

This may be a silly question, but here goes:  if one purchases a “10 days in 2 months” pass, can you use all 10 days in the first month?  Or are you required to spread them out?  Thanks!

Broken screen, unable to add pass to new device

Hi, I have a mobile global pass (10 days in 2 months). Unfortunately, my phone broke in the middle of my trip and I am unable to add my pass to my new device. I tried to reach our to the customer support through email and social media but I'm yet to receive a response. I'm very worried as with each passing day, I stand a chance of losing more and more money as I have already made accomodation reservations in multiple clities. I feel helpless about it and it is too expensive for me to buy tickets for traveling while they work on my case. Is there by any chance s physical office of Interrail that I could visit in Germany or the Netherlands to fix this issue? My phone got formatted- unable to add the pass again

Hello! My current phone got formatted last night due to software updates. In it the pass was valid. And now I when I try to add my pass again on the same device but since it's formatted, I'm unable to add because the app shows me an error that it is already valid on another device. Could you please deactivate the pass on that device so I can again validate on it again?I have already raised a request using the form but it seems that would take a couple of days.So it would be great if you could do it quickly because I am travelling tomorrow and I would need to show that pass.Thank you for your help in advance. Best Regards,Shubham Kapoor

Seat reservation for six people

I'm writing to you with specific question about seat reservation. I would like to book reservation for six people for connection between Nice-Ville and Paris. Specifically 11.06.2022 7:16 PM. I have option to reserve couchette for only five people. Is this an error on website?For six people there is no option for reservation.

Bonjour, nous sommes un groupe de scouts de 39 personnes et nous aimerions prendre un interrail de 4 jours sur le mois de juillet. Nous partons de Belgique (Liége Guillemin ou Bruxelles) et nous allons a Pula en Croatie puis nous rentrons en Belgiques. Mes questions sont: - Est-ce que c'est possible d'avoir des réductions pour un groupe aussi gros. - Comment pouvoir esquisser des itinéraires sans devoir acheter les interrails a l'avance. -Et est-ce que vous pouvez nous faire l'itinéraire si je vous communiques les villes dans lesquels nous voulons nous arrêté?

Destinations on Eurailpass - some journeys do not show in the App

I will be purchasing a Eurail Pass for a trip in June and July. I have been looking at the destinations and some of the places I plan to go do not show up in the Rail Planner, but I know that trains go there because I have traveled on them before. Can I use my Eurail Pass to travel to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Berchtesgaden? Neither one of those destinations comes up when I search for them in the Rail Planner. I want to make sure of this before purchasing my passes. Also, if they do not show up in Rail Planner and I can indeed use Eurail Pass to travel there, how do I make reservations if they destinations do not appear in the Rail Planner. Thanks.

Hey everyone, I’m a British citizen who has been living in Australia for the past 5 years. I also have permanent residency for Australia. Can I still purchase the interail ticket or does it need to be eurail, I’m a little confused! I’m 25 and before this spent my whole life in the UK. Thank you!

I bought the wrong pass and activated - Not EU citizen

Hello guys, I really need help, I'm Brazilian (I don't have EU citizenship)  and I bought the wrong pass. I bought an interrail pass instead a eurail pass and I already activated and I chose france by mistake thinking that this was the place I was. I am really desperate because I will stay the most time in france and I booked 2 trips and I tried to book the third and it's says that I can't because of inbount/outbond.  700 euros is too much and I can't afford to pay other trips here in france, I bought the card because it said it was unlimited. I entered my Brazilian passport number in the checkout. Please help me !! I already sent a message to customer service

Don't get a response from customer service

March 16th I have booked reservations for a train on May 5th that had to be sent physically to me in the UK. The next day I have received a track and trace code. On the track and trace page however it doesn’t show any progress. I have replied to the first email on April 9th, and received an automated response that it was very busy and they needed more time on April 13th. Since then I haven’t received any email, so I have sent them a DM on Twitter on April 20th, a couple of hours later I got a response that they would check and follow up. I have reminded them yesterday morning, and today, but haven’t got any response since. I don’t see any phone number on the website and don’t know how to reach them. Does anyone have a phone number or a place I could go in London or Amsterdam?

I want my money back - can't make reservations

I bought a global pass on 3/31/22 and since 4/12/22 I have sent 30 emails to you. I can not reserve a seat for any of my intended trips (Troyes-Girona; Troyes-Toulouse), neither spontaneously nor with a lead time of 8 weeks! I can do NOTHING with this ticket as. I had to drive to and from Spain by car and had to buy additional airline tickets for Toulouse. Your ticket does nothing at all and is an absolute bust in my opinion.  I want my money back completely and immediately! I will not wait another day! As far as I know, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU. Since I wanted to return my passport already from 12.4, I also want my complete money back!

Can’t add journey to trip anymore in Rail Planner

Hello, I’m in the middle of my trip and it seems like I can’t add journeys to my trip anymore. iOS version 15.4.1 app version 23.1.0.In the planner when I click on “save journey” I get the confirmation of saved to trip but when going to the trip there is nothing new there.I have tried:Force quitting the app Restarting the device Reinstalling the appNone of these are letting me get anything new on my trip. What else should I do?

Overnight Train from Innsbruck to Prague

Hello everyone,Looking to book reservations for the Euronight 50467 from Innsbruck to Prague but am finding this error. It does not appear to be booked up because I get this error for all days in the coming months. If I check out the alternative ways to reserve a seat on this train, I am given the option to book it in-person at a train station in Europe but I would like to avoid this if possible since I know night-trains often become fully reserved close to the day of. What can I do? Thanks for the help.

Problem to add my pass to the app on my mobile phone "Something went wrong"

Hello! I bought 2 mobile pass but I am not able to add them on the app. It says “Something went wrong, we couldn't load your Pass details. Make sure you are online and try again.”I am online, the pass has not expired and is not added to another device. I’ve retried several times but it’s not working. I’m travelling morning 27th of October so I need help soon. I’ve been in contact with the TRAIN-E and through that “human agents” by email, but they might not answer within 7 business days - that’s why I’m writing here. Can anybody help me?

Eurostar/country of residence

Hi, Sorry I know this has been asked in 100s of different iterations, but none-the less….. If I want to travel from York to London on day 1, stay overnight, then get the eurostar from London to Paris on day 2 (the next morning). Is this classed as 2 days of travel in country of residence or 1? Thanks in advance edit - to clarify, I am later returning on the eurostar to London, then onward to york (this time in a single day). So i want to check if i am using more travel than allowed in the country of residence.

Seat reservation Prague

Hi,I intend to buy the night train from Bratislava Hlavna Stanica to Prague Hlavni Nadrazi on EN476 train on 16/06 at 10:06 pm. On the app it appears as direct train and I need to book a seat. As you can see in my screenshots, the price for the reservation seat is from 3€ but on the interrail website the first option costs 40€. Taking this into account I went directly to the cd.cz site and realized that there was no possibility to buy a seat 6 bed compartment or only the seat without a bed. This happens not only in this day but all the trips I have searched. I tried to book a seat from Bratislava to Breclav and from Breclav to Prague, this way it is possible to book only one seat for less than 5€. - Can I buy these 2 tickets and travel continuously?- Does this route count as 1 day of travel or 2? Since the train is the same that starts at 22h06 and I never have to switch trains...- Is there a reason for such a long stop in Breclav, 2h30?- How do they track the number of days consumed o

Night train Amsterdam Zurich not visible in Eurail app

I have bought an online Eurrail pass and I’m travelling from Amsterdam to Zurich. On the Eurrail planner website I saw there is a direct train going from Amsterdam to Zurich (depart 20:28 and arrive 08:39) and it says that I can board that train and don’t need any reservations for it. However, somehow this train does not show up in my interrail app, so I cannot add this train to my trip. Does anyone have this same problem? Or know how I can still add this trajectory to my trip? Or does it mean that I cannot take that train?

Bruhl Castle near Bruhl Station in Bruhl Germany

Hello Eurail CommunityCan somebody coach me in searching a journey from Koeln HBF Station to Bruhl Station (Bruhl, Germany). Bruhl Station is the nearest station to the Bruhl Castle. I seem to not finding in the Eurail Trip planner this Bruhl Station and I cannot find it using the DB Navigator App either.Thank you for any help and coaching.RegardsNathaniel

How to know the correct train

So I’m travelling in a few days and am deciding what trains to get my the Interrail app. By the app, it says that none of these trains need a reservation. But when I get to the train station how do I know which train to get on and if my pass covers it?  On the app it says ICE 645, from Berlin Hbf- Brussels central with a couple of change overs. Will this be shown at the train station and how would I know which platform to get on etc. Also, when I need to get off for a change over how will I know to do this?  I know that people have said to check online as well as using the app but how do I know which train service I’m checking for? And for each country, how do I know this too.

Booking trains for clients

I've been on the Eurail site and cannot figure out how to book seats for my clients traveling to Europe this summer. I added the Eurail pass, which they really don't want. But it seems necessary to book seats.  Is this correct? Also, it tells me to add Passenger info and I cannot figure out where or how. Is there a person I can speak with at Eurail please?
