Hi!I’m planning a trip for end of March and I want to buy a 7-day eurail pass. When I look for some trains (in this case Brussels-Paris) on the page “Book reservations” of the eruail website a lot of trains are indicated as “Some details unavailable” so I can’t book them and I can’t know the extra price for the booking of the seats. How can I be sure that I will be able to book these trains after having purchased the eurail pass?And second question, I will also use Fjord lines in Danemark. Do you know how I can have information about the potential extra cost of seat booking on these ferries? I cannot find a tool to simulate these purchases.Thank you in advance for your precious help!Manon

Hi everyone, I have a doubt regarding what interrail passes include in terms of ferrys and public transport.I have seen a table where it is possible to see the transport companies that work in each country:https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/trains-europe/railway-companies For instance, I have seen that the company called “Entur” is included. The name of the company is located in the cokumn that corresponds to “Train companies”. However, Entur also have ferrys, will I have the possibility to get the discount even if the name of the company (Entur) is not written in the column of Discounted ferry companies? Thank you in advance.

I only want to inter-rail through France, but I live in the UK and would prefer to take the Eurostar to get into France.Does this mean I have to buy Eurostar tickets separately, or do I have to buy an Inter-rail ticket for 2 countries?

Hi I am planning for a europe, rome, paris, brussels, frankfurt,zuric, in this summer. wanted to know if I can use global pass in local subway or metro, buses and other public transport. 

Hi,I bought a 4 day pass for Interail Europe.Today I attqched to the day the trip feom Frqnce to Germany. So it consumed one day from the pass and one in/out bound journey.After attaching the trip, I started booming the seqt, as Thalys has seat reservation mandatory.But as all the thalys trips had not available seats, I cancelled the booking.But the in/outbound cannot be cancelled aa it is on the current day. Furthermore the day itself cannot be cancelled, as is the current one.Please advise hiw can I get a refund for the unused day? I know that it was my fault, but just asking if there is any way for the refund. Thank youMikel

I’m wanting to book night trains for my longer journeys but the rail planner app doesn’t offer any. I want to book them in the following places. Paris- Zurich Zagreb- Budapest Zurich- Bled Vienna- Krakow Krakow- Prague Does anyone know if there is another way to book night trains and if this is included in the interrail pass or not? 

Hello. A few weeks ago I made a request for issuing a complimentary pass for a caregiver of a disabled traveller. I still didn’t receive any answer and I am getting quite stressed as we are travelling on wednesday. Does anyone know how/if it’s possible to reach interrail support for urgent issues? 

I can’t find any connection to go from Prague to Athens, even if I try it with some stops in between. But looking at the map of all the stations interrail uses it seems you should be able to go from Prague to Athens. Can someone help me?

Dear Interrail-Community,I have 2 questions concerning my internal, since I haven't found any answers to these yet. I purchased the 10 days interrail within 2 months. Is it possible to write down the trip from Galway to Liverpool? The journey will be interrupted by the ferry from Ireland to England. However is it still possible that I use the train from Galway to Dublin and then from Holyhead to Liverpool? Additionally is it also possible to travel pack and forth within one travel day? For example from Rome to Neapel and from Neapel back to Rome? Is that seen as one travel day (if its only for a day trip)?  Thank you very much for your help! 

I am trying to book some trains and noticed that many of them require paper tickets to be mailed which I won’t have access to while traveling of course, so I was planning on going into the train station to buy the tickets in person. So my question is, if I go to reserve my seats in person, will they charge me the price of a full ticket even though I have a Eurail global pass? Thanks:)

I notice that the train makes on stop for 3 minutes.  Is it difficult to change trains.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there,I’ve recently booked a reservation from Venezia S.L. to Klagenfurt Hbf via ÖBB and got a Mobile Pass. When I attempted to book the ticket on the Interrail Self-Service platform, there was no reservation available anymore. Because I needed to get that train, I tried to find another way to get that reservation via the ÖBB. I selected my age and in the discount tab “Interrail / Eurail - Globalpass” and booked the ticket there for 10€. When I recieved my reservation I’ve opened the .pdf and saw that there was no departure or arrival station listed. There was only this: “Tarvisioverkehr Pass1”. Did I book the right ticket?It’s the RJ132 on 04.03.2022.Thanks for your help :)

Hey, My phone got stolen this weekend which had my mobile pass activated on it. I’m set to travel on Friday but I’m unable to activate my pass on a new device. I have used two methods of contact on the website and they said to wait roughly 4 and 7 days for a reply. I’m worried that I won’t get a reply and sort out my pass before my travel start on Friday (27/08).  Please can anyone provide any help or advice on how to get this sorted before Friday?  Thanks a lot in advance!

Hello, is there any app for interrial global pass where I can book tickets and see what places are available in train and in what dates?and from what dates the pass starts working? From the date I buy it or from the 1st of next month thanks in advance 

Hello. I want to start my journey in Porto - Portugal, then visit Barcelona and Marseille. Doesn't the travel from Porto to the first destination and the return to Porto, from our last destination, count as a 1 day trip, each?

I buy the Interrail Pass for 3 days. When I use a train connection over night, starting in 22.40 until 00.11 and change the train at 0:30 until mid next day, do the second train counts into the first travel day? Its part of the connection for reaching my destination.And If not, am I able to keep my reservations for seats by changing my pass?

If I reserve the trip between Paris and Interlaken but my hotel is in Thun, can I get off the train in Thun or do I have to complete the ride all the way to Interlaken? 

Some months ago, I bought the mobile pass with the plus upgrade, and activated it in my old phone. Now I want to cancel it, but I deleted the app in the old mobile phone and now I can’t log in with the same pass in the same phone, so I can’t cancel it.

I have purchased a one Country pass for two, first class. We are traveling mid April 2022. My husband will not be able to go. Can I change the pass so my sister can go with me?

I’ve tried planning my route using the rail planner app but can’t seem to find any night trains. Some of the train journeys I’ve chosen are quite long (7-8hrs) and no option for a night train is available. I don’t really want to be going on long journeys during the day so a night train is the best option, does anyone know how to find a night train if it doesn’t show on the app or anything that means I don’t have to travel long hours during the day. I won a discoverEu travel ticket and I was supposed to use it in august but unfortunately i can’t go in august anymore. i already added my pass in the app(with all the information including the validity period) and now i want to change my validity period but i don’t know how. I’m trying to book a seat reservation  in advance for June but I am having trouble doing so going from Edinburgh to London. I thought I could book in advance. 

I want to visit several countries in approximately 15 days and for example, if my first destination is Italy and I want to visit some cities how does the day of travel work? Because in the application it tells me one day for each city, how could I do that? I would like to know how it works and how it is activated every day of travel. Thank you

Is there a promocode to use?We, a family of four are travelling multiple cities (Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Venice, Rome, Milan, Zurich and Paris). How do I get best deals using the pass? Thank you.
