My daughter and I are travelling on Eurostar but as we have separate passes we can’t choose seats together.  Is there a way we can change this after we’ve made our reservation?

 We are a family of six.  We currently have planned a trip for a 5-day pass to Italy for all six of us. It appears that the app will not allow me to link my travel plans to my account.  It almost seems as though I have two separate accounts and I can’t link the two accounts.  I want to reserve seats but the system won’t allow me. Please help link my passes to my travel plans so I can proceed to reserve seats.  

Hi there, I’ve booked a 4 Day Global Pass and want to confirm that the following trip is possible using this passing. The trip involves one night train which seemed to confuse the planner as to how many days of travel would be required. I read that if I take a night train directly (without changing trains) between two destinations that this only counts as one day of travel. Can you please confirm that the following trip only requires a four day pass? The trip is as follows:27/06: Sibiu (23:01) → Budapest (8:50)+130/06: Budapest (07:40) -→ Prague (14:42)01/07: Prague (14:25) -→ Berlin (18:35)04/07: Berlin (08:31) -→ Paris (16:54) Kindly,Corey  

Hi guys, Soon me and my boyfriend are about to book our seat reservations. However today I already looked up a few trains that require a seat reservations, at least the app says so. But visiting the website and also finding the exact same train things changed. Now the website says there are no seat reservations required. Hi all, Today I was travelling with my Interrail Global Pass 1st class from Dusseldorf, Germany with Thalys to Paris. My plan was to take the connection to Marseille where I had booked a hotel. When the train manager was checking my ticket, he stucked at my reservation which I did for 1st class Premium via B-Europe. He advised that my reservation is only valid with special abonnement cards which you can buy in France but is NOT valid with Interrail. My reservation shows “Pass Premium” and that’s not valid.That’s the reason he has the right to refuse my ticket and let me pay for a complete new ticket. After talking to his co-worker it would be okay if I take a seat in 2nd class instead.I told him that I never had problems with any reservations in TGV, Eurostar and ICE. But anyway, I felt like I was travelling illegal and the staff was extremely unfriendly. All people were looking at me as I would travel illegally for real - very embarassing and shameful to be honest. I never travelled w

Hi,I'm currently planning my trip from London to Glasgow.  For this train, a reservation is required, but I can't use the reservation tool from Interrail for this reservation. I also tried to make a reservation with ACP rail, but this product is not available in the Netherlands. I searched for other options, but I could not find a website/app where you can only buy a reservation without a ticket (because I already have a Interrail ticket). Does anyone has experience with this?:)

I have to book 7 seats on a train from Bologna to Wien. The interrail website isn’t working and its suggestion is to book the seats directly from OBB’s website. If I book them on OBB’s website how can I connect that reservation to my interrail pass?Thank you.

Hi all!We’ll be traveling next week to the UK from the Netherlands, by Ferry. The itinerary will be first from our home in NL to IJmuiden, take the ferry to Newcastle, and in the UK, travel to Inverness, Edinburgh, and then back to Newcastle to take the ferry back to IJmuiden and then lastly, take the train home.Thus, there are 5 travel days, of which 2 are in our home country. If I understood correctly, this means we can suffice with a 4 day Global Interrail Pass, is this correct? (unfortunately, a 3 day pass does not exist). Alternatively, could we also suffice with a UK pass? Or do these not allow for deduction of outbound/inbound travels? Many thanks already for your reply! Tice 

Good evening, I am sorry to disturb, I can’t find a way to connect Paris to Salzburg with a night train (I want to start my trip in the end of june)I’ve seen that I need to book the Asutrian Website, “OBB”, but there is no one way trainI thought it was possible to do Paris - Vienna with a one way train (no need to change the train, and with bed and without stopover), but the better way I found was Paris - Linz/Donau Hbf, and then I needed to change my train to Salzburg (friday 24th of june).I’ve also seen that there are just 3 days of night train from France to Austria, I hope you can help me,Thank you very much !

I have contacted customer support on march 30th to get a pass cover numbers so I can make some reservations. How long does it usually take to get an answer? I got a mail after two days saying that they have very much work to do. 

Salve, vi contatto per avere alcune informazioni riguardo interrail. Abbiamo acquistato un pass e vorremmo pianificare il nostro viaggio per agosto. Dato il periodo di alta stagione avremmo la necessità di programmare il percorso per prenotare gli ostelli. Quando saranno disponibili le tratte ferroviarie di quel periodo? E vorremmo sapere se le tratte ferroviarie sono fisse, per regolarci eventualmente con le tratte di maggio.

I have four days of travel, three went well, the last one doesn't work:“Your Pass isnt’t valid in some of these countries”But the same trip in the other direction worked out well. What can I do? I already have a reservation. Thanks for the help, the first trip starts tomorrow. No response from customer service for three days.

What’s the best/cheapest way to get from Rome city centre to Rome Fiumicino airport. Something like a reliable company or train/bus. Would this have to be pre booked or book when I’m there? 

I’ve planned out my  route using the Rail planner app (Berlin-Brussels-Paris-Zurich-Vienna-Ljubljana-Venice-Rome) and selected the ‘no seat reservation’ options so no journey in my route needs a reservation. I know journeys may take a bit longer and I’ll be standing but is this okay to do? I don’t want to get to the train and need a reservation, although my route doesn’t need any. However if I did need to reserve could I do this when I needed to board? 

I’m finding this website very frustrating. I want to find the page to order my passes but all I can get is endless pages asking for my dates and itinerary. I don’t have my exact dates and have only a general itinerary. We don’t like to travel with a set itinerary and that is why we used to like Eurail since we could just decide at the last minute where and when to go.Anyway, I would like to find a page which lists all of the options and prices without entering my itinerary.Any help?

Hey there!I and my friends are planning a vacation in the south of france this summer. We want to use the 1-country-pass to get there and get back home (we live near the french border, so that’s fine). We want to know, if we can use the third travel day to explore the surrounding area. Is that possible? Because we would finish the trip right where we start it.For example:Could we travel from Cannes to Nizza and back to Cannes in one day with the ticket?  

How would I get from Berlin Brandenburg Airport to Berlin city. Would this be something to book or is it easy to find transport from the airport. I’m a solo traveler so want it to be quite straightforward when I leave the airport. Also what’s the average/cheapest prices for the transport.  This is also the same from Rome city to Rome Fiumicino. Thanks :)

Bonjour, j'ai gagné un pass interrail et j'ai choisi le pass flex. J'ai voulu commencer à planifier mon voyage mais je rencontre un problème : quand je mets ma destination pour choisir un billet de train c'est marqué qu'il faut que je paye... Je ne comprends pas comment fonctionne l'application étant donné que je ne suis pas censé payé mes billets de train.
