What would be the best pas to use for this trip.  Is a hut included if you take the boat from Venice to Patras? What’s the best way to book the ferry’s and trains We will be traveling with kids, one of them is 11, but will become 12 during the trip, can we use the children's pass?

I’m thinking about using my pass to board the Vienna to Kiev sleeper, but I might prefer to do so from Budapest rather than Vienna.Of course Ukraine isn’t in the Interrail pass area, but you can use a pass to cover the section up to the border, which is really useful. Global Pass: Does the price change if buying the pass last minute or not? Is there a price difference of when you buy the Global Pass? Meaning if I buy the Global Pass 2 months before I start using it, will it be cheaper vs. buying it last minute? The question arises from that of: Do I save money if I buy it in advance or not?

I am new and still confused what exactly “activating” my pass means. I understand that I have to fill in some more information and that I will be able to change my starting date before said that.But can I also deactivate the pass again and get the 85% refund if I decide to return it before my starting date?

My girlfriend and I bought an EURAIL pass and can't reserve a seat from London to Amsterdam. The EURAIL app will not let us boom a reservation for a train from London Pancreas to Amsterdam Centraal despite saying we need a reservation. To double check if the train was booked for pass holders, I checked both the farthest available dates with dates a few months ahead and before our trip and still can't make a reservation via the site. It appears the only way to have a reservation is to buy tickets which defeats the purpose of buying a EURAIL pass in the first place. How do we book tickets with the promised price of $34 per person? We even synced the pass to the trip which said it would be okay to reserve. The starting date is April 1 at 7:00 AM GMT.

When getting on a train to another destination in Europe how do you know which train station to get the train from and which station it goes to? Are there multiple options. Thanks. 

I would like to know what is the pass I need to buy, I’m in Paris and I would like to go to London for 2 days and come back to Paris. Do I purchase one country ? which one will be Paris or London?

Hi!I would like to book a seat for a particular train connection that I found in the Interail app. For booking I am always sent to the website, but there I cannot find my suitable connection... Can you tell me how else I can make a reservation for the connection ? Or can I theoretically go without a reservation? After all, I can already download the ticket for my connection, even without reservation. Thanks for your help!

We have completed our trip using the rail-app. All tickets for our group of 8 people are on my telephone. I now realize when I loose my phone we have no back-up. I thought of making print-screens and sent those to each member of the group. I don't know whether this is acceptable for inspection in the train. My question:Is there a way to make an easy backup for all the trips I have created for our group?Thanks for rely. 

Hello!i want to make a reservation for my first train which is Montpellier (France) to Valencia (Spain) with a change of train at Barcelone, but I don’t have the same informations on the website of Interrail and on the app : the cost on the app is 40€ and on the website it is 17€ for the same train. Also the website mentions I’ll receive a print ticket and the app does not.which one should I use ?

Hi, I am looking into the trainride from Hamburg (Germany) to Hirtshals (Denmark) and on the app it says that seat reservations are required, but when I have to pay it says it is optional? On the website it also says that it is not required.. Can I hop on the train without a reservation? Thanks in advance!  

I am looking to travel round Europe for two months starting in late April. I want to reserve seats on certain high-speed trains but unsure how to do this without fully activating my pass. Is there a way I can reserve seats months in advance without activating my two months of travel? 

I have a Global Pass and need to reserve a seat on Eurostar, but the timetables on the two sites don’t match! How can I be sure I’ll have a seat to start and end my journey? This question is too confusing for the chatbot to deal with!!

Dears,I would like to go from Venice to Paris, then Amsterdam and finally London. End of february. Is there the possibility that One train has no availability? I mean from Venice to Paris with Trenitalia there Is no Seat available, on official website, according to my schedule. Does It mean i have to change my Plan?

Can I transmit my bookings and connections into an other pass, by exchange them?Perhaps you can help me byexchanging from Sweden Interrail Pass 3 days to Sweden interrail pass for 5 days? So I have to pay the additionally 15€ for the exchance and 20€ more for the pass itself?
