Hola, mi duda es a la hora de coger trenes sin reserva. Cuando tienes que apuntar la fecha y hora de los trenes en el pase impreso, al lado pone: « From: To: »Mi duda es si por ejemplo tomo un tren de Milan a Pisa, debo poner simplemente el nombre de la ciudad o el del tren. Por ejemplo: Milano Rogoredo o poner simplemente Milano Mi otra duda es si hago ese trayecto, tengo que hacer dos trasbordos, ¿debo apuntarlos? My wife and I bought an interrail pass for our 18 year old son, but my wife activated the pass on her phone. How can we set it up on our son’s phone? He starts his travel very soon (3 days). Any help would be greatly appreciated. And if we do need to contact customer service, what it the best way to do that?Thank you all so much for your help!Denis
Hello all :) I was wondering if you can help me please? I am looking to print my digital pass. Is this possible? In Montenegro it seems as if they won't accept a QR code. We are travelling to Belgrade this evening. Basically I would like to make my E ticket into a paper ticket. Also do I need a seat reservation? My wife and I have a first class pass which we have been unable to use so far. Hoping this changes today!
How to: Changing first day of travel while having booked already for another day which required seat reservation
Hello,First time with the pass (with my familiy of 4). I followed the instructions. We wanted to travel on Monday the 8th of August (date I set on the App) and then when looking for time table we realized that one of the trains requires seat reservation (Hamburg-Copenhagen). When trying to do this seat reservation, we found out that all the trains on Monday 8th were fully booked and the only way was to postpone of one day. I now have booked the seats for the following day, with the Eurorail App, but my first day of travel is still set on Monday 8th of August on the App. I really dont know and dont understand how to change this first day of travel (i have a pass with only 4 days of travel for one Month). If I cancel my pass and set again a new date, I am afraid this will mess up with my seat reservations…..Please help me. As you can see below, the app says I have only two days left for traveling (out of 4).
I have just booked my first journey for 13/8/22 in southern Italy .The reservation email tells me that I must print it and take a paper copy .This is ok when I am still at home but what about the future journeys I will book when I’m en route and then won’t have access to a printer?
Hi, I will buy a global pass and live in Portugal.However, to start my journey, I will fly to another country to save some time. Do I have to put my residence country as Portugal and then the 2 travel rule will not apply anymore? Or do I need to put the other country and then I can only do 2 travels in that country? Hello everyone,I am starting my interrail journey tomorrow and I noticed my year of birth in my mobile pass is wrong. I texted customer service via form on the web, thru Facebook and email as well. I claimed it is urgent since I leave on 8th of August 2022, but still with no respond. I am kinda panicking tho.What am I supposed to do? Thank you for your advices. Have a lovely day.
I am planning my first Interrail trip and am currently booking a ferry. There is a 30% discount for Interrailpass users. Condition is that the passport is shown when entering the ferry. Can I just show my Interrail app that has my mobile pass on it or how is that handled?"
Hi everyone,My passport got stolen on one of the journeys and now I want to change my old passport number on my pass to my new passport number, but the pass has already been activated. Can anyone tell me how to change this? I have already contacted support but haven’t heard anything and since I am travelling this monday to the UK I really need to change my pass ID-number to my current number pretty urgently. I have a ticketing and customer service issue - essentially, I was double charged for tickets. I have been trying to contact Eurail since March (over 20 emails and messages as of today - and all I ever receive are automated responses. This is incredibly poor customer service. I have tried email, Facebook, Facebook messenger, etc, all with the same lack of response. Is there any way I can reach a human being? Thanks!
I have built an itinerary of major destinations for our trip in September. We are trying to use trains predominantly with only 1 car rental for the tail end of our trip. Our itinerary is outlined below and I think it would be best to purchase the 15 day pass as we want flexibility for day trips when in Switzerland and Lake Como. If I bought the tickets individually, it would be be about $350CAD less but I know that there are other benefits to the pass for day trips and other services. Today It's me and my girlfriend First day of travel and she broke her phone. We have two mobile passes, She had Hers on her phone. We have our next train on thursday. We are making a desperate attempt to fix her phone, probabily waisting more Money (even the tech guys said it's not sure It Will be fixable). In the meantime She contacted customer service to ask them to let them upload her pass to my phone. We contacted customer service via facebook, and the bot literally said "Done! You should receive a confirmation email in a moment, then just wait for one of our agents to get back to you.". It's been two hours and we didn't get any confirmation e-mail. Please we are desperate, we don't know what to do. We could lose hundreds of euros and be forced to put to waste a 20 week interrail. What can we do? It's not Fair, we should Just be able to buy a new phone and upload the pass
Hi everyone,I have a question about combing one country pass with a standard ticket to travel between two countries (Swiss and Italy). I am planning to travel from Thun to Milan via Brig, and I hold a swiss country pass. I plan to take a EuroCity (EC) direct train from Thun to Milan. Would it be possible to ride this train if I only buy a ticket from Brig to Milan given that my one country pass already covers Thun to Brig? or do I need to change a train at Brig?Thank you
On my trip from Budapest to Pula the overnight part goes from Budapest to Divaca. Before midnight the tickets of all travellers in my coupé where checked and approved. After midnight we where checked again and no one of us 3 was able to show the ticket to the inspecteur.Since I have to change trains my trip was already split in 2 parts. I showed my ticket for day 2. It was accepted.Both other travellers were on their way to Ljubljana. They travel with a monthly ticket. They were allowed to travel further.So why were we not able to show the ticket?
Hi there,I will travel with the one country mobile pass this week for the first time.I have a question concerning saving multiple journeys for one day. Is it possible for example to plan the journey of a whole Friday, in separate journeys without using up multiple travel days? Will the app be fare to see that if I save a journey for Friday morning, and later in the afternoon on a different journey for that same Friday, it will still fall under one traveling day? Hi, one question. I would like a quote to leave Italy and go to Slovakia and back. In the pisos selector select only Italy (departure) and Slovakia (arrival)? Or do I necessarily have to select Austria as well? Because it gives me different costs. I should just visit Slovakia without (possibly) stopping in Austria. I bought Eurail passes, for my family of 5 on Rail Europe. now I am trying to load them into Eurail to make seat reservations and it is saying name and Pass number don’t match, but they are exactly what is on my Eurail account. Can anyone help? I tried to get them through Eurail, originally, but the site kept saying error.
Hello, I bought my global pass 4 days ago and activated it for the 3rd august. I was planning to travel this day but finally I traveled the 4th. My pass sans it remains 2 days travel on 4 ! Although i traveled only 1 ; todayIt says that the 3rd was a travel day but i didnt travel... I don't know how to cancel this ( it was written when i activate that i can change the first date travel but is it too late ? ) I am a little worried because the help center takes time to treat demande and im traveling only this week Thank you for answers !
