Mobile Pass Not Working, no way to get a ticket!
We arrived in Europe today. Our first trip is supposed to be tomorrow, august 29. The mobile app will NOT let us get a ticket by adding a journey! We add the journey but the app will NOT let us get the ticket with the QR code. We spent 45 minutes at SBB help desk in Zurich train station and the guy could not figure it out either. Ther is no phone number to call Eurail. What do we do??? Eurail email says they won’t respond for 7 days.
greek island pass: do we beed to travel with the physicak pass ?
Hi !my friend and I want to travel in Greece with the interrail Greek island boat pass. However we may not receive it before we leave. Do we need it or can we just book our boats before (which must be done even in possession of the physical pass) and just travel with our boats tickets ?thanks !
How do you board a local train on a day your using one of your global pass days.
I understand that you must add a local train on a day that your using one of your global pass days but how does it get taken off your ticket? Is there a scanner at most stations that you use? Example I’m using my first day of my global pass to go from Berlin to Munich. First I want to use a local S line to get to Berlin HBF. I’ve added travel from Potsdamer Platz to Berlin HBF. It now shows on my first day ticket. It no longer shows the trip from Berlin to Munich.Thanks

Hello Guys,I’m having a problem about mobile pass cannot activating. I done all necessary steps but the message “Something went wrong” keeping displays. I have sent a error log to the apps support team but still waiting for the replay. My trip gonna start very soon on 30 Aug 2021 Anyone had experience about this issue before please help.Thank you

Hallo, ich sehe in meinem Mobile Pass in der App bei “ID Number” dieselbe Nummer wie bei “Pass-Number”. Ich habe meinen Pass bereits aktiviert und will am Montag starten. Nun bin ich mir unsicher ob sie meine richtige ID Number haben? Was soll ich tun? Vielen Dank im VorausTeresa
Mobile app - not possible to add new journeys
I started travelling today with the interrail mobile app. Although I managed to get it all up and running for the first two legs of the trip, I am having critical issues with the app right now. The problem is that the rail planner does not work anymore: each time I select a departure or destination, the planner resets again so it is impossible to add a new leg to my trip. The FAQ states that it is also possible to add journeys manually, but this option seems to be missing in the app I have (version 19.0.0 om android 10). So in essence it is downright impossible to add any journeys to my pass and thus to get a valid ticket, so I cannot travel any further. How can this be fixed?I also contacted the support via email, but they say they will only answer within 7 days, which I think is pretty long if you are stranded with an app that is not working.
Researching whether to purchase a one country pass, and on some routes some trains say conditions apply (to a one country pass) while other trains do not. I assumed that meant that some routes took you through a different country, but that doesn’t seem to be the case in one route I’m researching (Venice to Vipiteno, Italy.) It says to check the travel info section for more details, but I can’t find that section.Any help?
Question about traveling in 1 country
Hello, I have two questions and I hope someone can help me.Is it possible to travel to different city's in one country with the interrail global pass, without traveling to a different country? Like, travel to Point A in Italy to Point B in Italy? Or do you have to - for example- travel from Germany to Italy in one day with the pass?I will fly to another country en travel back to my own country by train, so I will start using the interrail ticket in a foreign country. Is that also possible? Thanks!

Transfer Interrail pass to another device
Hello.I am currently traveling with interrail and I am on an interrail mobile pass. Unfortunately, my phone broke today and I read that I have to contact the customer service to add my pass on another device. Can you help me with this problem?
