Hello, I have just noticed that the date of birth is incorrect on my interrail pass which I just bought and I am about to start travelling in one week. I've already tried to contact with the customer service via chatbot and online submissions however there is no reply …Who else should I contact to correct this?
Hi,Me and my friend are currently travelling through Europe. Yesterday here phone broke, since then we tried to reach Interrail because she is now unable to use her ticket. We did not get a response and she does not know what to do. Can anyone help her please, it's urgent since we're mid-traveling.Thank you!
We have two mobile passes and want to cancel them. We already added 2 of 4 travel days (in one month) but deleted them again, so the passes are deactivated. How can we cancel them to get the money (or a part of the money back). The first travel day that we added is in the future so we have not started the pass.Thanks
Hi I need to buy paper pass because my family is coning next week to germany and we would likt to travel with eurail pass (for my family) and for me interrail. But the website doesnt offer premium shipping for 10 days in two months travel. It states that it will be delivered on 29. Any Idea how to have premium shipping?
Can you save the outbond and/or inbond travell also for after your first trip(s)?For ex: i live in Brussel and could pay a regular ticket to the border of Holland, Then from there i use my Global pass to go to Amsterdam. From there i go to Sweden and then back home to Brussels again. Does this safe the outbond journey that i didn’t use then yet? Thanks for the answer!

Hello everyone! I have a flexi pass (10 days in 2 months) and I need to plan the journey, so I wanted to make sure of a few things with some of you that have used the same pass. Firstly, if I connect a trip to my journey I can still change it, but if I activate my pass I cannot change it anymore, correct? So if I activate my pass to do my first trip and later I wanna add or change one of the other trips connected I can't? If i take a train at 11pm , that arrives in the morning of the next day, does it count as one or two travelling days? Thanks a lot!
Bonjour, Je regarde de plus en plus à voyager en train et j’aurai quelques questions par rapport au Pass interrail Global (4 jours sur 1 mois). Exemple de voyage Si je pars de Bertrix (Belgique) à Inverness (Ecosse). Mon train démarre à 14h40 (27 juin) et j’arrive à 08h42 (28 juin).Je dois prendre l’eurostar et le caledonian sleeper (mode couchette). Vu que le voyage part du 27 au 28 juin, est ce que ça compte pour 2 jours sur mon PASS ou 1 jours vu qu’il y a moins de 24H de voyage ? Y a-t-il bien des frais supplémentaires ? eurostar 30 euro et caledonian sleeper 96 euro. Comment fait ton pour réserver l’eurostar et le caledonian sleeper, si on a un pass interrail ? I had purchased 5 day Eurail global pass for 2 Adults(Order number: EU30516386). However due to change in travel plans I purchased another 7 day Eurail global pass for 2 Adults(Order number: 30523186). So I would like to exchange the the 5 day pass for the 7 day pass and request a refund for the 5 day pass.I submitted the request 1 week ago but haven’t heard back anything from the Eurail team. Dear Interrail Team, I need your help. I am a single mother from Turkey, Istanbul. I was planning to introduce European culture and history to my kids this summer. Therefore two days ago I purchased one month long global passes during flash sale. However the day after my purchase I had an accident and I multifractured my ankle. I had an operation and I am in cast now. The doctors tell me that it is impossible for me to heal completely until July when I was planning to use the passes . I will not be back to work even in August. I know that passes are usable for 11 months. However I am teaching literature in high school. This coming July is the only time I can travel. As I am a single parent I don't have anyone else who can take my kids instead of me either. Even though I am aware that these passes are unrefundable, I am asking for an exception because of my extraordinary circumstance. I would be extremely thankful if I am allowed to return these passes and get refunded.Thanks for your

Hey, :)I have a really big Problem.I bought a Flash sale Ticket (50 % off) a few days ago. The paymant went through, and i got i sign that i get an confirmation email. But i never get on. I only got an email, that my payment went through but no order was created because of a glitch and the refund my paymant. Until now the i didnt get the money back, because of that i could not buy another ticket at the Flash sale. Hi im looking at buying the 2 month global pass, ive planned my trip on the mobile app, and 13 trains say they require seat reservations. Are these all mandatory? Ive read that a few people had some issues trying to make reservations? As we are travelling with a baby I want to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible, so if you have any advice please let me know! :)I would also like to purchase the pass soon and reserve all the seats etc as soon as possible to ensure we are ok and have seats also we need some beds on the night trains and im not sure how fast these book up. We aren't leaving until the 21st July, so if I purchase a pass tomorrow for example and add my pass to my app will it start from tomorrow or from my first trip on the 21st? July? How soon can I add the reservations, should I add them right away or should I wait until the day before?Do you think a paper pass would be better than using the mobile app? I activated my pass the day I flew out to first destination, thinking I needed to know how to use it etc before getting to a station - but didn’t realise that by doing this it would use a day! I’m now a day short of travel. Can I get this back? I didn’t go on any journeys that day..?

Hi, I’m new to Interrail. My trip starts 9 June. Presently on My Trip there is no Show Ticket. I guess you can only get the barcode /QR on the Travel Day? On My Trip it says Now travelling ?? On My Pass it says Ready for travel. Help, advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
I paid for tickets but i never got any. So i booked and paid again and got my passes. But now i paid double for 1 order. I just want my money back from the payment i made where i didnt recieve passes, but there is no customer service who responds i send 1000 emails. Feels like my money is stolen!!!!!!!! Anyone having the same issues? :(
