When I log in to the website, there is a single “My eurail trip” under my trips. On the railplanner app I created 2 trips with different names.How do I get the trips to be the same on the website and on the app? I want to be sure the reservations I am adding through the website are going to the trip I am using on the app.
Dear Community,I’ve had so many issues with my interrail tickets over the past few days. I had urgent questions as my tickets didn’t arrive in time (or got lost), and they do not have a contact number…..why not? I lost a lot of money and wasn’t even able to travel with my pass. I sent several emails to the customer service of interrail and they do not respond to me. Also on twitter they haven’t been answering. Can someone help me with this? Did people have the same issues? Did people manage to get a refund for their passes and additional reservation costs?I am disappointed and desperate. With the same pass I have a trip planned for this Friday (already paid for the high speed trains), and I desperately need them to answer to me, otherwise my global pass will be completely unused:(Help me!
What I mean is if I already activated the pass with the first travel day on 23 Apr. In case I want to travel earlier which is on 22 Apr. Can I add just 22 Apr train to the trip (which belong to the pass) and that will work?Thank you very much for your help.
Hi all,Yesterday I booked my four day in a month interrail pass and was super exited to travel. I use the online pass for the first time and facing now already disappointment. Today I booked my first train reservation for tomorrow from my home country to the UK. I wanted to add this travel day in the App and discovered that already one travel day is taken!! I feel quite said because i have low budget and now one travel day is gone :( I read that this is because i filled yesterday in a hurry the starting date of the pass in for today which mean that today is my first travel day however still sitting on my couch… And you cannot change it on the day itself so the FAQ says… and i am really not a post something in a community person but the do not have any support! Very disappointed in interrail at the moment and very disappointing start of my trip tomorrow..
I am travelling from Dublin to Brussels in one day by getting a ferry to Holyhead and train to London in time to get the Eurostar. however I am having all story’s of problems. I put in a start date (the day I am leaving Dublin ) and when I try to book Eurostar it tells me my pass is not valid for that date I have a mobile pass On the Thalys site it wanted a number that appears to be only on the paper ticket?I also had trouble on the Thalys site getting it to accept Ireland as my place of residence it would accept United Kingdom so I’m having trouble all round If anyone has overcome any of these problems I’d really appreciate some help. Hi. I’m hoping somebody will be able to answer a couple of questions about the ‘4 day global pass’ please?Do I have to use all 4 days of the pass? I was hoping to travel on a Saturday and then come back the next day on the Sunday between UK and France, therefore only using 2 days.Secondly, my journey would begin on the Saturday from Birmingham (UK), travelling to Paris. I would need to get a train from Birmingham to London and then the Eurostar from London to Paris. Would the Birmingham to London and London to Paris journeys all be classed as one outgoing journey and therefore covered by the global pass? The return journey would be the same the next day - Paris to London and then London to Birmingham.Sounds a waste of the pass but it actually works out considerably cheaper, but only if I’m allowed to use the 4 day pass for this purpose?
Hi, I have a trip coming up on the 22nd of April. Can I buy it right now and start booking my trains? Before I was told that I have to wait for the physical mail. It's now all digital or do I have to do it months in advance? Pls help... Can I booked on the day of when to the train...
I'm super confused. I was going to use my Outbound journey today, but I can not add it to my Pass. I have no travel days left, so the mobile pass app marks 4/4 but I still have my inbound/outbound journey, where it marks 0/2 used. I thought the Inbound/Outbound Journey would be independent of my travel days? Can't I use it anymore if I have already used my normal travel days?
I will be travelling to Europe in a few days time and have registered with a EURail Global Pass. While the ‘Planner’ function in the app has been useful for ‘My Trip’, I have faced repeated issues where the selected date of the travel either disappears or is adjusted to the wrong date. Can this be resolved ASAP? For a large organization such as EURail, app issues like the above-mentioned should not be occurring on a permanent basis as it affects travelers who should have ease going from place to place on time.
Kia ora everyone! Am planning a rail adventure with my partner this Summer, but a bit confused as to which pass to go for. I have a European passport but I have been living in New Zealand for the past two years - what should I pick? If I pick Eurail, will I be able to use my European passport alongside proof of residency in NZ? Thanks for your help. Lila :)
I'm writing to you with specific question about seat reservation. I would like to book reservation for six people for connection between Nice-Ville and Paris. Specifically 11.06.2022 7:16 PM. I have option to reserve couchette for only five people. Is this an error on website?For six people there is no option for reservation.
I installed the rail planner app and activate my pass. But every time I try to book a trip it shows something went wrong. I paid the reservartion for a night train that leaves tomorrow but I don’t have the pass QR. please help me!!! A really need urgent help. I send mails but no one’s answer them!!! HELP PLEASE
Hello :)I left my country of residence (from Germany to England) on one day, and returned a week later. In the app, it says I’ve used up 2/4 travel days, and 2/2 Outbound/Inbound days, which makes sense. However, now I want to book two further travel days (from a city within Germany to another city within Germany, not leaving the boarder), yet I get an error when trying to activate the journey saying „no outbound/inbound journeys left“? Seeing as I am not leaving Germany, I don’t understand the message… I tried to contact the support but so far no response… I don’t have too long left with the ticket, so would love to get some feedback… thanks in advance for help!:)all the bestSteffen
Dear community,I have accidentally selected interrail instead of eurail pass. I was unaware of the inbound/outbound limitation.I'm now unable to return to Germany using my interrail pass. I stuck at Basel Sbb at the moment.I'm eligible for eurail pass, as I'm not a European citizen but only a temporary resident.Could you please tell me how to change my interrail to eurail pass as soon as possible?-Adi
I tried to buy a Interrail Ticket (3 days within 1 month) for Germany only.But during the ordering-process I can’t confirm my order/pass, because “Germany” is not in the country-List of the “Traveller” I need to add to the pass.How am I able to buy this ticket if I’m a foreigner?
Eurail/German Rail pass are available for purchase by NON-European residents, I understand. And I understand that a "resident" means a person who has lived for more than 6 months. Does "person who has lived for 6 months or more" include not only those who have actually stayed for 6 months or more, BUT ALSO those who have entered into Europe WITH the VISA that allows them to stay for 6 months or more(ex. one year). ?
Good evening, I and a friend have activated our interrail passes on an ipad when planning our jouney today. Obviously this is inconvenient as we may not take this with us. We would like you to find a way so that we can have our passes on our respective phones. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience
For my Ticket, I chose the Mobile Pass on the Interrail App.Now I was wondering if it‘s possible to get the Paper Pass too.Because I was kind of afraid to always have to rely on the battery of my phone.Is ist possible to request a Paper Pass for my ticket if i already have the Mobile one?
