Hi All, we are planning a trip to Pula via Lake Bled from London. There seems to be a lot of change overs and much longer journeys than I thought according to Train 61!Any advice for quicker, more direct journeys?

I'm wanting to book the Nightjet from Vienna to Venice on 13th July but the website says not available, am I too soon or too late?? Berlin to Vienna a few days before is available to book now.

Hi, How is it best done to travel overnight.  Tried interrail - brings me to a load of connections.  Tried OBB - not showing clearly.Please if someone has done this can you share pearls of knowledge. Going to book a bed, but need to get one overnight train first. Plus, what is special to see in Prague? Many thanks,Barb

I’m going to the Olympics through July 24 to Aug 12 I’ll be traveling to Lille for basketballs games and I want to go to London between these days and visit some castles in France. which train pass should I buy? The Global Pass or Eurail pass only? Is it worth it going to London to reserve first class seats? Please help me first time using the Train Passes, but I don’t know which one to buy thanks 😊 

Hallo.  This summer going to Prague via Paris.  Have details re getting there. Can anyone help with these please:Travel from Prague to Austria - stopping a day or so then onto Paris.   Best and beautiful places to stop, in country areas, with access to good transport and with accomodation.  This can include the OBB coach.Many thanks  

Hello,i have trouble understanding the travelling from my home country (I’m from France) for example, if I’m doing France-amsterdam-Berlin-Prague-France will it deduce 4 travels days from my pass or only 2 (it says you can have 2 travel day from your home country)thanks for your help:) 

Hi Community. We are Eurail 1st Global Pass holders and seniors. We are travelling from Zurich and would like to travel by night train to Prague. I have read on the Community page that the night train will not run from late June. The message we receive for the 22 enquiry is :There are no direct night train connections for the selected route on your desired travel date. I have looked at alternative dates and get the same response. Ideally we would like to take the 50467 sleeper train departing at 20:40. There are no options available. Are we doing something wrong? Or is this connection no longer running? I have contacted OBB but have not yet received a response. Once again, thank you in advance for your input.

Hi, I am looking at a journey from Salzburg to Bad Goisern in July. It gives me different times on DB app and OBB app. Maybe it’s a little too far in advance, but which would be the best app to confirm times closer to tne time? Many thanks

Hi all,Planning a trip from Finland to southern France and back next October as a family of 4. I got the impression that separate train tickets bought well in advance might end up being cheaper than the global pass. But interrailing last summer to Italy and back we found that quite a few of the trains that we took were delayed. My question now is, what happens if we have bought separate tickets and one or more of our trains are delayed so that we won't be able to make the next connection? I understand that the global pass is considered a through ticket so we would be booked for the next available train, but if we have separate tickets do we need to buy new ones ourselves? Any other thoughts on the matter are also welcome 😊

I found a trip on my app, saved it but I don’t see it appear when I log in to the web version. I don’t get the same trip in the web version. Why is that? Are the things you fill in on the phone app synced or stored in ones account?

can i travel from paris to london without passport?

hiWe are only planning on taking 2 trains in August 2024 so not sure if it is worth getting a Eurail card. the trains we are taking are: from Paris to Amsterdam and would like to take the fast 3 hr 20 min  Eurostar bullet which would cost extra if we get the eurail card and sounds like it might be complicated to make sure we get the time we want (I believe it is about 32/37 euros more on top of the eurail card but not sure how easy it will be to get the day and time we want etc). The eurostar ticket if bought separately is anywhere from $158 the cheapest to about $300 so its expensive And from Amsterdam to Berlin on the direct ICE high speed train. This I can get for about $115 cheapest for times and day I want to goIs it worth getting the eurail card or shall we just purchase two separate tickets?Thanks

Although I've seen tons of videos on how to use the Railplanner app and Eurorail website so I'm still getting the confidence around it, I still don't quite get how to make the reservations and when I should  activate the pass. I bought a 5 days Global Pass.here's my itinerary for now:April 13th - From London to Paris @3:30PMApril 16th - From Paris to Bern,Switzerland @10AM**We'll be visiting a few destinations within Switzerland with trains also.**April 18Th - From Bern to Geneva. Questions:Few websites including Eurorail guide says that reservations should be bought somewhere else, not directly with Eurorail but with the train companies directly. Website does give you the option to buy them though. Furthermore, it says that train times are not updated fast enough to be accurate. Please explain this. When exactly you should activate the pass and what if I miss a train or for some other reason I dont board the reserved seat, what should I do? What to do when not travelli

Does anybody know why you can’t choose any city in Bosnia in the Discover EU App, whilst the website says, that you can travel there with Interrail? Little bit confused here 

I want to do this trip, I think that I need the 5 days pass, but if I use the planner on the website it says that I need 7days pass. How can I do? Thanks for your help

Hola comunidad,Agradezco su respuesta a la siguiente preguntaCual es la diferencia entre ver los alpes suizos desde St Moritz y Tirano usando el tren Bernina Express y los trenes urbanos de Suiza,¿Los dos tipos de trenes hacen el mismo recorrido? es decir pasan por los mismos lugares.Tengo un pase de Interail en primera clase y no quiero gastar dinero de mas, pero tambien el objetivo de ir a Suiza es admirar los alpes suizos, entonces debo invertir en el expreso bernina o con el tren urbano puedo hacer lo mismo.  La Fecha de viaje para ese trayecto es el 10 de septiembre 2024. Gracias y muchos exitos.-
