When I choose to make a reservation for *1st class — Pass - Berth 4 persons * on the night train NJ via the interrail website, is it the private compartment for 4 of us? And will we end up with other person in the different several compartments? We are family of 4 and want to stay together without other passengers. How can we book for private Couchette Berth compartment? thank you in advance!
Hiya - a friend and I wanted to book a train from Seville to Barcelona in July but it seems that it’s only possible to book spanish trains in Spain itself? Is there a way around this? If we are travelling in July it is very unlikely that reservations will still be available for that train once we’re there and i’m anxious we won’t actually get a way out of Spain to continue our journey! Any help would be amazing :)
Yesterday 10 apr at 2 p.m i bought an interrail global pass for 2 person. I am still waiting confirmation email and tried several times resend confirmation email but didn't received anything. My travel date come soon, so there is urgent for me. Is there anyone can help me to solve the problem ??
I had 2 questions about purchasing the 4-day pass for France. We will travel from Paris > Lyon > Chamonix > Paris.1. With the France pass, would travel into Geneva for a day-trip be covered?2. Are there any issues with the train from Chamonix to Paris going through Switzerland? Our start and end points are both in France but the train changes in Switzerland.Open to other ideas for travel that may be more efficient. Merci!
Hello, I'm new here and I have something to ask. I am not a European citizen but I work in Germany and get a residence permit. I want travel to several countries in europe, which one should i buy, the interrail pass or eurail pass? If i can use the interrail pass, for seat reservation I need to enter personal data such as country of birth, and there is no choice of country where i was born because all European countries are selected. does anyone have the same experience?
Hey, me and my girlfriend will be travelling through Europe in a couple of weeks. We bought our passes and have them activated on the app for our travel dates. I have just reserved and paid for 2 seats on the Eurostar (London to Paris) and for some reason I have an email with tickets but this did not use a travel day on my app? Is there a reason this does not use a travel day or why can I not see them on there? The only way it uses a travel day on the app is if I add a journey and use an unreserved ticket… This does not seem right. TIA Alex
Hello all :) I just wanted to book two ferry trips - one via Viking Lines (21.07. 16 clock Stockholm - Helsinki) and one via Eckerö Line (24.07. 9 clockHelsinki - Tallinn). Here I used the code EURAIL, but did not get a discount on either trip.Then I asked both ferry providers and Eckerö Line has answered me so far that the code is no longer valid. What is the reason for this? And will there be a new code soon? Can somebody help me with that?
Everything about the Interail pass has been smooth except my ability to book a Eurostar seat from London to Brussels when having selected a mobile pass.The only way I could possibly see to book a seat was to say I had a paper ticket and as a result I have made a booking BUT the money has not been taken from my account although I do have access to two PDFS showing the “booking” although I have NOT had confirmation by e mail of my reservations ?The ability to contact anyone to ask appears impossible so at the moment I am due to travel on the 19th April and I have no idea if i have a booking or not ?Do I need to change my mobile pass for a paper pass in order to board the train ?? Again no help anywhere?When does my money go through and I have a confirmation?Would I be refused at the gate with a seat reservation and only a mobile pass?Hope someone can help me as its extremely frustrating.
Hi there,I’m making my outbound journey on Eurostar (London Kings Cross to Bruxelles Midi). I’ve got the journey in my pass on the app and I’ve made the reservation and have the pdf for my eurostar reservation.However, the ‘ticket’ for the journey in the app is still showing as ‘seat reservations required’. I made the reservations over 12 hours ago so I was expecting to see in it the app by now. Is something missing? Or am I alright as long as I have the reservation pdf?Thanks,Caroline
I have purchased two paper senior global passes (not keen on technology) and have accidently put a wrong ‘First day of validity of your pass:’I have tried to contact Interrail via the website online contact several times since 30th March to see how to change the date. To date I have not received any reply!!! I find the process mentioned on the website rather appalling and overly complex. BUY a New Pass and exchange!!!!!Why is there no easy way to contact Customer Service (seems there is none!)We have used Interrail serveral times in the las 10 years.

Interrail site is the most frustrating site I have ever come across. totally unfriendly site to use. Nothing works properly,. so difficult to leave a message as every time I TRY IT SENDS ME TO ANOTHER QUESTION WHICH SOMEONE HAS POSTED WHICH IS COMPLETELY NO USE. THIS IS MY 5TH ATTEMPT SO HERE GOES. I really want to speak to real person but it seems to be impossible with Interrail - I hope their tickets work better, but judging from the reviews I have had, everyone is having issues. I have two question. First. Why on earth does Interrail not have a telephone system where you can call and get help? I have been trying since March to get help. Left message in the enquiry form. Have left message in Messenger which just goes to a Bot who cannot help. Have left a note to be called back, no one does. Its really disgraceful . Its put me of using Interail . When trying to book a sleeper train from Bucharest to Budapest everything works until you get through to the point of “review your order” before paying and then the error message in the screenshot comes up. What do I do? I have tried this with multiple different journeys and on various days. Would greatly appreciate the help! Thank you.
In rail planner I put in want to go from Amsterdam to Zurich on April 23rd after 12 noon.It gave me the trains and I selected one. I went to reserve seats now it says the following. Why would it give me the trains if one not available? How do I know what trains are alternatives?Is there a way to have the planner give me trains that are available?Very frustrating trying to use this planner and app as well.ThanksFrank
On July 21, my family and I will travel from Riomaggiore to Levanto, then on to Milan.Based on the current schedule, and what I see in Eurail.com, I’m fairly confident that we’ll be able to catch one of the frequent ‘Terre Express’ trains that go between La Spezia and Levanto.Does anyone know when the ‘Terre Express’ schedule will be extended beyond June 11, to include July 21?The impression I get from Eurail.com, and some posts in the Community is that it’s not possible to reserve Terre Express seats online. Is that true?As I understand it, our Eurail passes will allow us to board free of charge. But will we have to first show our passes at the station ticket window?
I plan to travel from Porto to Vigo, from Vigo to Barcelona en from Barcelona to Paris in three days. Therefore I have to buy the Seat reservation at the same days as I travel. In Vigo my train leaves at 07:42, is the desk allready open at that time? As I arrive in Vigo at 22:34 the day before I am afraid time is too short to get my Seat reservation.
I am trying to plan my upcoming trip, but cannot seem to figure out how to book reservations from Zermatt to Milan. I am looking into journeys that require minimum transfers, and they all seem to require a Eurocity train. On the railplanner app, it says to make reservations for the EC trains through various websites, however all of those websites say that seat only tickets are not possible to book. Everyone website just says “reservations impossible” Can someone please help with this?
Can not contact Eurail at any of their phone numbers and email bounced back. we are to travel next month and I need to activate out Mobile pass but can not contact any one at Eurail as none of their phone numbers work and an email bounced back. Anyone have any info on what’s going on?
