Good Morning,I have a Global Eurail ticket that is still valid. However, can I use it for local trains from Farnborough to Waterloo (Within England) Many Thanks!!

We are planning an interrail vacation this summer together with our daughter. During the period we plan to travel, our daughter will turn 12 years old. When we book tickets, should we buy for 11 years or 12 years? This is a price matter😄

We want to make two separate trips on our 15 days-two months pass. The first trip will allow us an outbound and inbound journey from Shrewsbury. My question is - on the second trip I understand  Shrewsbury-St Pancras tickets won’t be included in the pass, but can we book Eurostar again on the pass: i.e. is St Pancras our point of departure for Europe?

Dear all: please help!We bought Interrail Passes First Class, and booked amongst other the following trains:Wednesday 17 April:     07.03 - Basel SBB > Lugano (IC 663)Wednesday 17 April:     11.02 - Lugano > Milano Centrale (RE 25517)Wednesday 24 April:     17.20 - Milano Centrale > Brig (EC 36)Wednesday 24 April:     19.48 - Brig > Basel (IC 986)But we can not buy/book our seat reservations for these 4 tickets.We have tried everything, but it simply does not work. What to do?Or do we not need these reservations? Are these maybe not required?We only succeeded to book seat reservations for the train Milano > Roma and back.Thank you,Frits Strietman

hello,My understanding is 1st class eurail passes translate to standard premier on eurostar. 1st class was available for our trip and we paid the 1st class reservation rate on SNBC, but I see the tickets are in carriage 14 and that is a standard carriage. If anyone has insight on why that is, I would appreciate it. Thanks,Allie

I'd like to book TGV Lyria Paris to Geneva on May 24th, and Basel to Paris on June 2nd but tickets are not available yet. Does anyone know when sales will be open?

Hi, can you tell me if i have a Global Pass digital ticket for travelling , do i have to have an actual printed copy of my seat reservations? Or can you get a digital one to keep on my mobile to show ticket inspectors? I am about to activate my pass soon. thanks

I am trying to book a seat reservation for a train from Zagreb Glavni Kol to Ljubljana on May 16 from 19:40 to 21:47. When I go to the eurail website to book the seat reservation, it says N/A for price and underneath it says "facilities unavailable". I do not know if that means that the train is fully booked, or if it just means that I need to book the seat reservation at the train station in person. Any help is appreciated.

I bought a seniors Eurail pass and now realise I can’t use the pass to book the Eurostar to London from Paris as they don’t have a Seniors fare. What do I do? Do I get a refund on the pass and buy an Adult pass or somehow pay the difference in the fares on the Eurostar. I wish I had known I couldn’t travel in and out of London on the Seniors pass before I bought it!

Our family we want to have pur summer holidays in UK. Leaving from Barcelona (our residence) to London and there travelling by train. Finally returning back to Barcelona.If our holidays are 14 days but not all the days we will travel (eg in London 3 nights without using), which kind of pass should I book? Hi, what does "the country indicated on your passport or legal equivalent" mean? Does it mean the country that issued the ID or the country where the ID says you live?So I live in France and I'm a French citizen, and I wanted to buy a Global Pass. Now what I should normally do is put France as my country of residence, right?But the problem is, because I was living in Switzerland two years ago when I had to renew my ID card, the address field on my French ID card says I live in Switzerland, and I can't change that because they won’t renew your card every time you change your address.And because I still have a lot of friends in Switzerland, I definitely intend to travel there a lot. So what will happen? What can I take with me to prove that I now live in France, should a Swiss inspector ask me about the address field on my ID card?Thanks for your help.

I would like to know, if I buy a Flexi passes, I have to define the days which I will travel since the beginning (in advances), or how just going the the train stations the days which I want to travel? 

I'm interested in taking the Night Train Narvik - Stockholm, that runs every Sunday  in February and March, leaving Narvik at 15:11, but I don't see this train in April on Sundays. Does it mean the train doesn't run on Sundays, or the timetable just hasn't been published yet? (there is another train (10:30) with one transfer in Bodo though, so it doesn't look like the timetable hasn't been published)Thank you :)
