Hi, I have paid for tickets from Vienna to Munich on 28 August via RJX booked through OBB. However, I am unable to buy the seats and the obb website says “Tickets not available” .I have checked for other timings for the direct route via RJX and all of them have the same message. My train departure at 8am is busy and there is a message warning that there will be no seats if I do not reserve them. I have also tried buying the seats through DB and it has the same message that ‘reservation not possible’ .Are the trains really filled to the brim already and I will have to cancel the tickets and look for alternatives with connections that seem to have seats ? Or should is there some track works resulting in delays in making seats reservations possible? Appreciate your help and advice pls! Me and my 2 families have  a mobile eurail pass each. However, every leg we wanna book on the seat booking system doesn't work. And I’ve tried to book for each traveller separately or all of 3 travellers.But none of them is available for seat reservation. I’ve tried for two days, thank you so much if anyone can help. 

I want to go to Paris, can you tell me the cheapest way if I have the  Deutschlandticket? PLEASEEWhen I looked for a train, this came out but I don't understand what it refers to. I don't have much of a budget and I want to save as much as I can

Hello, on the 25th of July I want to take the train EN40465 from Kranj to Zagreb. This is in the DiscoverEU app. Ever since I tried to book seats (apparently necessary) it says it’s unavailable, made me wonder if there is something wrong with that journey. When I look in the DB app it says me that it’s a night train EN40237/EN415 from Stuttgart to Zagreb (via Kranj and Ljubljana). But still on no other app I can book seats or a ticket. Is there a way to go from Kranj to Zagreb that morning? I have a bus to catch from Zagreb.. Thanks for your help.

I have seat reservations on a train for July 3. I booked through Eurail and the reservations show up there. I have my pass also activated in the app as I have already traveled on it. I understand reservations are separate from the pass and don’t show in the app.  My issue is, we have a direct train from Prague to Vienna on July 3 at 0845 however that route does not show in the timetable at all. I attempted to add it as a journey in my app but it is no longer available and doesn’t show on the website as being an available route. I did search other sites and still see it but not on Eurail. It’s a Railjet line, not sure if they just aren’t in the timetable anymore. Should I be worried? 

Hi we have just received an email to say this train is not running and so  we are trying to book the earlier direct train at around 830. It’s saying reservation required but then does not allow me to book. Any advice would be really appreciated. We are currently in Bratislava waiting for a train and I tried the ticked office here but they could not help

Hello! I will be spending one month in Germany, travelling from Hungary. I accidentally set my residence to Germany instead of Hungary. Is there any option to change it? If not, could I get a refund? Or what do I do in this situation?Thank you in advance

Hi, we are travelling with a family (teenagers from 19. 18 and 16). From Milano - Turino, the app tells us that we need a seat reservation for a 1-hour journey. Is that correct? Or can we jump into the train? 

I have a reservation for the eurostar from London to Paris next Saturday. The reservation I have paid for is for the 09.24 train. However there is not a departure at that time any more, its at 09.31. The number of the 09.31 train is the same as it is on the reservation for the 09.24 train so I'm assuming they have altered the timetable. I haven't had an email. Do you think I need to do anything?

I bought a 15 day Interrail Global Pass with unlimited rides. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when entering the time period of my trip when creating my passport in the app and only entered a period of 14 days. Now it is also displayed to me that my ticket would expire after 14 days. How can I set the period and thus the validity of my ticket to 15 days?     

So im a Spanish resident that decided to visit Family in southern Italy and just wanted to ask a "simple" question but I havent gotten an answer yet.   I heard that you only have 1 trip to leave and 1 enter your country of residence. And my question is that if the Rodalies Line 11 (no reservation needed) from Barcelona to Portbou counts as a outbound travel. Thanks in advance

Hello.I have activated my pass, created an itinerary and added trip segments ("journeys") to the itinerary. I have also indicated travellers and the respecive passcodes, and reserved seats on trains that require seat reservations. Some of the transactions were completed on the Eurail.com site on my desktop. When I look at my Rail Planner app, it said 0 of X days used. Looking over the help section, it said to add the journey segment in the app. When I tried to add the journey, I just see a list and no button to add the journey. Am I booked on all segments of a journey? One journey goes from Amsterdam to York, where I do have reserved seats on the Thalys, Eurostar and Express portions of the journey. The first segment of the journey that connects us to the Thalys did not require seat reservations so I have not reserved any.How do I reserve spots on the first train (where seat reservations are not necessary) if I am not already booked? Me and my friend are currently on a train from Amsterdam to Berlin, and we have activated our travel day as today (30/6/23), my ticket scans fine but when the ticket conductor scans my friend’s ticket, it says it’s invalid as her travel day is tomorrow (1/7/23), even though on the app, the travel day is shown as 30/6/23 (today), not 1/7/23 (tomorrow). We have tried changing her journey, deactivating and reactivating the travel day, and it keeps scanning as the wrong day. Please send advice urgently.

We are a group of 4 travelers that all have Eurail passes.  We are trying to make seat reservations together.  We have 2nd class passes but might want to upgrade to First Class for certain legs of our trip.  Is there an easy way to do that?

Hi,I’ve bought seat reservations by using interrail’s seat reservation tool for a trip between Venice and Vienna. The information on interrail’s website says that the supplement will be included in the seat reservation, and that “supplement included” will be printed on the ticket. However, this is not the case on my tickets as “supplement included” is not printed anywhere. Do I need to buy the additional supplement separately or is it included in the ticket despite “supplement included” not being printed on it?

Hello!we are thinking of traveling to Lake Como from Milan tomorrow. Does anyone have any advice fon where would be the best station to go to using our Eurail pass? Or if they have a suggestion of a better place? We have spent a couple of days in Milan and have done a day trip to Venice. We want to go somewhere within an hour from Milan. Also, I have tried booking through the Eurail Planner app but it wants to charge me to reserve seats on this route. The seat reservation charge is more than I would pay if I just bought tickets! Is there another site I can use to book?Thank you!Meghan

Since the website says the 6-Day pass is a “paper pass”, I’m wondering if I will get hassle at the Greek ticket/ferry stations for using the mobile app to collect my tickets and board the ferries. If anyone has experience or can speak on whether I should be fine to collect my tickets at the Greek ferry stations with just the app and online reservations, would appreciate your help!

Hi, When I check my journey end of July from Munich to Ancona with the NightJet all looks fine. With https://www.zugfinder.net/en/train-NJ_295 I see that there are no big delays usually.  But when I check the schedule with the Rail Planner app or at https://www.eurail.com/en/plan-your-trip/eurail-timetable?ol=MUNCHEN+%28GERMANY%29&ov=008099999&dl=ANCONA+%28ITALY%29&dv=008307113&vl=&vv=&t=1690135200000&ar=false&rt=&tt=&mc=&mct=0 (which is the same I assume) then I see that the NJ40295 changes a little bit after midnight in the EN1295. But it also says ‘change trains’ in 36 minutes. I wonder, is it the same train standing still in the station for 36 minutes (A) or do we all have to get out to the platform and then a different train shows up where we all have to find our compartments? (B)When I check bahn.de or nightjet.com or fahrplan.oebb.at all looks fine and the NightJet 40295 does not change for a bit. 

Hi some months ago I reserved seats on a Regio  Jet train from Prague to Bratislava for 29/6/23. I just want to confirm that I can use my  Global Rail pass as I cannot find the trip in the planner and was reading sometime people have a problem  Will I have to manually add it. Thank you

 I have the global pass impress, and I wanted to know about the train transfer like, for example: I want to go from Bologna to Salzburg, and the option without reservations is doing 3 transfers; In the Mytrip section in the pass, I have to aim the transfers in the same day as trips?
